The store was well organized and clean If you are new to the area, the store will not have most items you are looking for, especially if you are from New York.The store however has most basic items and carries a variety of products that are suitable for all ethnic backgrounds.The staff was very helpful and did there best to help me find the products I was looking for.Great store to help you restock your personal supplies .

I am new to the area so I wanted to check out a beauty supply near my home! 1. There are no “Kiara’s” running the store! As I was browsing the clerk Quickly checked out the person at the register and attempted to follow me in the store! Shameful!

This location is pretty good, the only thing is they don’t have much of a variety. You can find a couple of simple things here but if you’re looking for Afro kinky hair, most braiding hair you may find it on the OBT locations or the other ones. But this one is very decent to go by if you live close.

We bought something for error and we returned same day. The owner put shes signature in the receipt and thats it. We dont found the receipt but we have the prove in our bank account statement. But she want the receipt that the same day with the hand was not entirely clear. 🙄. My husband bought two gallons of peroxide clear because he think he can use it for disinfecting surface, he bought 2, 8.99 each plus taxes.

They have everything I was looking for and great costumer service. She checked if the product I need was the right one before I went there and that saved me time. Previously that day I went to multiple beauty supply stores and didnt find what I needed but Kiara beauty supply had it all and I was so pleased to finally find a local spot that had the rare type of gel I buy!

Love them. One problem though...every time i go in there i end up getting more than what i went for. All my hair care needs. They do need more Shea Moisture products
