Excellent customer service from both Cesar and Alphonso. I was happy to recieve same day delivery with a 5 year warranty, however upon delivery the mattress had a few side scratches. I contacted Cesar and he went beyond to replace the mattress with an upgrade within the week. Very professional and comfortable bed. Thank you.

Update:05/27/21In response to your reply I have never ever said these guys were not helpful at all. I was even told when they came in to replace your second mattress that was defective badly. Cesear said that I was not the only one and that I was being nicer. The first 2 mattress I got within a week they were bunching up and messed up…A week both times.And the fact that you completely disregard a customer for a comfort issue ( y’all brought a firm, I ordered the plush) that is your fault not mine. I did not deliver my own mattress. You wash your hands of your customers even when the issue at hand is not the customer fault. This is awful customer service now by you whoever is typing these responses. Hiding behind here and can’t even return a phone call or a FB message. May if you would have delivered the right mattress things would have been so much easier. Just fix the issue is all I’m asking, Delivery the correct mattress and not this hard one y’all brought me. So very unprofessional!People go to Mattress Firm they will treat you so much better and will handle your issues no questions asked! I made a mistake and will never again.05/03/21Think twice before buying a mattress from a company who sells out of a Storage Unit. I wish I would have had someone tell me this before I did. They were fixed but with the incorrect mattress. Then the financial guy had the nerve to email me and act like he knew me and had worked with me. Just think twice!!Our mattresses were delivered yesterday 10/27/20 and my daughter excepted delivery when he arrived, Caesar ended up not having a second bunkie board but brought an alternative option for my daughters bed, He even help her take off some hardware from her to add the bunkie board alternative. So kind of him to do that. Other places would have just not brought anything to replace an out of stock item but Caesar did not do that...Go see him he really will go above and beyond!My daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Caesar and we were both very happy with his assistance. We both ended up purchasing a Queen size mattress, bunkie boards and I got a protector. Caesar had such great energy and made it a fun process...Even when the sales person in me came out. We would absolutely come back and buy from him again. It may be a while though because we love the mattresses we got. I can’t wait to get it tomorrow. 😃😃

Setting appointment was very convenient and easy! We got an incredible mattress that has both me and my husband waking up incredibly rested, relaxed, and refreshed! Caesar was great in setting up an appointment for me and working with my schedule. He was super helpful in helping me pick out a mattress and even helped me out on the delivery cost. Al delivered the mattress on time and was great as well. I strongly recommend you buy from them.

Updated: The mattress is great. The prices are ok. The service is horrible.When they say free delivery look at the fine print -it’s to the garage. They are not going to set it up and are not prepared for big orders. If you are getting one ground floor bedroom you are probably ok if you price haggle. If you are expecting a king size delivery on the second floor be prepared to help or hire your own people. I had to rent a truck and bring people. Also all sales are final no matter what the sales guy in the store says don’t believe he will do anything more then charge you on the day of the sale (not upon delivery) and anything beyond your garage you might end up shelling out for a rental truck, helping out, or as I’ve read in other reviews an extra charge for stairs. In the end there was one nice guy I met in the entire experience who helped me and that was the guy that met me after waiting 4 hours for the owner to send someone to the store. He not only met me at the last minute but also drove the last 2 kings that would not fit in the truck I rented. To that guy I give the stars- otherwise this experience has been a total nightmare.
