On time when delivering your medication
Its a great place to work the best for me atleast. The managers and other staff are very kind and understanding to there employees that are going through tough Situations in there personal life and make them feel like going to working is a calming time in there life everyday im at home there wth everyone. And I love how they teach us to go 110% to help our PT! That also is a great feeling I am eager to be trained in other settings to learn further ways to help myself and others to live a better life. Worst place to get your prescription refilled. had to wait 2 weeks to get a medication after several calls.each time i call they have different answers for me. not recommended for patients with any severe conditions
Not very good for refilling scripts.
If you like neglect and incompetence, this is for you. I have to spend about 1 hour and 40 min. on the phone, three to four calls a month to get a prescription filled. They say they will call you back to set delivery, but NEVER do. You call to get it going and they always say they were about to call you that same day...really? Every time I call you were about to call? How about that.
Warehouse distribution center, not an actual pharmacy. (Im sure its just fine. But walking there expecting a pharmacy was a let-down.)
Arrived at 9pm to find the pharmacy closing. I was met quite rudely by the pharmacy manager as I approached asking why they were closing. I mentioned that Google had their hours posted as open until 930 pm but the manager barked nastily across the store that Google doesnt run Walmart.Up until now Ive had good experiences at this pharmacy and true Google doesnt run Walmart but customer service is important and expected escpecially from the manager of that department.Ive suggested an edit for the hours of operation and would like to suggest retraining for the pharmacy Manager.

This pharmacy absolutely has THE worst customer service I have ever seen. They lost my prescription for 24 hours and then when they found it had no idea what to do with it. They told me they didn’t have a the drs fax so there was nothing they could do. I was at the drs office and gave them the fax number plus the nurse was on the phone getting the prior authorization done. I know prior authorization Can take time but not this long when it’s the pharmacy that is holding everything up. I have called for 4 days now and they always give me the run around and make excuses. Also every single time I call I’m on hold at least 15 minutes. This is a terrible pharmacy. Go elsewhere if you can.
