This place is so cool! Their showroom is a must see that will spark any imagination! I never knew how much you can do with lighting and how creative it can be. The staff was so friendly and knowledgable. They really helped give me great ideas for my project.

I wish I could post pictures of the incredible work & design Impact lighting team had created in my Pool area, throughout the house, and especially in my theater-room. Im very happy with the end results and their hard work to satisfy my familys expectation. Thank you Impact Lighting and I recommend others to check this company.

I visited their location and met with Richard, he showed me lights that were exactly what I was looking for I needed 20 lights this was Friday he told me he would get back to me on Monday.I had told him I had a tight time frame and he assured me he would email costs etc Monday.Monday afternoon I still had nothing so I called he told me he would get it to me ..... Tuesday afternoon still noting so I call again. Richard said he was working on it !Finally Wednesday I get an email quoting for 6 lights not the 20 I asked for and that it would take 2 weeks to arrive !!!Clearly he had no interest in this - I wasted my time dont waste yours

Impact lighting has the latest lighting technology on the market and for the fairest prices, Ive done plenty of business with them without any problems what so ever. They have very good costumer service and a very professional relationship with their costumers. I swear by them, and will always use them. Thanks Impact!

The company I work for did business with Impact Lighting, and will never go back to them. The sales rep was unresponsive, I would leave messages, e-mails and call without any call back. They finally delivered the lighting 4weeks late.The lighting appears to be put together with spare parts, the 5 units all have different kinds of screws holding them together, they have odd holes in the enclosure as if they were re-used from another project. Only half of the fibers actually illuminate in the fiber bundles they supplied.When I contacted the rep to resolve these issues he told me they would fix the problem, a month later I hadnt heard back from him so I contacted the president of the company. Again I was told they would correct the issue, another month has passed without any sign of action.They claim to have all of these high end customers, if you actually visit their office it looks like an episode of hoarders.BEWARE STAY AWAY!!
