I always go to the Body shop at the Florida Mall and have always been taken care right away with no problem. Went last month and the sales girl who was there couldnt understand what someone asking . It was Exotic home fragrance. She kept asking the person she didnt understand.. I stepped in and told her Exotic home fragrance. She said Oh, its that the person had an accent. I thought that was wrong. You never tell a person about their accent. Especially when this person didnt have one. It could have been the face mask but I was near both and I understood what the person was asking. I feel she must have been new and not trained enough. So watch out for her cause Heaven knows what might come out of her mouth. Lol i give it a 3 this time.

The store felt stuffed with junk, and didnt really feel like anything was good. Most fragranced stuff smelled similar and the rest was ignorable.

I visited this store about a week ago and purchased the buy three, get three free products. I have trouble with acne so I had many questions about the tea tree oil products they had available. Prior to visiting, I used cheaper products found at drug stores that made my face feel either dry or super oily. To my surprise, I tested the tea tree oil in the store and was blown away. The oil and lotion felt very light and made my skin soft. The products are cruelty free and made with superior ingredients. I noticed a huge positive difference in my skin this past week. My acne is healing on my face and neck. I feel great about using the tea tree oil. I was also treated with the upmost respect from the two staff members working there. Both answered all of my questions and were positive about the results backed behind their products. While there, I also signed up for the rewards program to get points with my purchases. I am very happy with my new beauty products!!

I called them, left the message and they never called back. So I found the same product online and it was cheaper.

Been several times to the body shop in Florida mall. Well there are 5 girls there to help but they really dont know the product. They need to brush up a bit. I have had to ask if there was a sale on home fragrances. Also they dont ask if you bhave a card in which you get points. They just want you to buy and leave. Sad!!!

Awesome deals over the course of the holiday. The Body Shop is a small skin care store in the Florida Mall with lotions, oils, and creams galore. Has a great selection of gifts that Im confident you could gift to any woman.Molly was awesome help in helping find a gift! She was able to suggest a preference and flagrance profile based on the recipients personality. She gave tons of samples and had a cheerful spirit about her. Very helpful to someone that has zero clue on what women prefer in this area.

Amazing customer service!! I was greeted shortly after walking in, and the clerk who ended up showing me around the store and explaining the products to me was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, likeable, and not at all pushy. It was like talking to my bff about a new product she loved and couldn’t wait for me to try! I loved everything I bought here (first time visit, we don’t have them where I live) and the samples she gave me were just as amazing. You’ve got a new customer, thank heavens you have a website I can order from!

The staff here is very unfriendly and ill-mannered. I went in on a Saturday afternoon where all the other stores were packed and their store was empty (I wonder why). I went in because I wanted to return a product I had bought but I didnt have a receipt so I asked for store credit which I know is possible according to the body shops website and I also confirmed later on with customer service on the phone that they were supposed to give me store credit. There were 3 staff members in there, none of which greeted me until I asked a question about their return policy. One of them actually turned around and scoffed. Anyway, they told me that they dont do store credit and that they dont even have gift cards to put them on. If they didnt have gift cards, they could have sent a code which is what customer service did when I called about it. Extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help. I will never purchase anything from this location again. I had a wonderful experience shopping at other locations of the body shop and their online/call center customer service is amazing. This particular location has rude staff members. To be very honest, they seemed nice to other customers when there were some but I noticed that I was also the only non-Caucasian person there. Definitely felt like I might have been treated different for my ethnicity.

The Customer Service There Sucks...I did an Exchange since My Receipt was past 30days in which I Understand but the Store didnt have what I wanted the cashier was telling me their waiting 2weeks for a New Shipment to come in and I ended up spending extra to even equal out the 40 dollar exchange because they had nothing NO GIFT SETS..not even a hand sanitizer for 3dollars and they put only 3 pieces together to equal up to the money I spunt...Never SHOPPING there again.BATH AND BODY WORKS ME PLEASE AT LEAST THEY HAVE BETTER DEALS

I am so disappointed with the new manager and staff. I have been going to this location for years! I am a regular there and pretty much everything I use if from this place. I have even gotten most of my family members hooked on their products.Well, I spent $400 on Xmas gifts and found out that my sister was allergic to one of the items in the basket. I took back the 7 baskets that I bought for family because most of us are allergic to the same things. I did however buy other things to replace the baskets I returned.I went in with my sisters to let them pick out the stuff they were not allergic to and the girl that waited on my had the audacity to say that I could shop as long as I was not returning anything. That she remember who I was!!! I was there to spend the $400 I had to return and then some. I was out of a lot of my products. Not to mention I buy all of my loofahs for the year at Xmas. I like the red.So, needless to say a forsure sale of around $500-600 walked right out the door. I went home and got every product I had already bought for gifts and that I had not used and returned it all. I have since gone with other products and will not shop at this location again.I did tell the manager what the lady said and all she did was argue with me. Which is really a shame because the manager they had running the store before was a true gem. She knew me and remembered the products I used. If she got a shipment in of something that sold fast she would always call me to come in.Very disappointed that I was forced to make this decision.

The new staff at this location is wonderful walked in and they helped me get everything I needed and gave me some very insightful information on what kind of direction the company is moving inthank you 😊

Helpful, friendly staff. Even when a few questionable/difficult customers came in they were treated with the same amount of respect and politeness that they show everyone else. I enjoying purchasing products from this store, Christina and staff always help me to find what I need/want and at the best possible Body Shop deal.

Extremely ill mannered employees! I walled into the store and not one person greeted me or my mother or my best friend. We shook it off and began looking around. My mother was trying on scents and I decided to day a tiny pea size amount of lotion on my hand. It was a strawberry lotion and smelt very pleasant. I kept it in my hand so I could buy it when Im ready but an employee came over, snatched it from my hand and said that it wasnt for testing then took it into the back where I am sure it was thrown out. After that I was left embarrassed.

Ms Barbara was excellent! Great customer service even my cat loves the Japanese Cherry Blossom fragrance mist! Ill be back!

WARNING! EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF!Lately Ive been unable to buy as much because I cannot enter the store here in Orlando and not go home feeling completely upset. Every time I go to the store Ive been subject to rude comments and harsh treatment. I usually ignore it but months ago I went in with my friend, who loves the Tea Tree Oil collection, and one of the employees looked at her, smirked and said in a loud whisper to her coworker She looks ridiculous. This same girl has been very critical of our choices and skin one time we allowed her to help us. Blonde girl wearing heavy makeup is all I remember. Im not the kind of person to report or pay attention to that but she really makes us feel bad. Shes not the only one though, one employee loves to sell stuff by forcibly putting it in your basket while the other employees in the back laugh at the spectacle. What made me write was that this week I went in to buy a few mothers gifts. As soon as I entered, to the usually empty store, no one greeted me and when he did he said in a somewhat condescending tone Can I help you with something? and I said with a smile Just looking, thanks. He looked at me with disgust and looked away and then started whispering to the other employee. I walked away immediately. I honestly dont know their names or why they do it. But Im tired of feeling hurt whenever I go in. I wont be purchasing anymore if this keeps on going. Honestly, I always end up going to the store in front, which happens to be a Lush and their products never work on me, theyre awful, but at least theyre nice.
