Throughout the years I have been a customer here at La Familia in Whisper Lakes. I have nothing against the other stores but this one is the BEST!! The second you walk through the door you feel the customer appreciation from the staff. I know they probably have to do that at all locations but here you see that they really take the time to great you in like normal people and not like robots. Then from just having regular conversations(nothing to do with merchandise) or asking about the family, you feel the genuine attention they give you. Luz Araiza and her fellow employees brighten up your day, when you actually walked in feeling down. I always refer her and the staff when I am asked about a great pawn shop.
