Fran helped me design my kitchen. I couldnt have done it without him! I made a few bad choices and he stepped in and offered suggestions that helped me to end up with a beautiful kitchen that I absolutely love! Everyday, for the rest of my life, I will get to enjoy my kitchen and every day I will thank Fran and his team for holding my hand through the process. I cant thank him enough. I might add that he is very kind and wonderful to work with. Thank you Fran... and all your helpers. :)

I went to the store on JYP based on a high recommendation from an extended family member. Both Fran & his crew (cabinets) and Manny and his crew (construction) provided fast, friendly, clean, quality work in all facets of my kitchen/great room remodel. I highly recommend them to anyone. Working with Madison on the design of our kitchen redo was great. She was very knowledgeable and gave us design options to best utilize our space. The cabinets are top quality and she made sure delivery was in sync with our contractor. I would highly recommend Madison and Kitchens RTA.

I bought cabinets and granite tops here and it made the kitchen so beautiful. The quality was also much better than expected. I sold the house in 11 days all because of the kitchen. I cant say enough of the staff, they essentially laid out the entire kitchen for me. Thank you so much Fran, I cant wait to get cabinets and granite tops for my next flip.

Communication was terrible, took over 2 months start to finish. I inquired about adding a bar section in my kitchen. Was very quick to get me a quote, took 3 weeks until they first showed up at my home, and I had to call to get them to tell me the install date. Guys showed up, they ended up ordering the wrong Crown Molding, which too a week to get ordered in, and the they came back to finish the install the Crown Molding was damaged in the packing (Not their fault) They had to re-order the Crown Molding and ended up coming back a 3rd time. On the final visit the Crown Molding install was sub-par, and when I mentioned it the response was Its the best we can do. I ended up telling them to leave and to order me another stick of Crown Molding. I picked up and installed it my self. Took them over 2 months and I (Me) ended up finishing the job.

Bad Crown Moulding work. Uneven and unleveled counters because they didnt use shimms to level the bottom counters. Nailtacks are ALL very visible. Uneven doors and drawers. They said they would adjust and fix, but didnt. Francis has a bad attitude and doesnt like to be questioned on anything or hell just storm out and then you have to wait till he decides to come finish the work. My kitchen and baths were suppose to take 1 month to be completly installed. Kitchens RTA, has taken over 7 months and I am STILL waiting for Francis to show up and fix his mistakes. He also told me Theres nothing he could do, when he ran out of crown moulding or when the bottom cabinet was mounted with out being properly leveled. I wish Kitchens RTA, would do the right thing and fix their mess. I paid this company $14,685.00 for my kitchen and baths. Not to mention 7 months! Every body talks about how great Manny remodels their kitchens and baths. I wish I had Manny. But, instead I got Francis and a bunch of unrpofessionals take my money and and leave me feeling dooped!
