Employees make no effort to engage--one followed me around and when I stopped to look at something she whipped out a calculator and showed the discounted price with tax. While this in itself was helpful, there was no greeting, no smile, no words spoken. She just pushed the calculator under my nose and pointed at the numbers. Honestly I dont mind because I know a good deal when I see one but if you looking for a pleasant, happy experience, this is not it. This is very automated and efficient...very unlike the store on Vineland.

LOOOOVE this place. I usually order on line as we dont have a Kipling Store or Outlet in GA. Also buy their backpacks and pencil cases for myself and grandkids. Consistently durable.Prices were great, their backpacks and luggages are made to last, very durable. Lightweight. These are all I use when I travel. Also perfect for cruises as these bags are soft. Youre able to mush these under the bed, for much needed space in your room.Highly recommend Kipling!

Never like the store

The service is awful. Even when is not crowded, they will only interact with you if you are ready to pay or to be rude to you - I got “called out” once because I was carrying around the display item (no one helped me get the item, what was I supposed to do?). And the other time, since I saw they would get the items from the drawer, that’s what I did. So I got called out for opening the drawers. What?!Plus, they assume and speak with you in Spanish - a language I don’t speak, even though I am foreigner, we are not all the same!Anyways, discount wise, the very small or very large items usually have the best ones (necessaries or luggage). Mid range backpacks and purses usually have moderate discounts that you can get in regular stores. The sale items at the back are good but you gotta hope for a style you like.I had much better service in other outlet stores, like in New Jersey.

Eric helped my wife and two little girls (2 yo and 8 month old). He was super nice, let my wife know where all the good stuff was and wasn’t afraid to give his opinion on what were the more quality goods. Kipling was towards the end of our long day at the outlets and both my daughters started to have a meltdown in the store... Eric gave them both a Kipling monkey and was just a great human being. 2 days later and they carried those monkeys thru both SeaWorld and Disney, lol. Great customer service, thanks for your kindness Eric!!!!

Terrible customer service. I stood around while employees ignored me. considering Orlando is a tourist capital, they should fix their service if they want this store to stay in business. i will never be back to this location. Ive had much better service at multiple outlet stores in fort Lauderdale and Miami.

The store I most wanted to visit at Intertacional Drives Premium Outlets did not disappoint! Beautiful store, full of beautiful and colorful things, unfortunately I only bought a bag because I wanted to buy a little bit from each store, but I fell in love, it is golden champagne and I paid about 25 dollars. The store was full, the only thing I didn’t like was that the saleswoman started to speak Spanish with me, since I said she spoke English, I even understand Spanish but I don’t know how to speak Spanish, it confuses me and, as I know English, I wanted to use it for the whole trip and the girl insisted in Spanish, they must imagine that Latinos are all from the same country, I said Thankyou and I went to pay. The prices are good, much better than the Kipling store at the Florida Mall, I really liked it and I regret not having brought anything else.

The famous little monkey that comes with a gift backpack is as expensive as in Brazil. It seems to be cheaper for the amount of local money, but converting is very similar. And dont give me the litany ... those who convert dont have fun ... - in the following months, the card bills insist on dispelling this myth.
