We ordered a 3 scoop cup of ice cream, with sprinkles. She put all three scoops, but forgot the sprinkles. Easy fix right? Instead of just sprinkling them on top the worker dumped it all into a smoothie cup, and then sprinkled it. Which is a terrible way to 1. Share Ice Cream (we were two people together only ordering this one item) since now the hole to scoop from is much smaller and harder to share from and 2. keep the flavors apart, since now the Rocky Road was melting over the Cookies and Cream.I dont know, it just seemed like bad customer service, and its very off puting.

Really wish theyd wear gloves when scooping ice cream, refilling ice cream, handling ice cream cones and even worse then going back and forth between serving ice cream and handling payment. Belgian chocolate tastes minty last few times, not returning.

They charged me for the shake and then she told me not to show her how to charge the bank and the girl went to my table and took off the meringue
