I am leaving this review after 1 year of owning this 1000 dollar mattresss. The only reason I left 2 stars and not 1 is bc the lady and her husband were nice people. The mattress was good for about 4 or 5 months. We are approaching one year and the mattress SUCKS. Getting lumpy and misshapen. Would not buy here again.

We purchased our two twin XL mattresses (split king) and adjustable bases almost a month ago from Cynthia. The mattresses are very comfortable and the back pain I had with my prior mattress is significantly better.We did opt for the financing route as the promotion was to pay $1 and you have “90 days to pay it off.” What we were not informed however was that the institution referred to our purchase as a “lease” and withdraws money every other week from my checking account whether I wanted to pay that amount or a different amount. I wish that was explained a little better however I did sign the paper so I take responsibility.I also recommend that you do your research if you are looking to purchase an adjustable base. The model that we purchased was much more expensive than other bases that include more functions.Again, I should of done my research before I made that purchase so that is my fault. That was my only regret.

I also did a payment plan using one of there contracted lenders and it’s interest free as long as it’s paid off In 100 days. The moment we walked in Thomas and Cindi greeted us and told us and showed us their different mattresses. Found out all about mattresses and the new frames. Prices are fabulous, about half the price of other stores. To top it off, they prayed over our mattress when we left. Oh and we got some memory MY PILLOW pillows that are washable! I highly recommend them! We will be purchasing there again!

I scheduled an appointment one day and then canceled and the next day he was willing to meet me at the exact time I wanted. His prices are extremely reasonable and he was willing to work with me as a customer. He delivered for me by going out of his way and really went the extra mile to make me a happy customer. He only needed to deliver it to my front door, but helped me out by bringing it inside and setting it up for me. He suggested I lay on all of the mattresses before he told told me the price of anything so that my judgment wouldn’t be impaired. As I was trying out the beds he explained to me all of my payment options. I decided on SNAP financing, and once I decided on which two beds I wanted, we realized I wasn’t approved for enough. However, Alphonso went out of his way to come up with an option for me to still walk out with everything that I wanted. The professionalism and service I received was above most. The appointment started right on time and we finished up quickly and efficiently.
