I bought a matress in a different location which already closed. After 3 years one of the springs came off. I have tried to submit warranty request since June to Matress One and no answer from Mattress one at all.The headquarter does not pick up the phone nor answer the request. We have called multiple locations, left voice mails, emails etc. No answer.Unfortunately, if headquarters dont do the job well, all stores look bad
Harrison waited on me at the Leesburg, Fl. store. I purchased a frame for a Queen Size Bed. He was very helpful and has a pleasing personality and also carried the box out for me. I just moved to Florida from Minnesota and it is so nice to be waited on and helped.so nicely in unfamiliar territory.. LB
Terrible experience with Matress One.Started this confusing process on 5/27/19 and here it is 9/8/19 and still no actual paperwork on my purchase. So many issues had to change mattress. Delivery issues. Original salesman let go. Was told to wait until new Sterns and Fosters came in. Fine. Went to another store as the store didnt have the mattress. display. Kept having to go back and talk to Joe at his store about mattress.Was told he had called his manager and the home office and no one returned his call. The mattresses went on sale still wanted confirmation of price. Never a return call. Now have left 2 messages for Trevor and customer service and no return calls. Be very careful if you go to buy a mattress from this company.
Incomplete Order - I purchased a Tempur Pedic mattress from this company and on the day I purchased as an incentive was offered some memory foam pillows valued at over $100 each which was great. My mattress was soon delivered and was told the pillows would soon be coming. After several follow up calls and emails to the Orlando corporate office my order is still incomplete after several months. I love my new mattress but wish I purchased from a different company.
DO NOT PURCHASE A MATTRESS FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely terrible company...I purchased a mattress on 10/10/19 and was told that it would be to my house within 5-6 days since it was out of stock. After a week...they told me it would be a few more days. After 14 days I followed up again and was told it would be another week. At this point, I was furious...they told me for sure it would be delivered on 10/30/19. I went home from work early to accept it....never showed. I called the store...was told they would deliver today on 10/31/19. Called to follow up on delivery today and was told it would be after 11/5/19. Then they lied and said that they tried to deliver on the 24th but no one was home...this is completely incorrect. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM...THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER REVIEWS REGARDING PEOPLE NEVER RECEIVING THEIR MATTRESS. ALSO, THEY HAVE AN F RATING WITH THE BBB.
This review is meant for Mattress One Corporate.My retail experience from the Salesman (Vince) to the Store Manager (Steve) to the District Manager (Juan) was terrific. Even the delivery guys were decent. The woman in charge of credits in customer service however (I believe her name is Amy) ruined ALL goodwill earned by everyone else in Mattress One. Her unprofessional attitude and rude comments has no place in business. I would suggest Mattress One Internal Audit to review the call and take appropriate action.
I came here after purchasing a bed and not only is the place hard to find, but customer service is far from good. Once I arrived I had to ring a bell for service many times over as I could clearly hear people talking and laughing behind the counter but out sight. Im not a picky person under any circumstance but they should be more considerate of their customers time.

I was completely unhappy with the service after the sale and it appeared that my money was wasted and gone. After numerous attempts to correct the issues and failed I became boiling mad. Finally the manager at the warehouse worked hard to remedy the situation. Jose worked very hard to earn my confidence and made me a better deal than I had previously gotten. Thanks Jose this made it better.
It has been over a month and I still have not received a credit for a mattress that I never got!!! I agree that I wish I could give negative points! What a racket to make people pay for an item, not deliver it, and not refund them!!

Horrible company. Stole 4500$ from us after we canceled an order. We never received the mattress. We’ve been lied to multiple times about the refund being processed and it’s been over a month. Do not shop here!!!

I wish i could give zero or even negative stars. I paid a $99 delivery fee (was advertised free delivery). Still, my delivery was all messed up. Had to make multiple calls to get it figured out again. I took a day off work to receive the mattress and wasted it due a delivery no call no show. What a hot mess it was.... Nothing good to say.

A few few weeks ago I received a call from the corporate office stating that a refund would be credited to my account, to date I have not received my refund. I’ve tried calling the customer number several times and still unable to speak to a human. I am getting very frustrated with this company.
Its pouring rain & the warehouse double bagged my mattress so I didnt have to come back tomorrow. Excellent service!!!!

The worst experience. I bought two sets of mattress Queen Monday, they promised to deliver them Wednesday and they never came. My family and I had to sleep on the floor. And I had to borrow a vehicle to drive 40 minutes to fetch the mattress at the warehouse. The Warrel salesman at the Windermere store was the one who answered me. His treatment was very good in the store. But then he was not responsible for the delivery. He told us to call the next day to see what he could do and when calling it turned out that it was his day off and Alexandra or Alejandra answered us. She made arrangements on Thursday so they could deliver us two days later. Unacceptable, definitely when I asked him if he could return the money to go that same day to buy them somewhere else, he told me that you couldnt, but that he would send me a check in the mail. My experience was horrible and I will never recommend anyone again.
