It has been 43 days since I ordered an adjustable bed and mattress. Still have not received a mattress without holes and tears. I have had to stay home from work twice now to wait on delivery drivers, very inconvenient and time consuming. Customer service is nice but they are not much help either. Will not be using this company again.

Eric was my delivery driver he was great a threw him for a loop since I was in the middle of a move and had him delivery to my job tire kingdom and he did great! I am a very happy customer! From the beginning of the transaction until the very end. Two days after I paid for the mattress, I received a phone call that it was going to be delivered the next day. Which it was.The drivers kept in touch with me and I knew exactly when they were arriving. I was intending to have them just leave the mattress in my foyer but they encouraged me to move my other bed and helped me set it up and made sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable before they left.I had a question that he couldn’t answer so he had the office call me within 10 minutes and my question was answered professionally and politely.I would highly recommend them and certainly will use them again. Thank you gentlemen! 😊

Avoid this company. They have an F rating with BBB for a reason. Things will probably be fine if everything goes smoothly, but if you have a problem they will be awful to deal with. Poor customer service - I placed an order with them based on inaccurate information on their website, and they wanted to blame me instead of acknowledging their product information is deceptive and confusing. I had to argue to get them to agree to refund my money in full - which they didnt even do until I escalated it to PayPal. They dont respond to emails. I couldnt imagine spending thousands of dollars with this company. Avoid.

The delivery was made within the time window indicated. Driver texted us to let us know when he was 1 hour away and then at intervals along the way. He arrived promptly and made certain the large item was brought in safely. Quick, efficient, and cheery. Quite professional. Highly recommend.

I dont give a two star review lightly. Great beds, but their customer service was way below par. Bed was eventually delivered more than a month beyond the promised date. We slept on an air mattress for that month - so very unhappy. Delays happen, but what was not acceptable was how difficult it was to reach them. Half the time I called them (during business hours) I never got through - waited 10 - 15 minutes each time. While holding, I would leave messages on their chat line - never got a response, and never got a response from any emails I sent them.Then on the occasions when I reached a human being, they were very nice people, but didnt really have any answers. Only on the third human conversation did they reveal that the beds were in a shipment delayed by the US Customs Dept. Never got an email update (which is why I had to call them) about delays or rescheduling. Even when they finally had my beds in stock - they still ended up being a week late, having to reschedule delivery. Great bed, very poor customer service and support. It wouldnt take much to improve, but they dont really seem interested in making improvements to the customer experience.

Easiest delivery I ever experience. Eric was great! He texted me what time he would be here then texted again when he was an hour out and then called when he was 20 mins away. The bed frame was setup fast and he showed me how to use the controls. Great job.

I ordered Dealbeds 6i split king in June, and I love it! I was impressed with the quality, and it works great! I especially love the head tilt, quad massage, and being able to control my bed with my phone or smart speaker in a pinch. My only complaint was how long the shipping company took (several weeks!!!). When I called Dealbeds, Paul was fantastic! He looked into the situation, told me the truth about why I didn’t receive my order on time, and accepted responsibility for the company they used. Paul made sure I was happy and satisfied. My adjustable bed was worth the wait, and Dealbeds’ customer service was exceptional.

The beds were delivered in prompt and in perfect shape. It is honestly the best mattress Ive ever slept on!! (Ive had experiences with Leesa and top of the line Serta mattress). I was worried Firm would be uncomfortable, but honestly it gives me the perfect support. I got the ideal bed adjustable; initially I was worried itd be difficult to put together, but it didnt take more than 15-20 minutes tops. Customer service at this place is very professional and quick to assist. Recommended it to my parents who also got a bed from here. They love it as well!

After much research and many questions we contacted DealBeds and spoke to Paul. He answered all of our questions and gave us more information than anyone else that we had talked with. He also gave us assurances concerning total quality and satisfaction. Paul gave us a projected delivery time, and actually delivered our beds two weeks early.The delivery team, Eric and Gabby were great. We were given a four hour window on delivery day when the delivery and set up should occur. They called that day and told us they were running a little early. They arrived about two hours early. YEA!! Eric and Gabby were very polite, quick and clean, answered some questions and explained everything Regarding the option of the adjustable beds. Update: it took about a month for them to process my refund.I have been waiting on a refund for over 2 weeks now, I have returned the item at the beginning of the month provided this company with the tracking number. It was then confirmed that they received the item back. They said allow 1-2 business days for the refund to be initiated it is still in the pending status. I have also tried calling and it is saying the vm is full and wont even ring.

Wont ever buy here again. Rough experience. Theyve owed me for a refund for over a month. Still have not received. Now the bed we paid $1200+ for is slashed down to $600 and I feel even more ripped off. Will be reporting them to BBB next for not returning our money yet.Delivery experience was also rough and they wouldnt take ownership of that since they delivery through a third party shipping company. I purchased a Sealy set online from here trying to save $500 from buying locally. Huge mistake. It was indicated as shipped after 3 days. After a couple of weeks I called to check on it- due to shortage of materials it is delayed at the factory, which I can understand. Mind you- this was indicated as having shipped from day three. One week delay turned into three, then four. I then asked for a substitution, a very nice customer service lady called me back to arrange this, and they agreed to a very generous comp. I was assured the product was in stock at their warehouse in FL. I was provided a shipping number (I had to call back for that). The origin says their shipping dept in Orlando. A week goes by-delivery date says pending and there is no further tracking information. I email customer service and the reply says it is shipping directly from manufacturer to ensure fast delivery and the shipping carrier has been delayed with scanning a couple of days. If so- why is my shipping number indicating Orlando? This mattress from what I can figure out is made in Utah. This sounds like a tall tale to shut up a customer. It has now been 7 weeks and I have no mattress. I was assured my substitute would be shipped out wed. 9/30. It is now 10/6 and I have a tracking number that essentially shows a package that has never moved. If it is even a legit shipping number. I was handled by very kind people on the phone who are dealing with things beyond their control, but this is totally unacceptable. I was not satisfied by the email response I received.

Ordered a chair November 17 2020. Was told it would ship within 5 business day. It is now January 5 2021and still no chair. Ive checked on it 5 times and each time all I get is another excuse. I do not recommend, every step of this process, beginning in June and hopefully ending in October, but easily could be November, has been terrible. The bed didnt ship on time until I called, tried to return via their online portal and received no communication. After many calls saying someone would set it up I filed a PayPal dispute, which got me one of 2 phone calls over the course of the whole process and no written communications. They have not been able to follow through on any promise made over the course of 4 months down to things as simple as sending me a tracking number for a FedEx box. Every action has required an action on my part, and usually multiple attempts. After wasting hours on the phone and still not being done, I would recommend avoiding purchasing here at all costs.

Avoid doing business with this company. My experience with dealbeds.com has been an absolute unending nightmare. They constantly lied to me and did not follow thru on anything they said.I will try to make my story as short as possible because there is not enough room in this review box to fully detail everything I went thru with this company. People need to understand why they need to avoid this horrible company and what they can expect to go thru if they do decide to place an order.I ordered a mattress the website said would take 2 weeks to deliver. This was perfect for me since that was the time frame in which my old mattress was going to be picked up. I figured I might end up sleeping on the floor for a few days or have 2 mattresses for a few days. Boy was I wrong. I ended up having to sleep on the floor for 2 months because dealbeds lost the mattress I ordered, not once, but twice. I never even got the mattress I originally ordered, but a replacement mattress that is defective and that I am unable to return because dealbeds support never got back to me.Over a 10 week period, I had to place weekly, sometimes more, phone calls in order for this company to do anything. I got a range of excuses such as its already been received by the shipping company and you will get a phone call in a few days to set up delivery, the shipping company hasnt yet scanned in your delivery. Wait a few more days, the shipping company cant locate your mattress and will do a dock search to find it, oops we cant find your mattress. Lets order another one, oh yeah, we were going to order you another mattress. Lets do that now, and there is a material shortage.It had been 8 weeks after I had placed my order. I had slept on the floor for 6 weeks. My back was killing me and I was desperate for a solution. Dealbeds said they would give me a free upgrade. I accepted and told them about a mattress that I had slept on before that I liked. They said they had that mattress and it cost less than the mattress I had originally ordered. So a partial refund, no upgrade. Fine, except I dont get the partial refund. I had to call them 2 more times to get the partial refund.The mattress I got was nothing like the one I had told them I liked. After sleeping on the floor for 2 months I tried to make do with what they gave me. After a couple weeks I discovered why it was so uncomfortable and not at all supportive. It was defective. It was dipping in several places. I contacted them and they wanted to try to charge me $200 to return the defective mattress they sent me. I sent them everything they asked for to start the return process. After 3 weeks, they never got back to me. I was tired of dealing with their BS and I started a chargeback claim with my bank.

I made an order on Sept 3rd and they said my order will come in two weeks max, I even called them before placing my order to make sure, they said the same thing. Two weeks pass by and nothing delivered, I called them and they tell me” we are having some difficulties with the manufacturing “ and said it will come next week, and I call them the week after and nothing is shipped. We stayed on this situation for 2 months and half, and I was the most patient costumer you would ever imagine, from 2 weeks to 2 months and half. The story is not done yet, I call them after 3 months of placing my order and He says that” sir, we are not sure when is ur item will be shipped (shipped not delivered) even when we got some, there are those who ordered before you so you may have to wait a lot more. The only solution they provided me is to refund my money back after waiting for almost 3 months. What a great solution!! I wish if they told me all that before I make my order, that would not be an issue. But they will tell you something, and it’s always not the truth, and their solution always be a “sorry “ word or “take ur money back” never believe or trust them. A side from that, I don’t even know the quality of their work, you’re risking on buying things unreliable.

I highly recommend US Mattress Depot for anyone looking for a great deal on a mattress. I had been shopping around for a few weeks and visited numerous mattress retailers and department stores. I saw an advertisement from US Mattress Depot and decided to check them out before making my purchase. I am so glad I did. I met with Abraham at the warehouse and told him what I was looking for in a mattress. Abraham took his time and showed me several mattresses to fit my needs. He was very patient and very friendly. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different mattresses. I purchased the King size mattress set that Friday afternoon and they delivered it to my house that same evening! My original order was places in November on the 23rd...Its now January 21st, and I have still yet to receive my order. I ordered a desk and instead, I received a bunk bed, so I called the company to get it fixed. We got it figured out (or at least I thought we did) and I got a confirmation email saying my order was placed and I will receive it in 1-2 weeks. Fast forward 3 weeks and still no desk to be seen. I looked at the status of my order and it was still pending. Never went through and never was shipped. I had to call them AGAIN for them to move my order along. So if I hadnt checked on the status of my order and given them a call AGAIN, my order would have never gone through. Customer service couldnt guarantee this wouldnt happen to me again, just told me to look for the confirmation email again, like I had to do the first time they fixed the order.

I purchased an iDealBed 4i Adjustable Bed Base to pair with a Magniflex mattress that I already owned. I am so excited to have the adjustability for nagging back issues and hope that it will result in more restful sleep. The customer service representative, Mary, phoned the same day I ordered to arrange for delivery. Wow, what a pleasant surprise! She patiently took notes to note the exact delivery address and best delivery window. The base was delivered the next day... much, much sooner than expected. The two delivery men, Eric and Frank were amazing! They called an hour in advance to advise they were on their way, then called when they were close by so we were totally prepared to greet them. They brought the item to our front door. It was one large heavy box so we were thankful they were able to bring it to our door. I can’t say enough positive about these excellent delivery men, they were so courteous, despite putting in an obviously very long day (it was 8:30 pm). Assembly was straightforward thanks to an easy to follow user manual. Everything is included in the carton and is clearly labeled. The remote/massage/lift is all working properly; it is so cool... and now I am anxious to put it to a sleep test! Thank you Dealbeds! I am very impressed with your company thus far!

I can not rate this company high enough. They had the best price on my bed out of everyone. When I ordered, I selected their white glove delivery, which stated would take 2-3 weeks. Alex called me and my bed was delivered in 5 days ! The gentleman that delivered my bed, Daniel, unwrapped it, put it in place, and could not have been nicer or more professional. What a great suprise!!! Abe the owner treated us with great respect. He took us around the warehouse and showed us many many mattresses until we found one we loved. He was so patient and helpful. If you want great customer service and most importantly great prices US Mattress Depot and Abe is where you should go. Ive been mattress shopping for a couple weeks been to all the major name retailers. I happened to find this place on google and figured Id check them out. It was the best decision I made. I purchased a king size Mattress I saw at another mattress store for a 3rd of the price. The people working at this business are very nice and helping, they did not pressure sell to me or try to up sale me instead they kept making sure I was comfortable and happy with the products I was interested in. I highly recommend this place, the prices are unbeatable and the people there are honest and very helpful.

Purchased a $1000 bed frame that now creaks and groans after only 60 days. The motor is louder than most other frames I tried and the massage function is the same. They offered to have me contact their warranty department for repairs. Very disappointed I spent so much money on a piece of junk. I definitely would advise to avoid this bed and seller unless you are 100% sure you want the product.

I ordered a bed frame that was set to be delivered a week after I ordered the product. A week and a half later I received half of the materials of the bed frame, even though I was only sent one tracking number. I called customer service and they told me the rest of my materials would arrive within three days. Four days later and I still hadnt received the other package. I called customer service again and waited on hold for 20 minutes with no response. I used their online chat service and learned that the bed frame package was missing and they did not know where it was and would need to reship the package. I was promised I would receive shipping confirmation and tracking information by the end of that week via email but never received it. I tried using their online chat service that said they were online and available to chat but no one responded to my message. Ive called their customer service number 3 times more, waiting on hold with no one ever answering. 4 weeks later and Im still without my bed frame. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I ordered 6 pillows back in October 2018 for Christmas presents. I received them in 2 weeks time. They were all rolled up tight. I unwrapped one for myself. I followed directions to fluff them. It Never fluffed and remained flat. I then figured I would unwrap them all to see if they fluffed. Out of 6 pillows only one fluffed up. I called, took pictures of them, and returned them. They wanted pictures. I then returned them the first week of November. I have called multiple times about my refund. It is now may 2019 and still no refund! Do NOT use this company! Customer service is non existent. Call customer service and NOBODY answers the phone. Go to their chat and nobody available. Its ridiculous. I ordered a Restonic mattress and frame on 02/14/19 and was told it would arrive in 7-10 days. Its March 8th and still nothing. I reached out online last Saturday and was told the mattress was there and I would be contacted by Weds or Thursday of this week to schedule delivery by the end of the week. Well, its already Friday and I havent even been contacted to have it scheduled for delivery yet, yet alone actually have it delivered. Im contacting Restonic today to let them know what a joke this process has been.

Let me start by saying Dealbeds has been absolutely wonderful to work with! We ordered an adjustable bed and a day later wanted a better model. No problem to upgrade since it had not shipped yet! On to shipping, was sent to Pilot freight fast. Piolt was normal, however, when we got the bed, the mattress was missing. The driver was clueless even though the bill of lading stated that it should be there. We were promised a call back the same day once they did a warehouse check. Pilot never called back and it being a Saturday, we had to wait until Monday now to find out if it was even there. The reps a Dealbeds were great through this though and even threw in a bedding set for out troubles and apologized profusely. Finally Monday afternoon, I called Dealbeds again and they had to call the local terminal. The mattress was finally found. EVen though I would give Pilot freight a 1 star, Dealbeds has been simply amazing to work with!

I had a problem with a mattress return. They do not return emails nor phone calls until last night when I spoke finally with Adam, (Upper Management) and he stated the extra transportation fees would be removed. I have not yet heard if the replacement mattress has been sent. I am assuming the problem was solved.In the never ending saga of the defective mattress, after bad review and action on the part of upper management, I was notified by the shipping company (subcontracted out of Memphis) that they were arriving between 11a and 3p Saturday, the15th of Aug 2015 that they were delivering my new mattress. I was overjoyed that I might have a bed to sleep on. Alas, it was not to be. Saturday, two guys arrived at 4p and removed my defective mattress and left. I was told that delivering my new mattress was not in their work order, so they did not have it with them. Will this travesty ever end?On 2 Sep 2015, I got the second mattress from dealbeds. It was stained and crimped at the corners. I wrote and included photos. They said they would return my money as soon as they picked up the second defective mattress. It is now 12 September and after sending them 3 emails, I have not heard one word. I cant quite believe this company can do business this way and get away with it.

So far, not so good. I placed an order for a split king adjustable base on 9/30. Under Availability, it says In Stock and ships in 1 to 3 business days. Below that is a Back Order notice stating that the split king was on back order until 10/3. Not a problem, Ill still get it the following week when my mattresses are due. I checked back on 10/2 and it now says that it is on back order until 10/20. At this point, I start a chat and am informed that Yes, it is indeed on back order but instead of the 20th, I am told its the 30th. Before this Back Order mess, I tried contacting DealBeds with a question regarding the clearance needed for the moving mechanism under the base. It took two days before I was finally able to get through, I had left messages, but no one bothered contacting me. When I finally got through, she still wasnt able to give me an answer to my question, just advised me to get taller risers. So...UPDATE. The day after I left my negative review, I received a call stating that my base was on back order and asking me if I would like to receive a different base in its place. I was offered a Reverie base vs the iDeal base I had chosen. The Reverie base was more expensive but with fewer features, it lacked the USB ports and under bed lighting but did have wall hugger where the iDeal base didnt. I really wanted the base I had chosen, I had researched for over a month before deciding on that particular base. But when given the choice of receiving my base immediately without some features vs waiting another month for just those few features, I opted to receive the replacement. Sorry for the book.

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM HEREDoing business with this place was one of the worst (and most expensive) mistakes I have made this year. Of course I ignored numerous red flags and went forward with ordering a mattress from an unreputable source and deeply regretted the entire experience.When trying to return a $600 mattress due to SHOCKING sagging after one month, I was made to fill out a warrantee claim form. The company first accidentally emailed me a warrantee form that was already filled out with someone else’s personal information. So not only was I given pages of personal info from someone else, I now had to wait to get another form. I was then approved to return this mattress under warrantee. Deal Beds then instructed me to cut the tags off the mattress and mail them in...which is illegal? When I called customer service they said that there was nothing they could do about the warrantee but they could offer me another mattress for $100 off becuase they “couldn’t just give me another mattress.”So one month and about 10 phone calls later, I am stuck with a $600 mattress that sags about 8 inches (not exaggerating) when you sleep on it. I am 5’8 and 140 pounds so this is not something that should be happening.Would not be surprised if these mattresses were taken off a showroom floor and sold at a discount.After further research it appears that all testimony’s they are receiving on google are....fake? The ones on the website do not match the reviews here.DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID - buy a mattress from a place you have heard of

Never do what they say. They have not replaced my dresser that arrived severely damaged, after weeks of phone calls and empty promises from them I leave this comment...... Bunch of jerks. Also if I wanted scratch an dent furniture I wouldve gone to second hand store for it . couldnt even give back 1/4 of a credit. RIP OFF FURNITURE STORE

DealBeds has really good deals, but if there is a problem with your order, buyer beware. I ordered a Simmons Kalama Plush Pillowtop on 7/25 and when ordering was given the 1-2 week shipping time. Fast forward and I was pushing the end of the 2 weeks. I hadnt heard anything so I called except that my bed was in transit with MDX, (Simmons contracted transportation) I called MDX and was given the run around from them. I called Deal Beds and was told that an account manager would call me back. (As of 8/12, I have never received a single call from anyone at Deal Beds, I have always had to call them.) I finally got told that by MDX that the first available shipping date to me would be 8/14. I called Deal Beds to see if they could help me with this as the shipping would then be a week late (3 weeks after ordering). Deal Beds did nothing, said that they would look into and call me back (again, no call back.) I ended up just calling Simmons directly and they were able to get things delivered on time. I received my mattress set on 8/7, within the 2 week time frame only to get a completely wrong bed. Again, I ordered a plush pillowtop and I got something completely different with no pillowtop. I called Deal Beds immediately, I was told that someone in management would call me back within 30 mins. I waited 2 hours and called back again. I was then told that, there was an open ticket and someone would call me back within the next few hours and that they were open until 7. I waited until 30 minutes before they closed to call back yet again. I was finally put on hold and passed on to Tim in management. He told me to send pictures, which I did that night and heard nothing back. I called on Saturday to find out if he got the pictures, still never have receiving a call back from Deal Beds. Tim was able to confirm that I indeed got an incorrect bed. He would start the claims process and to cut this short, he said he would call me back by Monday afternoon, 8/10. Trying to give them time as I wanted to make sure that I wasnt being push and overbearing, I waited for his call. Monday, Tuesday and now Wednesday... Still nothing. Not a single email, call, nothing. I just want to be kept in the loop. The old saying goes, a man is only as good as his word... Deal Beds always say one thing and never follow through. So with my experience, Deal Beds is not a good company and could care less on assisting customers unless it lines their pockets.
