This Sears is probably eventually going to close. It will be one of the last standing though! They have a pretty impressive. They have a ton of sports apparel. Came from all the other closed stores though. How much longer will this place be open? They have a Auto Center and Watch Repair which is pretty cool! The building is not leased and is owned by Sears so I see it lasting till at least after Christmas!

Sears seems to not care of the quality and the selection in the mens department. No suits. The few that were left were all the way in the back and there was a extreme discount for each item. $19.99 for the vest, $29.99 for the jacket and I believe $19.99 for the pants. Everything else was just scattered and no sales people on the floor that I could find. I left due to no XL In almost everything and the shoes were also scattered and no sales person there as well. The sunglasses were just piled up in their booth in the jewelry department. Not a good experience for me personally.

I took my brother who is blind to have the battery in his talking watch changed. Jennifer was very nice in the watch repair department. She was also very personable and took the time to set his time 10 minutes ahead just like he likes it.

My wife and I bought a Washer and Dryer from Sears Eagle Ridge Mall in Lake Wales Florida. both the washer and dryer were scratch. We called customer service to put in a formal complaint . They gave the choice between returning them or getting a $200.00 refund. We choose the $200 because we waited 2 months for delivery and could not be without a washer and dryer any longer. It was supposed take 2 weeks for the refund. We still haven’t received the refund. It’s almost impossible to talk to anyone in customer service to help you . I have been calling for a few weeks with no results. It’s sad to see what a wonderful store like Sears has become!!!!

This is the worst Sears have ever seen in my entire life. There are no sales persons on the floor at al. My wife and I walk throughout the entire mini store without seeing one sale representative. Not that it would matter because there is absolutely nothing of quality in this store to purchase.This is like an old thrifty store.Please dont go here

I was looking for pants my size & the security guard, Julian, helped me not only in directions to the inner mall entrance, but also in the measuring & purchase of the pants & other advice. I suggested to him that he should get into sales or customer service here @ Sears... Because he was exceptionally helpful, awesome, & went above & beyond his duties to accommodate Me, a customer at Sears! He deserves a better position, I think. Absolute waste of mall space. Sears cant seem to get it together. You would think that a company who has been going downhill for so long, would aim to please any and every customer that walks through their doors. Carlos, is easily one of the worst and most deplorable managers I have ever encountered. I purchased a set of Craftsman breaker bars less than 2 years ago, one broke, I went in to exchange it, in traditional Craftsmen lifetime warranty fashion. This ended in an abrupt conversation where Carlos decided to showcase his education, or lack thereof, by spelling his name instead of saying it. Somehow he fumbled that as well. I could go on all day about how this conversation ended and completely demean his efforts to be a manager. Instead I will focus on the fact that LIFETIME WARRANTY, is not honored how it used to be, you have to call a number, get a ticket, send and switch, etc.Want a quality tool that is honored and is a no hassle switch.Stick to HUSKY, or DURALAST.Husky can be found at Home Depot, and Duralast at AutoZone. Neither will ever allow a Carlos like manager to chastise you.Shame on you Sears, you really scraped the bottom of the barrel with C...A...R...L...O...S....

Ordered a fridge to be delivered 2 days after my move. They texted me that I needed to reschedule, so we pushed it back a week. Got another text the day of my move that it needed to be pushed back again by almost a MONTH! They didnt even have another comparable fridge. How is that possible? They tried to get me to keep my order and wait forever, but I insisted on a refund. Worst experience ever!!!

Don’t even try to buy something online!!!After two months!!! Never delivered, ‘cus of the covid, sure body!!! They offer money so you stay hopping for the delivery. So sad about it. This store is an absolute shambles, its half empty as its obviously closing very soon, the staff in the mens department were bordering on rude, only good spot in the whole place was the watch repairer, who was excellent. The appliance section is really good. We bought a great refrigerator here. The clothes also have a classic American style which I like. The tool section was good but not as many options as Home Depot or Lowe’s. They also played great 80s music in the store. I will definitely be back in the future!

I ordered from sears.com. I received two confirmations of delivery. I received my dishwasher and not the stove. Delivery guy said my order was cancelled. When I called I was told to wait 48 hrs for someone to call me with resolution. I have already removed old stove and paid a personal installer to install since it was a hassle to get installation done with them. The entire experience has been awful and the customer service sucks. I will never buy with them again.

I love this store. I can order online pickup in store same day. They have what I am looking and what I wasn’t looking for but came across. They always have something I come back for lol. I literally only go to this mall for Sears. I don’t bother walking any further. I feel as though people overlook this place, not knowing that the lowest prices on the same items elsewhere are in this store much cheaper. Plus the rewards program is like no other. I always have pints to use to get money off things.

This is a very well stocked, friendly, Sears, Roebuck department store. Its one of those stores I cant imagine not being around, and its pleasant to see a Sears store looking healthy. They have everything a Sears should have including: mens, womens, and kids apparel, shoes, jewelry, accessories, large and small appliances, tools, home furnishings, auto center, batteries, and outdoor equipment. With their rewards program, they basically give you half the store for free.

For many years my family have been buying appliances at sear at florida mall, we have no complaints until our most recent purchase thus past month. We bought a refrigerator which came with damage and some malfunctions, our seller stella was very good at customer services and with the manager agree on exchanging the fridge once the warehouse had one available. We were assure that the exchange was going to happen regarless of how many days have pass. Now we came to the store to fix the situation since we had no answer and are getting upset because these situation. The manager in charge today name julio has a very bad actitud toward us as a customer, even making us feel like is our fault that so many days has pass, but in reality is all sears fault due to lack of resolving this issue from the beginning. Also another lady at floor have been attaking us with non stop unwanted opinions, without taking in consideration that all this was spoken in advance between the store manager( who is on vacation) and the warehouse manager. But of course, nobody knows nothing now.My two cents:Whould i buy from stella at sear again? Definitely.Whould i want to buy in a store who employes people like julio and the anoying vendor.? Noo.Good luck if you come here, everybody experience will be different. This time i loose.Update: mr julio resolved the issue. And apologize for the inconvenience.

Not ever again! Bought a vacuum online from Sears. Had an issue with it. Called the number on the vaccum for service. They said we did not buy it from Sears. No record of the sale. Called and talked to the online service. They apologized and said we could return to the store. Go to the store, they said we have to send it in. I said on the return form I gave you it said I could return in the store or send it back. They did not like I got them on that part. Than tried their best to just exchange when I said refund. With customer service like this. I see why this company is going out of business! I am not shopping online or in the store ever again!

Just wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful service I got from the Sears Auto Service Dept .. Clayton and Brian were outstanding in our family needs fixing the car .. The other company which I wont mention were charging us almost $500.00 for service not needed .. Our cost at Sears came out to $59.00 .. I been taking our cars to the other place for over 15 years .. Sears Auto Service is now our home for auto care .. Thank You Clayton and Brian !!!! Two honest and classy guys !! God Bless

I had a terrible experience at this Sears, dealing with one of the managers, Brittany. I had ordered some pajamas online, and they had told me I had 30 days from when I received it to return it. So I drove over an hour to the closest Sears, which was this one at Florida Mall. I was within the 30 days of actually receiving the clothing in the mail, but it was 5 days after purchasing them online. Brittany told me I was over the 30 days so I couldnt return them. She saw that the tags were still attached and I had the original receipt. I explained the whole situation, and she refused to do anything. I find it difficult to believe that as a manager, she could not make an exception or call her supervisor to see what could be done. Instead she gave me a customer service number. Im sure she thought I would wait until I got home to call. Instead I tried calling there, and the number did not work. She was incredibly unprofessional and refused to even look for another number. A different manager at the customer service desk was courteous enough to take the 2 minutes to find a customer service number that actually worked. When I spoke to the customer service, they were very nice and refunded my money on the phone. They couldnt believe how unhelpful and unprofessional Brittany was. I will not return to this store; Ive never had an experience like this, especially when Ive been such a loyal customer through the years. I will not be shopping here again.

The store was fine and the prices attractive but the cashier audibly huffed and rolled her eyes when I declined to enter my phone number at checkout. She said, but they need it to track your purchases which was part of the reason I declined.After trying to stare me down she eventually gave up and processed the transaction. But she never stopped shaming me for not giving my phone number.

I feel mocked! It is not possible that they have me waiting 5 days to receive a refund of $ 85 and now they tell me that I must wait 5 more days because someone was wrong and they need to do an investigation of the investigation. And they tell me that they have to follow the processes! When everything is in trouble its because you did NOT follow the processes !!! Your online service is really horrible, and generates a lot of distrust! I do not recommend it!!!
