Excellent staff an amazing place to shop. Very clean and very efficient. It is extremely busy but it’s a well run store. They have great deals and were well stocked. Masks are required and I saw lots of employees cleaning carts and cleaning the store while we were inside. I love their selection of produce food and merchandise.

Its Costco. My hearing aids, my glasses and my tires all come from Costco. Hearing aid batteries are a fraction of the cost virtually anywhere else. Glasses frames are generally in the $59-$99 range. Pair of glasses with the bifocal lense and $59 frames totalled $149. Skipped the $40 off offer on second pair only because I have to get cataract surgery fairly soon and my prescription will change but its a great overall deal Tires are not a bad deal but the service is very rapid and reliable, in and out no fuss. Of course, rotisserie chicken fans love Costco as the birds are excellent and very inexpensive. My brother used to take the ride to Costco and stock up on chickens for his dog! I have no interest in a dozen croissants or muffins etc but the above plus consumer electronics especially cellphones keep bringing me back.

I like there is always a good price for gas.In the store there is a lot of variety, the best days to go are from Monday to Thursday. The store is less congested. good prices

Wanted a cooler but Costco, in Orlando, said there were none in the store as its a seasonal Summer item. Ha! Im from Michigan, visiting, and we say that! Not Florida! Found it funny. Did find fleece PJs for the grandkids....fleece! In Florida.

Meat department is A+ talked to a couple of different people there and all of them are on point with type of meat and cuts and eager to help even if you dont know what you want they will help to get what you need I have a family of 8 and they help me stretch the meals out VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ON ALL KINDS OF MEAT (never met one that I was a bother to) I dont know anyone who works there or there names thats why I didnt put one down. Its just there service is the best around......thanks Costco meat department

First visit here, wanting to check out the overall experience to decide on potential membership.It was an organized location that was very clean, and with friendly team members.Excellent wine selection at great price.I can easily recommend.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We got our flu vaccine at the pharmacy and it was quick and easy. Excellent selection in the frozen food section.

I understand its rude customers who make this kind of mess, I understand this packs of water are heavy, but what I cant understand is why after you mention this mess to the employees around they ignore you. Someone can fall over this bottles. Ive seen this situation many times, bottles of water all over the floor even covered by cardboard and at least in my experience, when you point it out they just ignore you.

Return line was ridiculous. Lined out to the street and no one stepped in to help. I waited 45 minutes and gave up.

What to say about Costco Wholesale at Millennia?Great service, all of it is set up very well for social distancing with markings on the floor, signs in isles and even plastic separators in bathrooms.The variety is great and never ceases to surprise. The samples are still going on but they just give out the packaged goods.Favorite Costco!

This is the worst Costco Ive ever been to and Claude is the most useless and harrasing employee. He insisted on me showing him my entire credit card not only the name. I didnt feel comfortable disclosing personal credit card information with a stranger so I called the manager and what he made such a big deal she dismissed with no issues.

Found everything I needed.However I do shopping for a senior citizens also. I spent over $600 and I couldnt buy a second packet of toilet paper for her!! Really!!

I called the store the evening before about a return to make sure there wouldnt be a problem beforehand. I was told to bring the item, that it was alright. When I arrived at the store the next morning with the return it was an issue. It was ultimately approved but the whole ordeal shouldnt have happened in the first place. Better training and communication between personal is obviously needed at this location.

Saturday 1/30/2021 I visited Costco Wholesale in the Millenia area and I finally purchased a membership! This was the best decision I made all of 2021! The service was amazing! From the time you walk through the front door you’re greeted with warmth! Membership Desk was very friendly! All the staff in the store was friendly! I’ve had a Sam’s Club and BJ’s card for many years but nothing compares to Costco Wholesale on Cleanliness, Friendliness, & Prices!

What can I say. Costco excels in service, excellent quality products--all products--and reasonable affordable prices.I dream of their Hot Dog and Pizza... there, its calling me again.CrisTC

Too crowded. Can only stand going here once every two or three months and the level of abundance and extreme glutony is a bit unerving. However, they do have some things i cant find elswhere and usually lots of it. Then on some occasions they are simply and inexplicably out of basics. Not my favorite place to go but does serve a purpose.

I normally have a good experience in this store until my family decided to return some sausages because we werent charged the listed price for them. The employee asked us why we wanted to return it. I explained the price discrepancy. She rudely said that they were going to throw the sausages away immediately. She was the only one in charge of returns. The other employee was just neglecting her job duties and counting cash beside her. There were 2 cash registers for returns yet only one employee was doing her job. The long for returns was huge today as well.The lines of customers were so packed, I had to squeeze between carts to reach the chocolate section, and abandon my cart.

This place has the slowest and most inefficient staff. I have been in line for 30 minutes and there are only three customers in front of me. The guy thats supposed to watch the lanes is busy with his finger up his nose. Just plain bad service. One of the worst experiences with the wait. Plain ridiculous. They are clearly getting paid by the hour.

Its a great costco and Costcos are great anyways. The service and self-servie checkout are both fully manned.

Overall there are many perks with todays trip to Costco. There were many stops through my shopping trip for free samples of everything from bread baked fresh on site several times a day (it was really good) to samples of M&Ms from bulk packs and limited Margarita pizzas. If you walk all the isles somehow you will find things you need that you didnt even know were missing from your life!

This is the third time within the past year that I have checked my receipt when I got home and had been charged twice for a single item that I purchased. The first and second time I let it go, but three times now?? I may go back to customer service. In the future, I’ll have to really check when they scan items in the basket. Such a pain! I absolutely LOVE Costco! It is my favorite store! But, dang Orlando. Please check that you don’t scan the same item two times!Also, Costco is known to have the best rotisserie chicken ever! I have loved in multiple states, but this location’s chickens have consistently been drier, to the point we don’t even buy them anymore ☹️😢Putting my cents in the bucket and hoping it is read by management.

Always great prices and deals(plans) on services, cruises, theme parks and Phones. The lines are always long, but they move rather quickly. I normally find everything that Is on my shopping list. The store is always well stocked and the food area is so inexpensive for large portions of tasty food both the healthy and unhealthy variety. Glad to be a member of Costco.

Always very crowded and never any lines open to help all the customers waiting to leave the store and lines that are as long as a 🚆 8 Registers and only 4 open on the weekends with someone helping you scan at self check out..and I might just gave to much..But if you all are hire where are the workers to help in store to get us out and not have the ppl there working Double harder all because you want get the help thats needed in the store.😏😒. But the Customers Services there is great even with them been over worked

I always love going to Costco Wholesales, and this location is no exception. It have the very large and inviting interior like all Costcos and other wholesale locations. But I would say this one was noticeably cleaner. The samples were fantastic and we bought some extra items that we didnt intend on buying because of the samples (yummy). We also went to the food court and got some items at the end, the food was fresh and very enjoyable! I would highly recommend this Costco Wholesale location.

Their hearing aid center CANNOT be beat for both price and service. What a blessing. Thank you Costco!

I went to this location to get vaccinated and from the start of the process and information received (without request mind you) it was actually a great experience! The pharmacy staff were polite and professional and the pharmacist was caring and funny but informative and eased my concerns! #getvaccinated

This Costco is almost always packed. It is a newer Costco and they have a great selection but I tend to steer clear of this one. Maybe it is the area and traffic on I-4 as well.... I really struggled with the rating on this one. Great selection and people, but bad location. Would go 3.5 if I could

I’ve worked customer service for years and I have never been so rude to customers. I understand you’re busy but seriously not one person there wasn’t short and rude. They were stocked fine but that doesn’t make up for being rude.

It gets really busy and people tend to just come barging out of aisles without caring if youre there or not. People also like to stop in the middle of the aisle and wander off, leaving their carts haphazardly in your way. I suggest getting there a few minutes before they officially open and avoid crowds. The produce (fruits and vegetables) is hit or miss, often with parts that are rotted but you dont find it in the middle of the box until you get home. Kirkland makes great things like nuts, oils, paper towels, and water so I deal with it. I also like the salmon, the brown eggs, and in season items. The employees are nice and they are speedy when it comes to check out.

I had a very bad experience with several of the staff at Costco on Tuesday, September 14 at about 2 PM . It was raining, I’m from out of town so I don’t know my way around, I’m in a rental car and I couldn’t find where I parked. I went in to return some thing intending to shop but I could see it was a mob scene inside so I decided just to make the exchange and leave mostlybworried I wouldn’t find my car so I walked around the parking lot for a good 30 minutes. Nobody attempted to help me except one wonderful man after I went back to the entrance trying to figure out where I parked…his name is Santiago and he said he’s “a cart person”..Well I thought he was wonderful and he belongs in customer service because he’s the only one that offered to help me. There were two other employees walking around the parking lot, I guess also cart staff, and then the man at the entrance store but none cared that I was in such distress but Santiago. He saw me speaking to the man at the entrance that checks your card and then he came up to me and said I will help you find your car and he did…he found it. Thank you Santiago, you’re a compliment to your employer and I wish you the best.I can’t understand why they can’t put letters to identify parking areas. II went to IKEA, parked my car walked out of the store, and looked up and found the tall sign with the letter in the area I parked, and went immediately to my car but I guess Costco, at this particular store, that probably makes a millions a minute just doesn’t want to bother with making a shopping experience pleasant for customers.

This location seems nicer and less busy than the others around Orlando. The indoor seating at the food court is open again, so that is nice!

Costco has so many things at great prices! I dont always need things in bulk, but when I do, this is my go to place. The staff was very helpful answering questions I had. They also have products I cant find anywhere else, such as the Healthy Noodles.

What can you not love about Costco? They have everything you need and somethings you don’t but think you do. For years I heard people talk about Costco and never understood the hype, but after shopping here for over a year I do now!!!! Get your self a membership. Store is clean, staff are friendly and helpful.

Like most Costco stores, this location can get pretty busy. They have a good selection of foods, electronics and other home goods, so its worth the time it takes to navigate through the store. The only thing I dont like is that finding parking can be a hassle, but its a great place to shop.

Very nice and clean store as well as organized. It was mad busy here and checkout lines were long but moved pretty quickly. All employees that I had to get help from as it was my first time here were very helpful.

This store is always busy no matter what day or time. I love Costco but this being the only one in the Orlando area is hard, we need more. It takes me almost an hour to get too from the Disney area.

Always good deals as usual! I noticed a new assortment of healthy snacks with limited ingredients. I already sampled several of the snacks and all delish. In the end I spent more than intended since I was just planning on getting organic protein powder and filling up on their low priced gas! But this turned into a shopping spree! From gummy hair vitamins to flowers, to Essie Serene Slate nail polish collection. Now time to try one of these fresh polish colors!

Costco is always a fun trip. Tons of parking, baskets are being brought in and sanitized at all times, so never a shortage of them. Love the prices and quality of the items available. We love saying hello to the employees we see all the time and to catch up with them, Karine especially. My grandson lights up when he sees her. If you don’t have a membership you are missing out, the fuel savings alone are worth the membership cost!

Love coming here cause i get bundle of good dependable brands for a reasonable low price and Kirklin is a really great brand in food, purified water for $2.99 for 45 bottles and there is no limit. plus if you dont have a costco card you can get a one time visitors pass and go wild that one time cause even the flat screens there are top notch and not to expensive you will go bananas on the prices they have .

This was a great Costco! This Costco was huge and super clean! They had tons of options from food, clothes, furnitures, and the pharmacy! They also have a restaurant inside where you can order food to eat as well!

People were very helpful. I couldnt remember where the item was located in the store. A kind gentleman employee quickly to the product.When I enter the self checkout an employee told me there was a register available. When I approached I realized the checkout was different from the ones back home and I didnt know what to do. Before I said anything and employee was helping me. When we were done I thanked her for the use of her eyes because mine dont work to good. Her response was that she had noticed my cane (white cane) in my basket as approached.This was a double shock to me because most people dont see my cane when I am walking with it using it to guide me plus most people have no idea that a white cane is use only by blind and substantially visually impared. I am sorry that I was so shocked I didnt get her name. But thank you to this marvelous mystery women. God bless you always.

Good prices and products, but the line to just get out of the store after you’ve already paid is ridiculous, there is also a lot of overcrowding in general. Not the best shopping experience.

Have you ever felt pressured to buy a specific membership and being told if you decline you would not be served? That’s exactly what happened today. I was shocked when Rafael told me to step aside so I could be served by someone else simply because I declined the executive membership. The supervisor came and I explained the situation she briefly apologized and stated she would talk to him in private. Mr Rafael came out of nowhere to tell her he was doing his job. This Rafael is bold and rude. Because the supervisor didn’t say anything. I ended being serve by another staff because the supervisor walked away to help another customer. SMH Costco!!!! I have to say I never had any issue with costco’s customer service in the past but today was something else…..

Theres always an infinite line to pay and parking is limited. HOWEVER, IF YOU WANT TO USE THEIR AUTO SERVICES, dont think it twice. Employees provide a great service.

I went for my first eye exam this week at COSTCO and I had a GREAT experience. Dr. Frank Chen performed the exam and Terrina helped me findthe perfect pair of glasses for my face. Both Dr. Frank Chen and Terrina were very professional and they were a pleasure to work with. Thank you for your help!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. First time that happens to me after so many years that I have been shopping in this store. In this purchase at 3:35 pm, in 2 separate transactions, the cashier identified as Jonathan assumed that I was a guest and stated that I am not a guest, that I am the owner of the membership with my husband, to prove it, take out the cards and then he asked me for my identification ... what kind of training do the #costco staff have as to badly speaking to customers and such a humiliating treatment. For people as well as that cashier the quality of the service declines. Hopefully the manager of this store takes attention to these situations, the employees and no one person can or should assume anything about a customer and make such an uncomfortable moment pass ... many things can be avoided, even complaints and lawsuits.

Ive been a Costco customer for over 15 years. I drove almost an hour last week with my daughter who lives with me and when she tried to pay for her own stuff the lady (mind you I was at a self check out) would not let her, said she needed an extra card. I told her that she was in my household but she did not want to hear it. I left everything, wasting all morning, and went to Sams club. Wont be renewing my membership this year. 😡

I am from out of town and have a medical issue with wearing a face mask. I have a doctors note that no one at the store was interested in looking at. My condition is that when I am standing my blood pressure drops and my oxygen level making me faint and potentially pass out. When walking up the greeter they asked for me to wear a mask. I started explaining to him my medical issue and he refused to look at my document and said we zero exceptions and have a face shield we can give you, we go by the CDC guidelines. (Note: the CDC website specifically states face shields are not a recommended substitute for masks). The greater said they would come bring me a face shield. I agreed and waited. After waiting they told me to walk over to the liquor store and get it. I complied. After having them help me to get it on it broke within seconds. I pieced it back together as best I could and by the time I got to the back of their store I was getting light headed so I was having to hold it away from my face while trying to push a cart and have small children with me. I ended up setting it on my hat as low as I could to get some breathing room between my face and the shield. Alex Cubillos walked past multiple people with their masks pulled down to angrily tell me I had to wear my face shield a particular way. I was explaining my medical issue and he would then only repeat louder put it on right or leave the store. Embarrassing me in front of my 4 small children and the people in the store. I asked if they had a different shield or another way to accommodate me but he just kept saying no exceptions put the shield on or leave the store. Rather than argue I left. On my way out though I decided I didn’t like being embarrassed so I looked for Alex to get his name and watched him walk past even more people with their mask down and called it out again and he would only respond “it’s being addressed”. I even walked past Costco employees with their masks down as well.I went and sat in my car and called the manager of the store. He was unsupportive but polite. He did let me know that when it came to the masks it was his policy to allow the patrons to catch their breath because it’s hard to breath in them. The manager stated he was unwilling to accommodate me in any other way. Again instead of arguing I asked for the regional managers name.I got to speak to Julie Cruz the regional manager who was polite to a point and became argumentative about what exactly the CDC had to say about the situation even though that was their basis for their policy. I let it go at the point that she had promised to Talk sternly at length with the two individuals I had spoken to earlier. That Costco’s policy was not to let people catch their breath and there was no other accommodations they were willing to give disabled people. I even discussed how other stores had offered to do the shopping for me and other similar accommodations.

This Costco is always busy. We like going here cause parking is a lot easier then the one in Altamonte springs. But I find some of the customers a little rude. But other wise we love this location.
