Placed an order for an irrigation pump - paid $472.99. Item arrived completely damaged and unusable. Contacted company several times and they do not call back.

My pump came in with freight damage contacted company they have not returned any of my calls or my emails with photos.

Orderd a pump to pick up the next day. Even being short staffed that day they were able to get me the pump. Great people, excellent service.

Husband ordered a part from this company online 8 days ago. After multiple days we tried calling and emailing this company multiple times with no response. Finally after multiple complains on their Facebook page they finally just refunded order and cancelled. No explanation, no nothing. Pathetic customer service!! This company left an old man and woman without any running water for 8 days because they don’t know how to run their own business.

I had hoped to purchase a new pump and necessary parts for my water well. Although they had the pump i was looking for they don’t know much about it and don’t have any of the adapters and jets that go with it.

I ordered a J7 pump with the proper jet assy with 2 couplers. Over $600 in partsI waited a week after being told were waiting on Gould...Come to find out, they listed everything on their website as In stock only to find out they had NOTHING in my order.This company drop ships most of there product and just takes their cut of the pie.As a central Florida resident who appreciates good product, this isnt the company to rely on.

The most helpful and friendly people! Half the price of others and with more parts in stock. A real find. If you have a well, water softener, or generator this is your place. They are honest and affordable.

Poor customer service. I ordered a pump a week ago. It was marked as shipped. The next few days I kept checking the tracking number and only showed a shipping label had been created. I called once and they confirmed the order and they say the order will be heading out. Couple days later same thing. I called again and they told me it had been shipped. They checked the tracking on it and of course it says shipping label created. The lady says she will have someone from the sales department call me back. 2 more days later, I have heard nothing from them. Ive sent an email and I am waiting on a response. So I have spent over $500 on a new well pump. It shouldve been here by today. I now have been over a week with no well pump that I was counting on having by now. Ridiculous.

AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PHOTOS ?..THIS IS HOW MY 600 DOLLAR PUMP ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE !, and yes, what you see ?..IS ALL I HAD SITTING ON MY FRONT PORCH FROM FEDX !!!..no box, no papers ?..nothing..notta !. and got here 2 weeks late after spending 80 dollars to have it shipped !. update: 6-17-2019, after a long run around with fedex ( who damaged my first pump I ordered ! ), locke well pump and company stepped up to the plate to make this purchase good !. I just got my replacement pump dropped off AGAIN by fedex, and this time is was in great shape !. ( yes..i opened the box, inspected it ). there seems to be a very large problem with fedex not wanting to handle heavy boxes ?, so this review is now being updated to show the locke well pump and company is not the problem with getting damaged products, ITS FEDEX THAT IS DOING THE DAMAGE !!!. anyway, I am giving locke well pump and company a boost in stars :-).

One of the worst online experience I had, I ordered a control box for my well because mine stop working, paid next day delivery around $54, next day I checked the order and it didnt have any updates so I emailed them so they can give me a tracking number.4 hours later, no updates so I sent another email asking about the delivery, guess what? NO ONE BOTHERED to email me back, I ended up cancelling the order that by the way the guy apparently didnt like that I call to cancel and driving an hour and a half to get one in stock in anothe place. Thank you for your LACK of communication and no customer service with emergencies like this.

I gave a star because it is required but would have gave no star. I ordered a well pump and bladder tank from this company and they had what seemed to be a great deal on shipping which was for 1 dollar for next day air. So I chose that option and after several days of waiting I reached out to them to see where my purchased items were. They said they tried to reach me for several days even though there wasnt any history of the companys phone numbers on my end. But when I did get ahold of them they told me that it was a glitch in their system and I had to pay over 100 extra to ship my items. I then said to the representative that its their fault that the shipping price was incorrect and I didnt feel that I had to pay for any additional charges for the shipping and that because it was a messup on their end they should have to take the loss for false shipping costs. Needless to say I asked for my refund and the representative was very rude and inpolite. I will neither order from or refer this company to anyone.

Buyer Beware!!!!We purchased a pump online on December 22 Friday before noon and paid for overnight shipping because we were without water in our house. The pump did not show up on Saturday. Christmas was on Monday so we called first thing Tuesday morning to find out where our pump was. They told me that they didn’t have it and should arrive from the warehouse the next day. So why was the overnight option even available? Luckily we live in Florida 2 1/2 hours away but I made arrangements to pick up the pump to expedite receiving the pump. So here we are a month and a half later and the pump quite pumping. We called them and they said to bring it back and they would inspect it. I arrived there the next morning and they claimed it ran dry and wasn’t covered under the 1 year warranty so they made me pay for the parts. We have no idea how it could have ran dry since there was water in the pump when we disconnected it and they had no explanation either since the pump is self-priming. So they fixed the pump, I paid $85 for it, got home and we installed it. Turned it on and water is pouring out the back between the pump and motor and spraying out the top. THE PUMP DOESN’T WORK! I called Friday at 3:55 to tell them they didn’t fix it and was told no one was there and he was leaving and I would have to call Monday. I called Monday asking what they were going to do because this is the pump that supplies water to my house. The best that he could do was send a crew out in 2 weeks or we could bring the pump back and they would try to fix it again. I told him I wanted a new pump and he told me he couldn’t do that. I’m sure they will try to find a way to try and charge for this repair. Have to ask what kind of quality are their pumps and what kind of quality are their repairs if they are 2 weeks out for a service call??? We were tired of local hardware store pumps but they did last about 2 years. We have been in our house with well water for 10 years replacing the cheap pumps every 2 years or so. We decided to go with professionals pumps thinking they would last longer to only work a month and half. This turned out to be a big mistake! They do not give quality service, they do not honor their warranty, the gave shabby repair work and the only reason they had parts that day to repair the pump was because they had a repaired pump on the shelf that the previous owner had abandoned probably for the same type of situation!!!! Beware they aren’t as good as you would think!!! We have had to miss work, now 3 trips to Orlando, the cost of piping to install and reinstall the pump and all they can say is I’m really sorry you are without water and are so upset. Don’t do business with these people. There are others that want to take care of their customers properly. The warranty is 1 full year parts and labor so why did they charge me? I get the feeling that somehow this will be our fault again.
