Our company has worked with North American Office Solutions for more than a decade. They supply our new machines and the maintenance on all of our machines.Theyre a top notch company. We have shopped around but always decide to stay with them because of their consistent great service in all areas. Their sales rep who handles our account is Rod. I can count on him to see our needs are met first and foremost. Their service department has done a great job of growing as the company has grown so my calls are always handled quickly.

One of my all-time favorite companies. Ive been leasing digital printers from them for about five years, and I have never had an experience less than perfect. Their response time is what they promise in the contract, and everyone on the staff is pleasant to work with. I recommend them unconditionally.

Not a place if you are looking for a career. They are very miss leading and honest.They stated that they where closing the division in which I was working only to offer the position to someone whom I knew and he turned them down. They are still selling toner. My expression is if you are going to state that you are Christian, Remember the Truth will set you free..I was an excellent employee and really was mislead by Steve and Kyle....

Great company to work for, always a team effort to ensure costumer was first priority.Worked as a temporary warehouse setup technician, cant say one bad thing about anyone who I dealt with in my time there.

Buyer beware of the shady salesman Brandon Vaughn, a true piece of work. He sold us slower machines than we originally had and then had the nerve to leave a negative review on my companies website, as if he was the customer! Then when I emailed him about the review, his reply was: My Gmail account doesnt show this. Looks like my pic and name but not me. If I could take it down I would sorry for the Misrepresentation. Coincidentally the review was left around the same time we signed the paperwork, Im really struggling to believe his reply. If you were to meet this salesman you would see the smugness and realize this POS would do something like that. Leaving a negative review for your customer is bad for business and poor judgement. We have done business with NA Office for years but now this is the kind of stuff that you cannot forget. There are plenty of choices when it comes to purchasing a copy machine, choose your next vendor wisely...

Very knowledgable and helpful. They have printed posters and flyers for us and we have never been dissapointed! Always great work!

North American is the BEST Company I have worked for in this life time!Hopefully I will retire here NAOS.The owners are very great people to employees and custmers. They truely believe in being generous and humble when it comes to thier community involvement.I could go on and on.
