The work ethics this group have are wonderful. I have moved several times but honestly no one has done the job as great as the team that 1st Class Moving provided. J and his team Andre and Nacho are extremely professional and fast. There are old school proper and kind. You dont see that nowadays. I will be definitely calling them again in my next move.I have to say I called several companies and I am glad I stayed with my first option. 1st Class Moving is really 1st class. Great company and best team ever!

I have used 1st Class a handful of times now. The most recent was a big move! The team was professional and friendly. The quality of work was excellent. All of my items were treated respectfully and they really made it easy for me. They moved my whole home contents including my Art, TVs, handmade dining table. and other fragile items with no issues. 10/10 would (and do) recommend them to my friends and family.

I could not give 1st Class Moving and Storage a higher recommendation. We had reviewed and researched full-serving moving companies and were very anxious because of all the nightmare experiences. But Anthony and his team put us right at ease – he was on-time, professional, and a pleasure to be around. The guys knocked out nearly all of the packing and storage in one day, then rolled out the trucks early the next morning. They were a model in efficiency – in less than three hours, they unloaded all of the boxes and furniture from a 2,800-square-foot house and into our new home. And the best part? Not a single piece was damaged or broken, and they didn’t scrape a single wall in the process! Ask for Anthony (and his great team, with Nacho, Josue, Iran and J.C.) at 1st Class Moving, and you won’t be disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They quickly responded to get me a quote over the phone when I had just a few weeks to prepare for my move. The team that did the loading and unloading at my old and new place were extremely professional and friendly. They made sure all my valuables were safe and protected for storage of about 4 months. My experience with this company was AWFUL from start to finish. I called to schedule the service weeks before my move date, and requested a morning move. The scheduler told me that he would put that in the notes but could not guarantee a move time until the day before the move, and also that they always wrap your furniture with every move. The day before the scheduled move, when I was supposed to receive a call to schedule a time because I couldnt schedule it before that time, I was told a morning move was not possible and that the earliest the movers would be at my apartment was 1pm. I was also told I would receive a call that the movers were on their way. The movers then showed up at 12pm, and I was only notified by a call that they were at my door. The movers then started moving my furniture, without wrapping it, and started dragging my couch, on its side, across the floor outside. I asked them to wrap my furniture, as I was told it would all be wrapped when I booked the service, and the movers said it is not something they normally do and I would be charged extra because it would take them more time. The few pieces of furniture they did not wrap have terrible scratches on them. I left a few minutes before the movers to get to my new apartment, and my roommate told me the movers sat in their truck for at least 15 minutes before leaving to go to the next destination, all at my expense as you are charged for time. When they got to my new apartment they did not call me to ask where to go, they sat in the front of the building in their truck until I called them to see where they were. They also left breadcrumbs in some of my boxes that were not covered, so I can only assume they were eating over my possessions. They also did not reassemble my bed properly, and it is now broken. I was then charged for an extra hour of service. I called afterwards to speak to a manager, left a voicemail and have still received no response. Do not book these movers, they are TERRIBLE. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service, team was prompt and respectful of my home, both the one I was leaving and the one I was moving to. It was a large job and literally took 12 hours and the team was consistent and worked hard. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Sold my home in Orlando after 21 years to make a move to Tn. This company was referred by my realtor (who did an excellent job with the sale). I have contacted her and told her of my experience and opinion of the company, and I will contact anyone I know who I can volunteer my information. Anyone thinking of using this company should consider this unsolicited review. The company sent a person to give me a quote on the move. He was a very good sales person, But someone needs to tell him or teach him that Customer Service begins once the sale is made. We accepted his quote. Weve had no verbal contact since. He emailed me for the down payment. I called him the day the packers were due. He never returned my call. The packers just showed up. They worked fast and every thing was packed. Good place here to say that when I opened one of the wardrobe boxes there were 45 pieces of clothing, two lamps and a blanket stuffed into the box designed for about 25 pieces of clothing. You can imagine what everything looked like including the lamps. The truck arrived the next day--again no call and no show from the sales person who sold the deal. The driver did call though. fast loading of items to be moved. The truck proceeded to Tn, and at one of the truck inspection stations, the truck was pulled off the road due to some electrical issue. (Still no call from the sales person). They then hired two day laborers to help them unload the tractor trailer truck into a rented much smaller u-haul truck. They delivered a packed smaller truck loaded to the ceiling and door, to our house. They then went back to the Trailer to load the smaller u-haul again, this time without the two day laborers. Can you imagine the condition of the furniture and boxes after three times loaded and unloaded? Many item chipped, broken, crushed, and painting scratched. All this and approximately $9000 cost of move. Still nothing from the company or sales person explaining anything or what was happening (except one call from driver saying they are about a couple hours away.). No call after delivery. If you want a customer No Service company then this company is for you.

The team at 1st Class Moving and Storage provided an excellent experience with moving our belongings. We did not use them to pack any items since it was a local move. They thoroughly wrapped each of our furniture items and handled them with care. All of the guys were professionals and accommodating. We were referred to them by a family friend and will be using them again when we move into our permanent residence.

The moving crew that I had took extreme care of my belongings. It was raining out so they wrapped every single piece of furniture in additional padding to ensure that it would stay dry and protected. They even agreed to move additional boxes that I hadnt accounted for on the inventory sheet and even with the extra items, they finished within the quoted amount of time. 1st Class also gave me the best rate that I could find in town. I think the value we got out of moving with 1st Class Moving and Storage was the best part of this deal. They came into our house gave us a written estimate and the total cost was 30 minutes less than the quote. The movers were very friendly, on time and know what theyre doing. What else could you ask for?

Highly recommend. I used 1st Class to move and store my furnishing until new construction complete. They arrived on-time, packed and loaded efficiently, and were pleasant to work with. When moving into my new home Daniel, who was part of the first team, was also there for my move in. Nice to have continuity. All furniture and boxes were moved carefully with no damage to walls, flooring or woodwork. I noticed a step ladder was not part of the delivery - they found it and delivered to my door within a few days.

Now that im moving again, im reminded i never left a review on our initial moving services moving from maryland to florida. company is a joke- rude, tried to make threats that they wouldnt hold my stuff because we were in Rockville, MD and I couldnt get to their warehouse an hour away to sign in person when we had an auto-train that was leaving Lorton, VA in 2 hours. yeah sorry- the train isnt gonna wait. when I explained that in the 21st century, companies use electronic signatures and i could verbally and electronically confirm, they backed down. truck arrived in florida a day later with little communication and the usual truck broke down excuse. when i asked the driver he said there were no mechanical issues. so another lie. AVOID these guys

This is the best moving company that I have ever dealt with and Ive dealt with my fair share. They come prompt on time along with delivery as well, with everything stored properly and completely damage free. Moved a whole bed set along with a TV, microwave and 8 boxes from Detroit, Michigan to Tampa, FL. Dres & Carlos handled everything with perfection and were beyond courteous (which most moving companies are not nowadays). The price is competing with almost companies around, and the quality of your merchandise makes it well worth it even though the rate is very affordable. Hands down, best moving experience and I will be dealing with them for years to come!

I was greatly satisfied with their service. They arrived a bit earlier than than the estimated arrival. When they came they first sought out what needed to be moved from each room and then strategically loaded furniture and boxes into the truck. They were very accommodating to our needs and even picked up new furniture boxes from the leasing office by making an extra stop. the two movers worked well with each and were very strong. the actual time it took for them to move my stuff was 1.5 hours more than the estimate, probably because I did not take into consideration the length of walk from the elevator to the apartment at my new place.

Best move Ive had, the guys moved my 1 bedroom apartment to a house I now share with my boyfriend. They are very professional and personable they even brought stuff down to my car for me. So I highly recommend these movers and will contact them again in the future.

My sister recently used this moving company. The job was well done but what my sister absolutely did not appreciate was the man that she had to text an address to kept harassing her trying to meet up with her days later. Even after telling him not to text her again he kept going at it. That shows no professionalism at all. She is highly upset now since this man knows where she lives. He had tattoos and a bun. We will never again use this company and I hope they stop giving these employees the customers phone numbers. Absolutely disgusting!

I just wanted to give a shout out to David and his team at First Class Moving and Storage. David was super professional and new all the right questions to ask about a pick up and delivery to my condo of floor tile I had ordered. Because he knew the right questions to ask there were no surprises on delivery day, and his quote was about 25% less than the other I had. Plus his quote had a SWEET BNI discount. This is great moving company, we had a dining room set moved from Indialantic Fl to Brooklyn NY. The guys arrived on time, wrapped all pieces itemized all pieces. Dining room set arrived as scheduled and completely damage free. The price was very good compared to other moving companies. We will be using them again shortly as we have more furniture to ship to NY.

I used this moving company within the last few days for a longer distanced move from Orlando to Tampa. They arrived on time with several professional strong young men. They took care of all of my items from a large storage unit delivering to a second floor apartment with very old steep stairs in Pinellas County. Additionally, I had previously scheduled several moves to other parts of the state with the company and had to cancel and the estimator still continued to deal with me professionally and with complete respect understanding my circumstances. I plan to use these movers again when I need to relocate.I had hired a national long distance mover January 1st from Virginia to Orlando and my items got beat up to where I had to break down and dispose of three pieces of furniture so this was not my first go at moving. Fantastic from to start to finish. 1st Class Moving helped me and my family move from Kissimmee FL to Fort Lauderdale in February. Ive never written reviews before but I wanted to do this one becuase I owe it to them. These guys went out of their way to make sure that the move was a stress free as possible, and it was. We have a baby grand piano and watching them move this thing made think that I can never do this myself. I appreciate everything you did guys for me and my family.
