We stopped in for a few scoops. The line was relatively short, so that part was great. The interaction with the team members behind the counter was anything but professional. They were out of 1/2 the items requested and the counter area and lobby was filthy. One of the team members was extremely rude to the entire family ahead of us. You can tell that a manager had not inspected this area in hours if not the entire day. $28 for 4 cones comes with an expectation that was clearly not met. From a family season pass holder for 15+ years.

The Pineapple Twist was great, but the customer service was terrible..

Kids went in today wanting the crispy waffle bowls. Maliyah struggled with other employees to figure out how to charge us. I told her Id pay for ice cream even if we didnt get it. She and other employees turned their backs to us and laughed because my sons didnt want ice cream. When she saw me looking at her she asked if we liked ice cream. I just answered that my kids just wanted bowls. Waffle bowls were delicious though. Would have given 5 stars if customer service was better.

Awesome place for dessert

Pineapple twists sell out early in the day and they dont take their signs down or put up a sign saying theyre out-- they make you wait in long lines before telling you. This happens regularly, apparently.I came to SeaWorld specifically wanting the pineapple twist. I went to the softserve stand by the Manta ride first, waited for about 15 minutes in what shouldve been a much shorter wait for how many people there were, just to get told very curtly at the the end that theyre out of pineapple twists. The server told me to go to SeaHarbor Soft Serve to get it instead. I went all the way to the other side of the park, and waited for about 30 minutes just to get to the end and be told theyre out of pineapple twists there too. I asked for a waffle sundae instead, apparently theyre also out of that. So I ended up buying an overpriced waffle cone that I didnt super want. The server told me that they regularly sell out of both pineapple twists and waffle cones. It was 4:30pm-- not even close to closing time.They have temp signs up advertising the pineapple twists that are super easy to take down-- why not stop advertising it when they run out? Or even better, stock more of those if they really do run out that fast regularly.I feel that SeaWorld may also not be treating their employees as well as they could-- at least, thats the vibe I got from the tired and somewhat disgruntled employees from both shops. They did not seem happy to be there.Good ice cream, but overall frustrating experience.

Ice cream was great. Friendly staff. Great place to stop in the park.
