Dropped bike off and was called 2 days later to pick up, so far so good. Price was very reasonable and excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning for any other service.

This place is very professional, providing excellent service with fair pricing!

They are direct. No nonsense. And most importantly good at what they do. At the end of the day they have fixed my bike repeatedly and have always explained the situation clearly and have been transparent about the cost of the repair. I have never been surprised by a bill or expense and they go beyond what is expected to fix the bike.Also they have a good happy cat that is clearly well cared for.

They have worked on my shovelhead, my m8 softail and also my Honda. I trust them, they are competent, reasonable, honest. I would highly recommend them for any motorcycle repair!

They do not stand behind their product. I bought a rapidbike evo to which they are shipping out with a crucial part missing. Yaman Turan acknowledged that all their kits were missing the part when i called. He then proceeded to lie to me about the said missing part is readily available at any hardware store. I wasted my afternoon trying to get this part. At this point, i had to leave my bike at the shop that was doing the install and this costed more money. I contacted him again the next day to ask the part to be sent over night and he flat out refused and proceeded to insult the shop that had my bike not being able to improvise. If he would have sent out the kit WITH NO ITEMS MISSING, this would not have happened in the first place. Them saying they stand behind their product is an absolute lie. With that being said, what makes you think they will stand behind their service if something goes wrong? Move along and find another motorcycle shop.

As a service/sales owner myself, i understand the importance of educating (although repetitive at times) the customer. I was very impressed how knowledgeable the sales team and tuners i spoke with and basically spoon fed me all about how the different systems work networked together, and what i needed to do . I was having a fuel mapping problem on my 2016 Kawasaki ZX-10R. Yaman was able to quickly evaluate and fix my ecu/rapid bike issue. I swung by to check if they were open on New Years Day. The door was locked but someone opened it and asked what I was there for anyway. It was a simple ten minute job, and he accommodated me on his day off. He got it done quickly and he charged me less than I was quoted on the phone. I dont write many reviews but I felt compelled to write one for this shop. I own a motorcycle that most people that own bike shops apparently werent equipped to handle. They were the shop that had me covered. For two years all I received from them was fair pricing,treatment and incredible work. They have solved House MD like bike problems that came out of left field many times and if I move from Florida theyll be one of the few places I dont think I will find anywhere else. I cant thank or praise them enough.

I just got back from getting my bike serviced and these guys are fast, professional, and helpful. I called and was given a quote and when the job was done got a more reasonable price. I will be going back here for more service. I got to see many rare bikes here as well. You wont be disappointed with their service.

Since Ive been riding in Central Florida, Ive used several shops up to and including the dealerships. The Cycle Pro is hands down the best of the best. They are meticulous and offer a wealth of instructional knowledge as well. The shop is extremely clean and professional. They take the time to educate and inform about the work being done and the technical aspect of its importance. They are also industry leaders in the research and testing of new ideas, technology, and components. They hold events for some of their product vendors and also host track days for the more sportbike enthused amongst us.They are a real pleasure to work with and the motorcycle community in Central Florida is better because of them.

Great Staff ! Had work done on my Bmw, I am very pleased with the work they did! I have 3 more bikes in the garage, kawasaki, Suzuki, and a Harley. If I am not forced to have the dealers do the work, I will take my bikes to Cycle Pro in the future.

How do you offer factory work. When you worked on my bike you have voided my factory warranty. Please explain how you keep factory warranty current. Will need your factory certifications to keep my warranty current, please provide. What factory training do you obtain? What certifications do you currently hold?

I’m not one to leave reviews by no means but after I saw people leaving 1star reviews that bothered me. I would recommend Cycle Pro to anyone looking to get some work done on their bike. I ordered 2 full Arrow exhaust systems from Yaman and had the Rapid bike installed as well. He is a honest, fair and straight forward man.His mechanics are very knowledgeable and respectful. Hector has worked on both of my bikes and every time he seems something wrong he will adjust or fix it with in reason without additional cost. I’m not sure why anyone would leave a 1 star review. If you know Yaman you should know he’s not trying to hustle you but help you get back on the road.

I live in Downtown Orlando - a 30 minute drive away from this place. Heard about how good they are so took it to them 2 years ago (2005 VFR 800). I go out of my way to take my bike to them. Their customer service is excellent, communication is clear, concise and the owner is transparent with pricing etc. What you see is what you get. The bike is always in tip top condition when I pick it up. The workshop is clean and organized (any wonder they run a good operation). Very happy. Never feel ripped off when I leave - these guys get the notion that if they keep customers they will succeed through repeat business. First Class Cycle Pro, you deserve the business (in my opinion).

I came in with a oil leak an a few other problems. Doc did the work fix my problem i had and a few others. He keep me posted on other stuff that needed to be done. Got it back running so much better now. They do great work. I will go back again happy with the work they did.

Being that I love finding mechanics I can trust, I was very excited to find Yaman. I went to him several times and his shops work is excellent the price fits the level of work. I ride my Grandfathers 1997 Nighthawk and it means a lot to me. This year was the year I was going to get a fine tune, switch out rear brake pads and do cosmetic work to it to really make it shine again. Yaman told me that he could no longer work on my bike anymore and wont consider it. I told everyone in town about him and I feel like the thanks I get is having the door locked on me. Great shop, but in the end no loyalty towards customer.

I brought my 2013 triumph tiger 800XC for a suspension upgrade a few months back and I’m very happy with their work.Now Yaman I believe is the owner and i have to admit, he does not have the best people skills. He comes off rude at times and he’s a little off putting, but after figuring each other out and understanding that he’s more of the type of person that makes his work speak for itself, I decided to trust the google reviews and have him do the work.The job entailed in replacing the front fork internals with aftermarket Andreani cartridge kits and the rear shock with a Nitron shock.I supplied all the parts and he began working. There was a set back with the forks, they were tightening them and the threads at the top failed, he said they were using andreani specs, which led me to believe it was a manufacturer issue. Nonetheless, he called Andreani and purchased a whole kit and overnighted it, and got everything installed and did not charge me an extra dime for it. Stellar customer service. He ate the cost of the kit because of course, they made him buy a whole kit along with springs, rather than just sell him the broken part. Shame on Andreani...I went to his shop and they helped me set the suspensions to my weight and the bike has been amazing.The only thing I was not happy about was that he noticed some play in my head bearings, told me about it but never addressed it, because of that, the bike had a pretty bad wobble at higher speeds on bumps. I took it home and checked the upper triple center nut and was completely loose, took the top tree off, tighten the washers and tighten the nut, no problem since, it took me 20min and I feel that while he had the forks off, he could have tightened it up.Aside from that, the bike has been great, I’ve put those suspensions through the ringer and everything held up great so far.Great shop, experienced mechanics, and great customer service, I recommend his and his teams’ services.

Ive been to a couple of motorcycle repair places such as dealerships (the worst), a certified mechanic working in his own garage, but nothing comes close to how great Cycle Pro is. Yamon/Yaman is a great guy, hes funny, and knowledgeable. The shop was a bit hard to find but its because it isnt a enormous dealership where they steal your money to pay for it. Prices are great and he even helps you out. I bought a motorcycle and I couldnt get it home because it was too tall for me so he offered to ride it home for me. They get discount on parts and almost always next day delivery.The only downside that I have is that they close on Sunday when I needed to order something, but hey, everyone needs a day off.

Brought my 2013 Kawasaki ZX10R to Cycle Pro Orlando. They installed the Rapid Bike Evo, Rapid Bike Quick Shifter, MWR air filter and braided lines. The power has been unleashed. Shifting into 4th gear and the front wheel just floats. The guys in the shop did a fantastic job and took the extra time to explain to me all that they did and how it works. Awesome Job!!

Cycle Pro has the best prices, customer service and integrity of any shop in Central Florida. Yaman and his staff are incredibly talented and have become friends over the last 10 years. I have owned about 40 motorcycles and do a lot of my own restorations, so I do not have time to do routine maintenance on the bikes that I actually ride !! I take my FJR, KTM and Ducatis to CP on a regular basis. I have even taken parts from my restorations to CP for their advice on how to repair....those guys know a lot and if they dont know, you can bet they will find out :-) I ride about 20,000+ miles a year and they are the only ones I trust to work on my long distance machines aside from myself !! You will not go wrong with CP.

I live in Lake Mary and gladly drive the 34 miles to Cycle Pro when my 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale needs work. The shop owner Yaman also has a Ducati Panigale and he and Alberto really know their stuff. For non-warranty work its the only place I bring my pride-and-joy. I recently bought some RotoBox RBX2 Carbon Fiber wheels and Cycle Pro is the ONLY place that I will allow to touch them. Highly, highly recommended.

I have taken my bike from dealerships to private motorcycle shops and every occasion have been disappointed in the mechanic work. Its hard to find a mechanic who treats every customers motorcycle as their own and Yaman brings it to that level. I took my bike in for a valve adjustment and through the whole job he handle himself as professional. Yaman is honest and gives you options on what is really a necessity on the maintenance of ones bike. Due to other mechanics shenanigans, my bikes performance was at a low but Yaman brought the performance back to when I first purchased the bike. Recommend this place highly.Its sad to say the only time people write a review is when they make unreasonable demands and threaten to write a review when these demands arent met. Yaman let the haters keep hating and let God do the rest!

Yaman has been taking care of my Stratoliner S for more than 4 years and almost 100K miles. I have found him extremely reliable and proactive with his advice. I have sent at least 8-10 customers to his shop and have yet to hear a complaint.He has saved me many thousands of dollars with recommendations that have proven out. I believe it is important to develop trust with your service provider and my trust has been well rewarded by Cycle Pro.I recently bought a Stratoliner Deluxe and then was involved in an accident. Yaman took charge of the process of reconstruction for me and I was truly touched by the level of effort both he and Alberto put into the project. When my bike was finished they had completely rebuilt it literally bolt by bolt including replacing the frame. They refused to be rushed and just were interested in getting it right!!!! I can not understand anyones reluctance to do business with a shop that gives that kind of service.

The owner is a.stuck-up.jerk. The mechanics are wonderful but getting Yaman to actually do anything for you is next to impossible. I came in there for a clutch problem and they fixed it but as soon as I left It completely disengaged...three miles from the shop. I end up pushing this bike back in the blazing sun and Yaman is fully convinced that his shop had nothing to do with it and wants to charge me to look at it again. Im there arguing with him telling him that this is the exact problem which I dropped the bike off for, after arguing for a while thankfully the the mechanic came out of the back and knew what went wrong and offered to fix it for free. I thought that was the end of it until it started making a knocking noise a few days later inside the clutch basket, I take it back and again Yaman wont accept any responsibility for this and wants to charge me to just to look at it. By then I was getting really upset and about to leave so he starts trying to do all sorts of random things to my bike so that I would stay there (stuff like clean the spark plugs, change a hose, etc.). But yea I had enough of him and just left, but when I got home I found out that they had stripped the screws which held the side of the engine on so it was now leaking oil everywhere, I just went somewhere else to get that fixed. Overall, the service was terrible and they charged me wayyyy too much for the little work that they actually did do

I do not usually recommend giving repair places but this is the exception. This place repaired my 1300 vtx motor well. The delivery time was fast. Also mr. Hector explains in Spanish what they did to him and they give you evidence of what they used to repair it. Excellent service.
