Shawn was an amazing person. He truly was a gift in my bed picking experience he explained the differences and helped me decide on which mattress was best for me. If anyone every reads this I hope you ask for Shawn because he will do his utmost to help you. This I can promise.This was a 5 star till I actually started paying for the bed it’s a worse trap than a secure credit card I was lied to about paying once a month but it’s twice a month out of my check $160 on top of that it’s 1600 I put 700 on it already but the interest is so high that I am only down to 11–. Best part I was gonna leave it alone to work on my credit but it doesn’t even report to the major credit reports it’s a scam to make you fall victim and get in a debt trap. I ended up putting 2 checks together and paying the bed off instantly in order to not deal with the bs. I signed the paper so it’s my fault but what was explained to me and what I read was not on the document I signed in the end so please read carefully.Ps all the 5 star reviews are fake if you give them a 5star review while you get your mattress the take $100 off but then charge you $100 extra for box spring.

I purchased a Sealy Foxtrot mattress from Gary W. It is the most wonderful, extreme comfortable and dreamy mattress. Gary is an excellent salesperson. He showed us all the sizes and styles we were interested in. Gary is an excellent listener and he never tried to get us in another size or style that we didnt want.

Bait and switch. Makes a mistake and expects the consumer to pay for it. Delivery is horrible they just drop the new bed on the nearest floor and leave.

Worst customer service experience I ever had, company delivered partial of my order and after phone calls to the store finally went in a week later to get a resolution and was greeted by Lou who was laying on one of the beds and we asked if he could tell us why our phone calls had not been returned or the backorder delivered and he shrugged his shoulders and said I dont know dont blame me. Received a paper for a credit back and a month later was told by customer service that the store did not fill out the paperwork correctly and it would be another month before I was issued a refund. This is just typical customer service from a big company who knows there is no recourse but to wait.

Bought a mattress at a different Matress One location. Unfortunately it wasn’t the right one.We went to the Matress One store on E Colonial and worked with Asia. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and was able to help us find the right mattress. We wish we came to her store first would have saved our selves a lot of time.If you need a mattress go see Asia at the E Colonial store you will get the right mattress at a great price.

Please avoid buying anything from this company! You can thank me later. Terrible customer service after purchase. We purchased a 3k dollar bed set with high hopes. The salesman was great but the rest was terrible. We scheduled delivery for the day of our move in, even calling the day before to confirm. Their response the day before well if it is scheduled it will be there, I have no way to check. I wish the rude response was at least correct.. It was not. They called day of to tell us it was moved somewhere else and that they were sorry and would toss us another two pillows for the inconvenience. This was terrible spending 4 days without a mattress but it would be ok. So, finally delivery day comes and the bed is delivered damaged.. I called to see what we could do and they told me you purchased a floor model and you signed for it. That was the end of the customer service communication. The damage I must note was obviously from a drop, not from use as a floor model. This damage was not there before delivery. That was the last I heard from corporate so I went to the store to collect the couple pillows they offered for the delivery issues and was met with excuses from the salesman and nothing at all. This whole ordeal was mind blowing. Once they have your money they can care less about you. They took thousands and looked the other way as soon as the receipt was signed. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

The only thing I can say is ! RUN ! Horrible company honestly if I’d write everything that went wrong this would be never ending ! Employees are super rude in store and in corporate and you will probably never get an answer to corporate they hang up or have you leave a message which never gets returned . Don’t be fooled by the good reviews once you place your supposed order you are told to leave a good review with the persons name who helped or in my case made everything wrong from the start. Abdullah was serverly rude after placing the order which was never received and then cancelled honestly this has been a run around and never ending head ack ! RUN AVOID THIS ISSUE IN YOUR LIFE !
