I ordered 5 pallets in total from Orlando Outdoors and all of them were BEAUTIFUL! Also, ordering over the phone is always super quick and always seemed to have delivery dates when I needed them. :)

I originally gave this company a bad review. I am changing it now to a good review. It was a bit of a challenge to express to them the poor state of the sod they delivered. Today they brought a special delivery of replacement sod for the bad sod i was originally sent. That is good business. I didnt want a refund, I just wanted them to make it right; and they did. So with that I say... Thank you!

Had agreed upon contract in hand at delivery for installation of sod, knew in advance of dimensions via contract, yet installed sod incorrectly. Ran out of over 400sqft of sod...because of their own installation error. Refused to fix the issue. Terrible customer service. Definitely would not recommend!

Really happy with the St. Augustine Classic. I’m used to the floratam, but figured I’d give this a try as the reviews on the grass itself are positive. Special shoutout to the driver who positioned the pallets of sod just right. The front office is squared away and the phone etiquette is on point. Will be ordering another couple of pallets real soon. Hoping for the same results as the first two pallets. Will keep everyone posted.

Juniper does the landscaping at my condo, same lousy service as before they changed the company name, will always be Arroyo. Not clue how to cut grass.Windhover residents have called in the property manager to replace them. Hope he does.

Very good prices for plants & competitive on mulch. Plants.look very healthy. Time will tell if they transplant/respite well. 4 out of 12 died last year, but todays purchase look very healthy. Staff helpful. Good parking and easy to load.

Our company purchased about 10 pallets of sod from this company a few years ago. The sod was good quality, however, once the sod was laid the company took the remaining pallet of sod that was not used and refused to credit us for the unused sod. You cannot trust this company, so be very careful when you are doing business with them. They absolutely cannot be trusted.

I had originally given this company a 5 star review..prices were good and staff was friendly. My husband visited them today twice to pickup truck beds of mulch for a project..no issue. We needed a third load and I called to let them know my husband was on the way and will be there right before closing. They werent very friendly about being inconvenienced right before closing. I was just surprised being that we had given them reliable buisness.

We got 2 pallets of sod from this place. Basically 2 pallets of dirt. The sod was old and grown together. Even the pieces were yellow, upside down, different sizes!!! Horrible! Was told it was a couple days old. Just goto the farm and get it yours self. JUNK

Obnoxious pricing. Got a quote from these guys and it was 3x what we got charged from the landscapers whose quote we accepted. OOL tried to quote $340 just for the patio mulch lol. The landscapers we chose also took down a whole tree. Not sure why OOL would even quote if theyre not going to be realistic. FYI... look into Orlando Evergreen and landscaping for a fair, honest quote on residential landscaping

Driving on the turnpike this morning behind a Orlando Outdoors tractor trailer. Rocks and debris all over the trailer. The debris came off and broke my brand new windshield. I called the office and the woman’s response was that it couldn’t be anything from their trailer and I should call my insurance company.Maybe they should keep a broom on their trucks and sweep them off before they go out and damage more peoples property???Be responsible Orlando Outdoors and repair what you damaged!

Our company purchased sod from this company for our office building located in the Baldwin Park area. The company delivered the grass and put the grass in the area along the sidewalk and street and it looked fine after installation. However, there was about 1 1/2 pallets of sod left over after the installation. We requested a credit for the extra sod we did not use. The company refused to credit our account for the extra sod that was not used for our project even though we had already paid for it. These people are dishonest. If I could give them a zero or no star I would do it.

Dont be fool by this company, quality and Service are horrifying.... sod quality is terrible / customer service is worse. Take your time, do your homework, theres many other SOD suppliers that will serve you better and more efficient. I should have read the companys (see yelp) reviews before compromising my self with this company. Every company is entitle to make mistake, unfortunately this company and their middle Management need serious training on how to handle situations and mistakes.Perhaps, if you are planning to install SOD make sure you ask your Project Manager or installer to provide you with a legit document into where his purchasing the SOB. Its to much of a risk purchasing from this company. In my case, half of one pallet that was already planted and with plenty of water was yellow and died in only two days.A big investment to see your money flow down the drain. So, my friends, Regardless how they answer this review, unless you have lots of money to give away, please do you due diligent and you will understand that is a BIG MISTAKE purchase ANY product from this company.

Small place with a healthy selection of plants. Go early to get the most options. They supply a lot of landscaping companies who purchase large quantities. They also have mulch and some trees. Mostly perennial plants and shrubs. No fruit trees.

They have been super good to work with. The mulch and grass that I’ve gotten is amazing. Always super nice. Great location! Def recommend.

Not a very good business ethics. I contacted this company for service and after I got a quote from them now they dont want to do the work after I have requested a copy of their Certificate of Insurance and their License to operate a business. I spoke to Karen, Office Manager to schedule the job and she said I was asking for too much and they thought it was going to be a easy fix, but being that my job now is more complex she is not willing to move forward. I will check with the Tax Collectors office to see if in fact they are license to operate their business.

My yard looks awesome. I read some of the other reviews, so I just made sure I was specific on what I needed. The customer service is very responsive and they delivered. The guys came out first thing this morning and in about 45 minutes, I had a lush green lawn. I ran the sprinklers and scheduled a treatment for later today. I already received 2 calls from my neighbors to forward them their contact information.

We didnt watch them like a hawk. Thinking that they were professional. They broke our sprinkler heads, cost tons to fix and they installed crabgrass weeds in our yard. When confronted about it, they blamed us. Dishonest company. Go somewhere else.

They quoted me a price on the phone and when I got there they quoted me another price.. I was buying st Augustin grass.. When I got there they claim that the dead grass was the lower price.. WTH buys dead st Augustin.? Than when they loaded my grass as I was paying they say by the way the pallet is extra...😳 really why didnt you tell me thus when you loaded it onto my truck? But you have a pile of them for free on the side...really!!! Very dishonest people... I will never go back or recommend anyone else.

Some what disappointed.... I was referred to orlando outdoors by a friend.. Need it a pallet of Sod....the order was simple..and Gia always kept contact..... I could not stress enough the need for the delivery to be in the back driveway... I think I mentioned it.at least 12 times... Gia even wrote it on the order... PLEASE DELIVER IN BACK DRIVEWAY .... simple instructions... NOT DONE.. it was placed side of the house about 350feet away from the driveway... and although this is was a deliveryman inability to read instructions.. I now have to carry each peace to the actual site... this just did not close the deal for me.... Guys!! This was not delivered.... sad!!!

Ordered a delivery of 4 St. Augustine and 1 Bahia pallet. Driver arrived on time and saw me attempting to fix a sprinkler junction box in the common area. The lawn company hired by my HOA claimed I had messed up one of the zones in the common area since the pool company we were using needed to go through this area to reach our back yard. The driver went out of his way to help me resolve the issue and after about 20 minutes we figured it out. All the pallets we received were top notch and are growing great now after about a month of being placed. This place is busy because apparently a lot of the mom and pop landscapers get their sod here. Great experience overall.

I bought 4- pallets of Bahai sod from these people in the beginning of October 2016. The last 4 weeks Ive been doing everything I should be to have a great looking lawn. Now after those 4 weeks of time consuming efforts Ive come to realization the Bahai sod I purchased is completely engulfed with sand burr grass. Thats right they sold me sand burr grass the worst, hardest weed grass there is to get rid of. Im beside myself and I want to make sure anyone else that buys Orlando Outdoors Landscaping Bahai sod is aware of this so that they dont have to do what Im getting ready to do and that is start the procedure of ripping all of that sod out of my yard. Then start all over. Talk about pissed off. I spent 3 months before I bought this sod clearing my yard of all weeds and grass I mean nothing growing just beautiful clean dirt. Now I have a beautiful green lush yard of freakin sand burrs Thanks a lot Orlando Outdoors Landscaping. I will never be doing business with these people again. I understand we all have our jobs we do to stay alive but ripping people off is not the way to do it.
