I love the aesthetic of the newest Twistee Treats in the area. It also helps that the guys inside are genuinely nice and patient. This iconic ice cream shop really has captured the hearts of my entire family with its fresh ice cream and has captured my heart with its decent pricing. I would seriously hunt down the recipe if I thought I could make it the same. Youve gotta try the caramel cheesecake twist. It truly is a treat.

Amazing experience. Employees are super nice, nicest Ive met in an ice cream franchise. Love to take my family here to get what they like. Kids love this place whether they get an ice cream cone or an ice cream cookie.

Good ice cream, customer service is severely lacking. Often have to order at the drive thru speaker and then have to repeat my order at the window… and then it’s wrong. Also, there are no lids, so the ice cream is often piled too high and over flows from the dish onto your hands or car interior.This place could be so much better, but it has a lot left to be desired.

Ive been going to twistee treat for over 15 years and Ive never had a worse experience than I did last Friday. I came 10 minutes BEFORE closing and all the curtains we closed, they werent taking my order at the speaker so I drove up to the window where I knocked, honked and yelled and somebody yelled were closed! And continued to ignore me. I waited there 10 minutes knocking and honking till finally somebody opened the curtains and said were closed and that they close at 11:30 on Fridays. Although Google, the website and the sign on the building say 12am. He said thats not true, theyre always close at 11:30 but hed still take my order. I literally repeated my order to him 4 times. Two quarts, one with vanilla ice cream, cheesecake and sprinkles. The other vanilla ice cream, peanut butter, brownie and sprinkles. They made them but I could hear them talking about me so I knew something was wrong. I double checked that they both had sprinkles, the boy says no, I was annoyed because I repeated the order so many times so I just said its fine, give me the sprinkles on the side. But when I got home is when I really got angry. They forgot the peanut butter and to be funny and to get back at me for making them make my order they gave me an entire quart of sprinkles, Im not exaggerating, it was literally filled to the top with sprinkles and a touch of ice cream and brownies. It was so much sprinkles that the ice cream looked like chocolate and every bite was 90% sprinkles it was inedible, not even kids wanted to eat it because there was no ice cream to go with the quart of sprinkles they gave me. I have picture as well. The boys that worked that night really treated this business like they owned it, from closing 30 minutes early, blasting music, ignoring customers, to trying to get revenge on me by playing that prank with the quart full of sprinkles and obviously smoking things on the job because when they opened the window I could smell a lot more than ice cream. I need someone to contact me about this because this entire entire was uncalled for and a huge red flag with staffing

I wish they give a little more training on customer service to each person working there. They seem to not get my order right each time I go there and I just cant keep calling or emailing Twistee Treat about it. Quite disappointed customer!

Would also recommend to anyone in the area, Kellys icecream is better but this is very good for it being near a publix.

I’ve been to other twisty treats and I never got serves so poorly that my medium cone barely got ice cream on it and looks like it belongs to a small cone, I literally ask if that’s a medium and I got a yes and I was ok, 3 days later I went again and it’s even less than before. Which to me was horrible and makes me not want to go back to experience that again. They need ice cream training

So happy to see this Twistee Treat in our neighborhood!!! We are eating this tasty ice cream once a week and loving every minute of it. Really happy for the point system too. We’ve had several free cones. Still loving every visit to Twistee Treat! Unfortunately it’s not good for us trying to stay on a diet but we “try” to limit our visits and choose a small cone rather than a medium or large...

We prefer this location over the Curry Ford location. They have great customer service, low wait times for ice cream, and the ice cream is amazing.

Ice cream was good but took 20 minutes to place an order and were the only ones, then it took another 30 minutes to get the ice cream. And the gave the kids ice cream last. Meanwhile they serve every car that came through the drive thru, at least 5 before my daughter got her ice cream

Headed to this newly opened location in the SoDo area. They are open for drive thru or carry away at the window. They are wearing masks and gloves for all orders and are careful with safety.My husband and I both ordered sundaes - chocolate for me, and vanilla for him. I asked them to keep the nuts off the sundae as I have an allergy and they were careful to keep mine away from any nuts, which was very considerate.We were in and out quickly and our orders were correct.Overall: AGreat start for this new location serving up soft serve ice cream!

I brought my kids here for a treat. Two managerial appearing men were sitting at a table outside and saw me pull up. It took 5 minutes for someone to come to window and I had to ask one of the men if anyone worked there. He said there were 4 people inside.There was a woman chain smoking at one table yelling at a nonexistent person. The other table was occupied by someone who didn’t even have any food from twistee treat. Then the manager men were at the third table. We sat on the ground to eat our ice cream while the lady blew her smoke in our face. There is a No Smoking sign but the employees never asked her to stop.I will choose to spend my dollars at Jeremiahs down the road.

Absolutely spectacular! I felt bad asking for cherry dip after sprinkles but they didnt mind at all and it was so delicious!

Always great ice cream and always great service—until tonight. A small, young, dark haired female ‘running’ the drive thru decided after asking us to repeat our extremely simple (kiddie cup vanilla w/ sprinkles) order three times over the intercom, that she would open the window once we pulled up and give us the shoulder shaking-hair flipping-I’m too good for this job-mannerisms and inflection while explaining that she was running the place by herself. Meanwhile there’s a young man right next to her quite obviously making the orders. Wide eyed I repeated the order and she slung the cup around wildly causing sprinkles to fly out of it, acted like an animal, and told my wife and I that we had the attitude. Everyone has a bad day, but as I explained to her, if a job taking simple orders via drive thru is so taxing that you believe you need to ‘tell off’ customers, then you’ll probably continue living a miserable life. I told the young man who was extremely professional that we weren’t upset and didn’t have an issue with our order, but that he needed to get rid of her to keep people coming back. We’ll try again and if she’s still employed there, we’ll be sure to never return.

Came to Twistee Treat at 9:10 pm while there was a long line. I did not get my ice cream until 10 pm. I noticed there was only one employee in the store taking care of every car, putting the orders in the computer, answering phone calls, and giving out ice cream. There should not only be one employee working at this time. I hope management can fix this issue.

There were 3 of us on site at exactly 1pm. We were knocking and no one answered.A female employee then walked out and I asked if they were open. She said yes and then I asked if she heard us knocking and she said no.... No apology no empathy just rude.... Never again.

We were not impressed. We had never been to a Twisted Treat before and we wont be going to any in the future. I can say that even my children had nothing remarkable to say about it.

Twister Treat has a much bigger menu now including Choco-Tacos!! It it always a delight when I can get some Twistee Treat.

HUGE portions! A small twister is like a 16 oz cup and a kiddie is a 12oz cup fulllllll if ice cream! You for sure will be full. Ice cream is my weakness and i could NEVER finish it all. Their toppings are 99 cents which is a little more than other twistee treats. So far iv gotten two milkshakes and they are too liquidy and milky for me. I would enjoy them if they were thicker.You will get so much bang for your buck here! So many flavors/toppings/mix-ins. Cheaper than Dairy Queen or coldstone of course! Quick service in the drive thru.

Their slushie machine was down, totally ok, things happen!! The young man who took my order, my receipt says Marc Z, could hear it was for my son and made him a tiny cotton candy milkshake since he didn’t want anything else to replace the slushie. It was such a sweet gesture and made my son very happy and nothing makes a Mommy happier than to see her children smile. Thank you Marc. Your amazing customer service did not go unnoticed!!
