We ordered here a little over a week ago for an employee that was leaving us. Rolled Ice Cream has ice cream pies, Better than any ice cream cake I’ve ever eaten. It was a banana pudding ice cream pie. Delicious. Luis went out of his way to create a perfect ice cream pie for us to share. I might have to order another one soon enough.

I went here with my 2 daughters a few before them closing and one of the girls that was working rolled her eyes. Clearly she does not have customer service. I quickly disregarded her action after being greeted by the owner. Despite that we were there just a few minutes from closing he treated very well and even stated we are paying customers and he will not deny us service. Service like this is truly was many businesses are missing. The food is awesome a bit pricey but very good. It will be my new go to spot with the family.

Had a friend come with me to order and was told that cross-contamination was likely (my friend has a peanut allergy). Only came here due to a fundraiser and was never given a print receipt despite asking for one, resulting in the money not going through to my organization. There are better places near the area with better service.

The ice cream tasted great but it’s extremely overpriced

Was a really good ice cream with some cotton candy... the only bad thing is that haft on the bowl is JUST ICE... look at the pics** it is curbside only!!

This is my first time trying rolled ice cream and I must say everything was delicious. From the variety of flavors and topping to the customer service from staff and owner. He was very welcoming and even offered us bottles of water because it was super hot while we were waiting. I am super pleased and I highly recommend this place.

Rolled Ice Cream is simply DELICIOUS!!! From the various options of ice cream, to the AMAZING owner and staff! I have a restrictive diet, and I was over the moon when I saw all of the non dairy options. The owner is so personal, and always checks on us when were there. My family and I have become frequent flyers, and any of our friends/family members that come into town, this is one of the 1st places that we visit for a sweet treat! I DEFINITELY recommend this place if youre looking for a variety of sweets, and GREAT customer service!

The ice cream was delicious and smooth. I think it’s neat that they have the kiosks to order off of to maintain social distancing. We liked that the ice cream was still rolled so that you could see it through the glass as well.

We all ordered different rolled ice creams everyone enjoyed their ice cream. this is the real stuff they make it right in front of you and the flavor is phenomenal. I came here with my wife tonight for mothers day and was just purely disappointed. I had ordered and paid online and got a confirmation/time for pick up (9:09pm an hour before they are supposed to close), but when I arrived there the store was closed. They had a sign only physically available on their door that mentioned they would be closed for both tonight (mothers day) and tomorrow. Had this been on their website or on their hours on Google or even their Facebook page I would have not ordered from here at all and would not have wasted the gas to get here. I tried calling them but no one picked up and their voice-mail was also not set up. Im not sure if Ill ever make the drive to come over here ever again. Ill be trying to get a refund from here for the next week to better this experience. Please for future reference, shut down your online order system if youre going to close down the store and also please post it online so that other people dont make the time/gas commitment to come over here when you guys are not available to sell ice cream.

Great place. Lots of flavors to choose from. I was surprised to see many sugar-free choices when most places only offer 2. Oh and, they also have a small food menu such as grilled cheese sandwiches and, hot dogs.

The ice cream from here was amazing and the service even better. Not only was the food delivered quickly, but you get to see the process of the ice-cream being rolled and it is an amazing family or independent experience. After we ate the owner greeted us and thanked us for our business and I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Great ice cream - super happy I wandered in. They have a lot of options for ice cream flavors and toppings. I was not expecting to find a place outside of Michigan that was serving up Coney dogs AND Superman ice cream. Ill be sure to stop in again on future trips.

The ice cream was great but the service was not. My first visit and Im not happy. I went there and the server did not even acknowledge us, we rang the bell and he came and said someone else will be with us..if you saw waiting why not say something insteading to walking away? Anyways the second server took my order and we moved aside. The first server saw someone else looking at the menu and immediately greeted them, asked them if they wantedsamples and the history of the place etc. Why we couldnt have the same experience especially when you see a little kid waiting for ice cream I love supporting small business but they could do better!

My experience was very good here. The whole idea behind this store is rather interesting and I have not heard of it until today. I dont really know the history of this style of ice cream service and Im not going to look it up right now but I believe it to be Korean or at least Asian in nature. The ice cream tasted fantastic and is prepared rather well. As far as I can tell the products are fairly priced, store is very clean and friendly. the menu is very self-explanatory even though I messed up lol. The milkshake was my favorite part. the right amount of malt can make or break a malt Shake. The manager was very nice and friendly and the two kids are also very nice and friendly although one of the kids I believe is new and forgot to put both of our products in a waffle Bowl but we didnt mind seeing as how we were so blown away by the flavor of the ice cream we didnt even realize we didnt get our bowls until the ice cream was gone. If youre in town and youre looking for a spot to have some neat ice cream this is the place you want to go theres a million gelato and shaved ice and Jamaica ice joints around the area but rolled ice cream is the only rolled ice cream joint around here. It was absolutely fantastic and if I have a chance Ill pop in there again before I leave on Tuesday to go back home. Do yourself the favor swing in there try it out and see what you think

Honestly the best ice cream I’ve had in all of Orlando! I’ve tried other spots, but they just can’t compete. The service was excellent, watching them roll the ice cream was mesmerizing, and of course the taste of the ice cream blew my mind because they truly use the best ingredients.

What a great place. This is the best Ice Cream I have ever tasted in my life. My wife and I went to this place after dinner and had the most awesome Ice cream ever. We spoke to the owner who was so kind he explained everything to us and even gave us one of their Ice Cream Jars with Strawberry cheesecake in it and told us to give it a try one of my wifes favorite flavors, wow what a treat. I wish all businesses were like this one the service was the best we have ever experienced, another thing we really appreciated was the fact that all the employees and the owner were wearing face masks, Thank you. Ordered coffee rolled ice cream last night and it was delicious. Our friends loved their treats too. The owner was very personable and the employees were helpful. We will definitely be back!

Fun experience. The staff is great and the ice cream is inventive and fun. We enjoyed watching them roll it out. It is pricey but pretty normal for this type of ice cream. Will return to try sonething else. The unicorn was not rolled but it is also very good especially if you like sour things.

I really enjoyed coming here. The people were friendly and the owner came up to talk with us. He was very nice and gave us one of their strawberry cheesecake jars to try, of course it was amazing! I’ve never had rolled ice cream before but I’d come back here in a heartbeat! I’d recommend this place to anyone living in or visiting Orlando!

Absolutely love this place! My husband and I stumbled upon this place about a month ago and we instantly loved it. The taiyaki and rolled ice cream are delicious and the service is excellent. Our daughter loves being able to watch her ice cream being hand-made. In the event they are busy, they have board games you can play at your table while you wait! Great place for everyone!

My sister commented here first. The owner is childish and easily worked up. The mask signs are all displayed at the order window, not anywhere near the tablets they have out front to order on. We walked up to a tablet, not the order window and began browsing the menu, at this time there were no other people around. To my understanding the current Orange County mandate requires masks to be worn in public places inside always and outside only when social distancing is not possible. So when the employee asked me to put on the mask outside from behind a plate glass window that was over 10ft away, I asked if they had a copy of the mandate posted so I could read it again to be sure. The entire time we were having this conversation, I was searching for a mask in my purse. I wasn’t sure if I was going to find one and when the employee said she couldn’t serve me with out a mask, I said that’s fine, I could wait in the car. But I found one after a few moments of digging! The other two people I was with put their masks on as soon as she had asked because they had them handy in their pockets. I was wearing a mask before I began placing my part of the order on the tablet. The owner commented on my sisters review making it sound like we never were wearing them at all.. Although we were outside and there were no humans other than my household members within at least 10ft of me, I respected that we were still standing in front of this man’s business and put the mask on per the employee’s request.As we were waiting for our order to be made, I noticed a line taped on the floor, indicating the area where masks were required. Two of us stepped outside of the line and removed our masks, as is allowed clearly indicated by the tape line. My sister remained in the “mask” area as she was the one actually making the purchase. This for some reason infuriated the owner, he came up to the window screaming that we were playing games and told us he refused to make our order without waiting for us to say anything. When I asked about the line that was clearly placed there for his business, he had nothing to say. He noticed I took a picture of his business and the line that my sister posted and he came up to the window to record me... I understand wanting to protect your business and each other but he and his employees lost money today because he couldn’t keep his temper. I would have quickly put my mask back on to get my food if he had approached the situation with a little more professionalism and a little less rage, but I wasn’t even given that opportunity. I will gladly wear my mask and spend my money on his competitors while ordering food and eating from inside their storefront instead of having to wait outside where there isn’t even any seating.

2nd time coming and I am coming here from Titusville. I grew up in this area and enjoy seeing the new places popping up. Very good food! Owner is super nice and friendly and makes sure each customer is talked to individually to make sure they are having a great experience. Ice cream is fresh and delicious and watching them roll the ice cream is super cool! The taiyaki is also delicious! Definitely recommend and will be back!

I love this place!!!!They have the best dairy free ice cream Iv ever had!!! Iv been twice now and have gotten the banana and cotton candy dairy free rolled ice cream. There both so delicious 😋 and there are so many flavors of dairy free ice cream and you can mix stuff into the ice cream!!!! Honestly I happily drive across town for this ice cream. Most dairy free ice cream either dosent tast good, or has a weird consistency or texture but not this place the only way you can tell it dairy free is because your stomachs happy as a clam!!!!!

Just ordered their s’mores jar via door dash. They package their cold and warm items appropriately and with care. I think the s’mores jar may be the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. Super impressed ☺️!

We have rolled ice cream in Austin Tx. Oh its great taste but this roll icecream is not a real icecream. Its tasteless. Just waste of money..

Came for the taiyaki which traditionally is filled with a red bean paste. Maybe it was my fault for assuming when the menu listed “red bean” as a flavor I thought it would be red bean paste. Nope just straight up beans cooked into an overly sweet pancake batter. Also the ratio of filling to batter was way off.

This place was awesome myself and a couple friends came here for the first time and had the best ice cream we have ever had. The staff was great with suggestions and were very kind. we found our new ice cream spot.

I have never had Rolled Ice Cream until I visited this place. What a surprise the Ice cream was delicious and the staff was very friendly. While I was at this establishment there were three girls giving the staff a hard time about wearing a mask. I knew they would comment on here because the said they were going to prior to leaving., sure enough I read their review that was nothing more than untruths. The staff simply ask the three to put on a mask as I was standing there also but they refused saying they did not have to that they were outside again the staff kindly explained that there is a orange county mask mandate, which I looked up and there is it is very clear you must have a mask on while out doors, indoors, visiting, etc. I just have a hard time believing that these girls would write all this false information about this business they should be ashamed there is a pandemic, wear a mask it is simple and I dont appreciate them putting me in danger and I thank the staff for enforcing the mandate. me and my family will be back.

My husband and I came here and enjoy our Ice cream. I love the fact that they wear face masks and gloves. I felt very comfortable ordering here with Covid-19 going on. my husband got the pumpkin spice split and I got a rolled pumpkin spice ice cream. never have I tasted something so fresh the best I have ever had. the staff was so kind and friendly explaining everything to us.

Thank you for such a great experience. This was our first time here and we were so surprised at all the flavors. The Ice cream in a jar was my favorite I got strawberry cheesecake with chunks of cheesecake in it was so good. my friend got coffee with toffee in it was delicious we will be back in a few days loved it. I went with my sisters to go get some of what i was hoping would be delicious ice cream. We walked up without a masks, while ordering outside on a computer. An employee came up to the window and told us that we must where a mask, so me and and one of my other sisters immediately put on our masks since they were in our hands. My other sister had to search through her purse to find one. While searching for a mask she asked the employee if they had the mandate printed and on display. To which they said no. She found her mask and put it on. We proceeded to put in our order. After placing the order they both noticed there was a line on the floor stating that we only needed to wear a mask beyond the line so they moved to the other side of the line to wait, so they could take off their mask. The owner came to the window saying we were playing games and that he would “refund” my order because they werent making it. We followed their rules and they refused to service us because we followed their rules. Also while this was happening i stayed on the side of the line that required a mask with mine on the whole time. As i was the one making the purchase. If the line wasnt there they would have had their masks the whole time.

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time and had rolled ice cream it was the best. I had Taro with fruity pebbles was so good my boyfriend had a brownie sundae I could not believe how big the sundae was. the guy at the front window was so nice I think he is the owner he explained everything and thanked us for coming. we watched my ice cream being rolled in the front window we loved it.

The rolled ice cream is perfection here - I’ve tried other places in Orlando and the product they give you has ice chunks and doesn’t hold much of that good ice cream taste. Rolled Ice Cream here in Waterford however, gives you large ice cream rolls that are creamy and dense with flavor! I got the cookies & cream with Nutella topping and it was way more than I had hope for. Thank you :)

So rude to their costumers, they have horrible costumer service. I came to order rolled icecream for me and my mother, but both of our icecreams came back scooped. It was our first time here so we didnt understand why the flavor of icecreams that we picked couldnt be rolled. When we tried asking if our icecreams can be rolled, because that was what we ordered, the owner came up to us and started making up excuses. Because of the pandemic we cannot redo the icecream, the flavor you picked cannot be rolled, on the menu it tells you the flavors cannot be rolled (the menu did not say that). He denied to give us our recipt for proof. He gave us attitude and acted very immature. Plus he didnt have gloves on, and he touched other peoples icecreams. The other employees were also very rude towards us. This place is horrible.

It is currently 11:31 PM and I just came back from Rolled Ice Cream where I had the best service EVER. I was pleasantly surprised because I actually came about 15 minutes before closing and Lewis and the staff treated me as if I were the first customer they ever had!!! The wait time on my order was extremely brief, which also took me by surprise because I had a relatively large order ( 5 rolled ice creams for the entire family). My ice cream is delicious and I will definitely be retuning for more! They official have a LOYAL customer! #SupportSmallBusinesses

Really great ice cream. Loved the rolled ice cream. It is really interest to see them make the ice cream in front of you. Most of the ice cream is not premade but made fresh. They also will make you ice cream with almond milk. They have something new which is special ice cream served in a mason jar. Basically if you are looking for great ice cream made in front of you this is the place to go.

Love having an ice cream place thats not twistee treat. Ice cream was great. I highly recommend the green tea. They have a nice little set up to take orders safely. The owner is super nice, I enjoyed chatting with him.

Ordered the pistachio, doesn’t taste like pistachio at all it tastes like weird green stuff. I asked to return it, wouldn’t return it and wouldn’t give me anything instead nor a store credit. The worst part, the guy was super rude and was arguing with me. Never again. $6.67 to the trash.
