Oh my goodness! I could not be more pleased with the service I have gotten from this place! If I could give it 6 stars I would! I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen and who knew selecting granite could be such an ordeal!? Well it doesn’t have to be when you have amazing professionals such Luis who went above and beyond to help me. To say he was helpful is putting it mildly. He gave it a 110 % and believe me from someone who worked retail for 14 years that is rare to find indeed!Thank you Stone Warehouse for having such amazing staff to help customers such as myself!

Advice to Shoppers: Do your research on Natural Stone qualities, types and selections. Check and double check your installation measurements. Mark your hand picked slab with a signature or personal marking on the slab to avoid getting the wrong slab delivered. Double check the slabs exact usable measurements, make sure you account for material waste. Stone warehouse is very accommodating should mistakes occur in the buying process. I highly recommend Stone Warehouse. Ask for J when you call.

We visited Stone World of Tampa and meet the most friendly and professional employee named Jay! She was so knowledgeable and eager to help us learn more while we felt absolutely no pressure to buy. We looked at every slab as she took the time to help us find the right one. She did this with a huge smile on her face! can’t say enough great things about this company. Super Friendly, Professional, and knowledgeable!

Great experience so far after visiting 5 other places before them... Luis was very patience, educated and a great helper.. asked me the right questions for me to narrow down between 4 colors I had in mind. Great guy. My kitchen should be ready soon

The girl (I dont remember her name, but it was on a Saturday) who greeted me at the front was super nice, explained the waiver process, explained how the warehouse was laid out and where to find what we were looking for. I told her what I was leaning towards and she directed me to that area. I was allowed to walk around and take pics of the slabs I was interested in. When I finished, I went back inside and told her I had picked out 4 and she immediately emailed them to the fabricator Im hoping to do business with. She also offered bottles of water, since we were really sweating from being in a warehouse on a 95 degree day. Couldnt ask for a more pleasant experience!!

After many years of partnership they had sold me some defective yellow slabs, once we inspected we try to return it, they would not take it back blaming us from improper storage. We suppossed to have warranty on the slabs but i guess you dont have any, be aware when buying Quantum Quartz.

We were in the process of purchasing granite countertops for our kitchen after our cabinets were installed. We searched Angies List to find a well rated installer which was Stone World. We told him what we had seen and he suggested we look at Stone Warehouse. We are delighted that we checked them out. We dealt with Kamal who is the salesman. He listened to what we wanted and was able to show us four countertops meeting what we were looking for. Of course, we also took a look around at their large warehouse just to make certain. Kamal was very patient and took the time to answer our questions. We came back the next day with samples of our tile and cabinets and Miladys was extremely helpful and supplied us with a shopping cart for carrying our materials. Miladys greets everyone at the front desk with a smile and a very cheerful disposition. We were surprised to see a hold on the material with our name on it. They held the material without us asking because they didnt have much stock on what we wanted. We found that pretty impressive. We came back a third time to select the exact sheets that they had pulled out for us with the help of Stone World. At this time we met Augusto another employee whose philosophy is to please the customers. All in all a very rewarding experience. Great selection, great customer service, really nice people to work with and very competitive pricing. I highly recommend Stone Warehouse of Tampa at their Orlando location.

Bad experience here will be buying some ware else! Girl at front desk is rude and unprofessional didnt want to walk us through the warehouse to see all their granite and wanted us to sign a waiver before entering too! Says allot about company when the first thing you experience is this. We wont be back.
