Pretty helpful, until I had the lights installed by my electrician. The product was not at all what we discussed, and after they received the first call from me looking to rectify the situation, I was never able to make contact with Jeff again. All of my calls and emails were dodged, and it was made clear that once my check was cashed, they had absolutely no interest in customer service. I have thousands of dollars of completely useless lighting here now.

Bigtime bad service, how to talk on the phone when u buy a product they dont really explain straight forward how it work, bad body language, not even ready to even listen to your comment if you have an issue.Personally I respect my self that why Im not buying from them anymore.

THE best lighting company in the Orlando area. The prices are very reasonable and the maintenance dept. is an added plus for your business lighting needs!

I have not used their services, but one of their vehicles has stickers on it that state, English spoken here. Intolerance of other languages is not a good business practice and shows lack of customer service.
