Does not cater to the big or tall man

Great experience, I found the perfect bra.

I went to this store after being told, by their online customer service representative, that i could exchange an item that did not fit. When i walked in thr store i clearly stated i needed to exchange items that did not fit for the correct size. After finding several that fit i took my items to exchange at the register. The sale clerk took the items to exchange, along with the receipts in to the back room. As she left she said it would take a few minutes. About 10 minutes later she returned and gave me the paperwork and stated she had processed the return. I was then told it would take 3 to 5 days to process the credit to my card. No one ever said i couldnt do an even exchange....needless to say i was a little upset. This was not what i was told by the customer service rep or clerk. I will wait for my credit to process but will not shop this store again. The clerks were not very helpful in finding what i needed and this is the second time i have had this experience in this store.

The stock is reasonable and the staff is amicable and ready to help. But they seemed less knowledgeable in terms of fitting. They could not spot key problems in fitting like riding back. Even when I pointed to it and insisted it to be a poor fit, they just tried push sale the product. I believe even though their demeanor was pleasant but lack in skills can cause unsatisfied customer like me.

I just walked into Hanes and the cashier was very rude. That Indian lady just yelled at me and my friend because we asked a question about the merchandise. She said before we could finish our statement. She said not today, Im not having it Ah just lost meh sister. I understand you lost your sister, we all lost love ones. Stay home and grieve, instead of coming to work and being ugly to your customers. They lost a sale just like that.

Very crowded, no parking not a good outlet to shop. Very inconvenient and messy

Very lazy and they do not know whatthey are doing. My wife went in there to get sized for a bra I gave her the wrong size and cup. We had to go to Lane Bryant which they gave her one cup size larger than 4 inches bigger on the side she now has perfect bras and its extremely happy I would not recommend this place to anybody at least not this location. If I could give 0 Stars I would
