Couldn’t even discuss what we wanted to get because she made us feel so uncomfortable. I’m not sure why she would want to be in someone’s intimate conversation. Purchased items on this past Saturday. Finally tried to use one of the items earlier today (Tuesday) and it’s already broken. Spent like $80 in the store and neither of the toys OR the creams that I purchased does what it should. Cheaply made and false advertisement. Jokes on me because NOTHING is refundable. The young women staff there are nice and helpful however the old white woman gave me bitter vibes. Needless to say but I won’t be returning.

Visited Orlando a few weeks ago with my husband and we stopped in after dinner for some late evening excitement. Weve been to a few stores across the US and this was one of the nicest weve seen - clean, well-lit, welcoming atmosphere and a fantastic range. The staff were so friendly and personable too, we spent a good hour in there without even realising! Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area!

The ladies there were nice and helpful but I felt like my sister and I were being followed with our partners by one of the ladies. Made us feel uncomfortable. But overall great customer service.I do one to give a shout out to one employee who I didnt get a chance to get her name. She was the only black female there. She was AMAZING. She has helped me before and suggested some products to me and my sister and my man. Lets just say my sister went home happy with her product with her man. Very rude and short on the phone and does not carry any pup gear and proceeds to tell me that the boss man doesnt carry stuff like that. Rather drive down the street to fairvilla where theyre kinder and they carry more of a variety of things. I called at 7:30pm. Its okay Im not interested Im waiting on a back order.

So I just went in tonight and all of the ladies there were just so helpful. Ive never been in an adult store where the cashier never wanted to make eye contact with you. I was also looking for something while my husband is away that isnt rock hard plastic or glass. Its extremely painful to me. They asked if I needed help and suggested the perfect product. Latina lady (employee) started and kept following me around the store the MINUTE I walked in. She didn’t say a word and was pretending to be stocking merchandise, yet kept following me around from isle to isle lol. It was extremely rude and obvious, why tf would I steal from an adult store. The employees weren’t very helpful, they didn’t even bother to ask if we needed any help or say hello etc as they were too busy flirting/talking with some older guy that came in the store, I’m assuming a regular. The shop is rather small for being advertised as huge and the selection honestly isn’t that great, prices are through the roof. You’re better off buying online, trust me. First time going and will not be coming back.PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS, THEY WILL TRY TO NEGATE EVERYTHING YOU SAY AMD CANT TAKE ANY KIND OF FEEDBACK OR CRITICISM.

Wrote a review about how the customer service here was garbage and how they don’t follow masking protocols to keep staff and customers safe. They watch you like a hawk. Judge me for what I purchased. Didn’t offer assistance or even a hello. The products are a rip off and when you write a review they protest what you have to say or in my case: get the review taken down. Worst business practices. 0 stars if I could.Edit: I wore my mask before leaving my car and had my own sanitizer in hand. I’m sorry your workers don’t know how masking works to stop the spread of COVID. Or how signs work. Putting multiple signs in a store saying “mask required” but your worker walked out the store before I got to the entrance WITHOUT a mask just to stop me at the door to tell me to make sure I put on sanitizer without a greeting. Your customer service is trash trying to say I was the problem. Completely glossed over the fact I was judged for my purchase. I don’t need help, you do with your business.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. If I could give it 0 stars I would, one of the clerks followed us through the whole store making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and eventually making us just walk out. There are several better options in the Orlando area, save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else.

I really love this store. Everyone who works there is super nice, helpful and funny. Their main concern is making sure you get what youre looking for and have a pleasurable experience. The store is really organized and has almost everything to suit your needs. Prices are also very reasonable (probably what you would pay online for the same items but without shipping costs). Lots of people complain on here that they were followed around the store, and this is true to some degree. If you wander into a part of the store where they cant easily monitor customers (like all the way in the back on a platform thats got a wall surrounding it), it is completely understandable for an employee to go and make sure you arent taking things. Its a specialty store, so its not like Wal-Mart where tons of people come in all day. Their products are also valuable and limited, so they need to protect their source of income. Also, getting ID-ed at the front door isnt a big deal since Im sure its just the law. I dont usually write reviews, but I think this place deserves better than the 2.9 it currently has. Dont let those negative reviews stop you from checking this place out. 10/10 would recommend, and Ill definitely be coming back.

We just pulled out of here and we had an INCREDIBLE experience. My wife and I have not really played with the idea of toys much and walked in hoping to find something we knew nothing about but would like. Stephanie, the employee came over and helped us for about a half hour. Asked both of us what we like and what we don’t so she could recommend a product. She showed us every product we could be interested in, made suggestions, helped us both find toys to please the other, and went way above and beyond with her customer experience. We live two hours away and will likely drive here just to see her when we are ready to purchase more items.

I was there about a month ago or so looking for a very specific type of panties as I was trying to fill an order for a customer (I add designs and sexy phrases to panties, then sell them, in a nutshell). While I did not find what I was looking for, I did want to mention that a very professional and nice woman named Carolyn relentlessly tried to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and for a pretty long period of time. As I mentioned before, while I did not find what I was looking for, I will definitely go back to the store with my husband to shop for ourselves based solely on the customer service I received from her!

Do some research. Battery operated toys are not for long term uses for the batteries inside them. Either deal with buying huge packs of batteries, or shell out a few more bucks for a rechargeable. The prices are fine for what it is. Remember, you get what you pay for, and if you pay a cheaper price, then you get a cheaper product. Keep in mind that cheap and inexpensive are two different things. If you purchase cheap products of anything all your life, youll either be disappointed or just continue to repurchase the item. Either way, its more expensive in the long run.Always remember that these items are going to be a little more expensive depending on supply and demand. They also are running a business. You are paying what they paid for the toys, PLUS a convince fee so they can continue to operate. The best part of a toy store like this is you can see how they feel, operate, look and fit (non sexually) all in person.This place is wonderful, and I love going in.

Ive been going here for years.... Roughly 8yrs at that. Ive always had a pleasurable experience. Friendly staff, wide variety, reasonable pricings and any items purchased here, the cashier has tested in front of me. Item has lasted a good life expectancy. I felt like Ive gotten my money is worth from the products. Can safely say I like the selection and price a lot better than fairville. 2 thumbs up from this happy shopper.

Walked in and the staff was wonderful, then not even 5 minutes looking and walking around the older white women with the short blonde hair followed us the whole time as if we were going to take something, then walked down another row and was still following us. I have never felt so uncomfortable unwanted and annoyed in this store ever. I have been here numerous times but after this experience I will never go back.

I cant help but to feel like I WASTED money on that store with the items I purchased. I truly believe their items might be expired.Whats the sence of buying something if you cant use it because it doesnt work? I tired seeing if i could at least get the same product for the inconvenience but the associate explained how they wouldnt be able to help me out which I didnt understand. I mean I know there is a no exchange or refunds policy but its common sense that if somebody spent alot of money in a store the company should show some consideration especailly at the fact of me not being able to know if it had functioning battieres when the toys themseleves were in a sealed packge in which id be giving somebody as a gift to only find out when they open it, it wasnt functioning. She also had mentioned they always advise the costumers to check all battery items but in my case I for not one second recall any employee telling me I can open a sealed package to try out the batteries. Honestly I feel played & im the type of person that if im spending money its for something thats worth it! I vaule my money & obviously this store doesnt vaule it.
