First off, Im a new rider but have been wanting a bike for years now. I saw this 2003 Yamaha YZF-R6 in the exact colors and frame I wanted. I reached out and Gabi replied quickly. I had to wait a week toake sure I could have everything lined up and he was patient and not pushy in the slightest.The bike was in St. Pete so they had it transfered to the shop. The bike needed a little bit of love which they handled and I purchased the bike out right (Hard to get financing on old bikes, not that I needed but credit build would have been nice.)Bike rides great and everything is fantastic, couldnt ask for a better first bike.However, this is tied with the customer support the entire shop gives, most importantly Gabo. Everyone inside the shop is friendly and very personable. The service department is quick and effecient. But Gabo man, Gabo went above and beyond. Now when I say this, it isnt just the giving his personal number or making sure everything was ride ready. Not even the advice or personality that comes with being an experienced rider.When I tell you this mad man was checking on me even after he had surgery and made a point to come see me off with my bike, barely walking properly, the man is a beast. Looking for my first experience with Indian. Wanting to purchase a scout. First off this place is in the hood! I mean really in the hood, hence the electric fence! But I was told that they sell so well they cant keep em in stock! Thats not how it felt. They even claimed people are ordering sight unseen. I am not one to do so. Maybe for someone already owned one but not anyone I know. I dont think they do a good job of converting the Harley guy. At least not at this dealership. They didnt have a single Scout available and it would be so for a few more weeks! Hot seller they say. Well I read so much about the horsepower, low center of gravity, ridability, etc. How can you prove this if I cant touch, see, feel, ride, experience it! How do I know it fits well under me? If the body lines are to my liking aside from pictures? Dont waste your time going here. Nothing to see folks keep moving along. Head over to your nearest Harley dealership.

The salesman was really nice and helpful, I looked at a few bikes that were used there, also ones out of town that they had online. I was approved by one bank that wanted an outrageous amount of money per month that I had dealt with before, and once I said that the payment was too high they were pretty much done with me lol, kind of understandable I guess, but still.

Let me tell you! iMotorsports continues to provide outstanding customer service while going the extra mile. I had an appointment to have my TPMS sensor checked. It was found to be faulty and Cory set up a follow up appointment for me since I did not want to wait. On the day of my appointment my bike would not start so Cory offered to have it picked up and brought to the shop. I live less than two miles from the Indian dealer and this really helped me out in a pinch. I am greatly appreciative that Cory went the extra mile and made sure that I was taken care of. They replaced the sensor and put in a new battery at my request. With service like this I am glad to be an Indian owner. They were super helpful and completed everything in a timely manner. I went to iMotorsports looking for a specific Indian Chieftain. They did not have the bike but were willing to ship it for me. Dante was very helpful and was polite through the process. They have a beautiful Indian showroom and a wide preowned section. Unfortunately my only gripe was we couldnt make a deal that was within my budget, but I still enjoyed my experience.

My wife and I attended iMotorsports open house this past Saturday as I have been wanting to test drive a Vanderhall autocycle. I called ahead and spoke with Juan Santa, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered many of my questions. On our arrival Saturday I met several employees, Pedro, Andrea and a few others, they were all very friendly and my wife and I enjoyed good conversation with them. Andrea got the Vanderhall ready for us and explained how to operate it and we had a ball driving it. Its quite a different experience from riding a motorcycle, its more like a sports car with three wheels and a lot more HP... After our test drive there was a lot of food on the grill, my wife and I enjoyed the hotdogs and hamburgers with chips and some soft drinks my wife even had a coffee to go, making her very happy. I didnt purchase the Vanderhall but I spotted a beautiful vintage Harley Davidson on the showroom floor and am very tempted into making it mine... Juan and Andrea are great with no high pressure sales tactics, they make you feel like family. I will definitely be going back to iMotorsports in the future...

Low pressure sales tactics for the win! This was a vastly different experience that I had both Harley dealerships in town. There they follow you around and continually ring your phone. Here, they were very relaxed and they created an easy buying environment. Nate (sales) was very good in how he approached finding me the right bike. Jay, James, Mike and all the rest of the employees there are great at what they do. I cant speak to the financing process since I was fortunate enough to pay cash. I bought a 2017 Chief Dark Horse with the Stage 2 package and I couldnt be happier. The only suggestion I can offer is they need more of a presence at outside events and such. More people need to know who they are.

Me and my boyfriend went by one day late December, and met Jay. First of all, their selection of motorcycles was amazing, and our experience with Jay blew us away. He was very friendly and not pushy at all while we looked around, asked some questions. He also took his time to help us find the bike that fit what we were searching for.That day we left and because of how great the service was, we saved up and came back a month later. Jay was still super helpful and we bought a new bike that exceeded our expectations. It rides like a dream, looks wah better than the pictures, and frankly I’m glad we stopped by iMotorsports.
