Worst place I’ve ever went to. There customer service seemed great in the beginning but once they got your money they basically don’t give a F about you. They could care less about you. Was supposed to receive a bed the next day and didn’t get it until 2 weeks later. When we called to see what was going on, no help. Basically told us we were out of luck. Finally had to drive over there and figure out what was going on and they finally told us that our beds were messed up during shipping so they needed to get new ones. Don’t know why they couldn’t tell us that over the phone. Then they were kind enough to offer free sheets. And we kindly accepted. Guess what. 4 months later nothing. Called them and he said sorry the lady that was supposed to get them ordered quit so there’s nothing we can do. Just warning you people now. Be careful because if your in need of a bed it’ll take weeks for you to get it.
