Terrible customer service from counter personnel to store manager. Nobody in the store or tech support is familiar with Grandaire advantage warranty which covers labor credit up to one year. In the unfortunate event, like mine, that you have a pin hole leak in the evaporator 10 months after the installation the contractor has to absorb the labor cost. Great help, 2 years ago i bought a fan and capacitor for the same price as ebay or amazon, but with Bakers i was able to pick it up that day. yesterday I picked a/c line flush again the same price as ebay or amazon. Thanks Bakers.
