George is the greatest manager Ive ever seen.. Assertive but polite, friendly yet tuff. He leads in a way the majority should take notes. Hes good to his customers and also his employees. Hes seemlesly on top of all the jobs doing everything with grace and poise. From the short time I was there I witnessed him juggling multiple tasks all at once. He makes me feel like my stuff there (which is very valuable) is beyond safe and secure. I am grateful that he happens to be managing here. I hope i only have to deal with george because Im sure none can compete. I am certain if anybody deserves a raise or a christmas bonus it is him. I will personally vouch for him and can promise you the benefit he has to that location/company alltogether makes waves further than he will ever get credit or return for. Its a shame if corporate dosent notice and reward him because he deserves every good thing that comes to him and that much I can promise. What a difference life is when you deal with quality people. Its called morningstar because the atmosphere here is like heaven, its Christian and Jesus like. Cleanliness and order. George cares about his customers so much he will do whatever it takes to keep us happy. 11 months I mustve been there every weekend... i never felt uncomfortable or abandoned. I knew if I needed anything I could ask and it would be supplied. I always happily went into the office to chat with all the employees there because they are good people and they really care. Especially George though... he has been such a blessing for me im about to cry.. 😭 thanks George man you are a real inspiration for me bro, I learned so much from you, you have no idea.. cheers 🍻

Good clean storage facility. You may be on your own however if you go around lunchtime and the number listed on the door doesnt get answered.

Super spacious and very secure. You need a gate code just to enter the place and another just to get the elevators going. Cameras everywhere so u know your property is safe.

Nice, Clean and Safe Place. Im here for more then one year and the manager George always receive all my boxes and put all my boxes inside my unit! I trust then 100% and recommend for all my friends. We have 4 Units and I’m really happy with the service they offer here with a great price.

They are amazing. Its clean with interior and exterior storage units. The pricing is very reasonable. Be sure to know that you have to buy their special kind of lock but all worth it. The general manager is very friendly.

We received excellent customer service from Ebony and Debbie.After, reserving my storage unit online I called Debbie, Manager for more information about pricing and the use of their Truck Debbie was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of our many questions.On our move-in day we met Ebony who completed the move in process. She was also, extremely helpful in helping us decide what size unit we really need to store our belongings. She also helped us stay within our budget.We highly recommend this location.Catherine

Ive been renting at this place for four years now. Was so happy before. With the new management, they increase my rent %25 . Rent was $400, now is $500. Cant even give me a discount or anything. Very disappointing. Not recommend at all. And too many people live in the facility. Very uncomfortable situation. I am going to move out as soon as find another place.

The facility was in a convenient location, very clean and it was easy to access your storage unit. The extras they offered couldnt be beat! Their pricing was very competitive and was superior to most other storage facilities I checked out. The manager, Debbie, has a great personality and was very accommodating and super helpful with all my storage needs. I would highly recommend this place!!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. My first and final experience here was completely horrible - I will never use this facility or any of their others ever again. The ladies there make you feel like youre a valued customer, at first. Especially the manager, Debbie. Then, once they have their talons in you, thats when the real horrors start.I was only here for a few weeks but, during that time, I was conned, violated, and humiliated beyond belief. Im only lucky I managed to get out with most of my belongings, though my moms cat wasnt so lucky. Just FYI, dont bring your pets if youll be using this company - they steal animals. Better yet - dont use them at all. Literally, honestly, and seriously - anywhere else is better than Morningstar.

Staff is very helpful and friendly the property is very clean and well kept very convenient to move in and out hand carts are at the ready.. This place you definitely get what you pay for. Everything is great except the racist white lady they call the property manger.. entitled racist trump supporter.

This place is great! I received two months free and you are able to use their van as well, as long as youre storing with them. The stores manager Diana is very nice. Call them as your number one source for moving storage.

I was extremely happy with the great customer service that Ms.. Debbie had. She was very friendly they treat you just like family. Also before coming I spoke with Ms.. Ebony and she was my friend immediately. The facility is security type you dont have code you dont even get on the elevator. I would recommend this a 5 star plus plus.

The reason for this two star review is because everything was all good until we were approached by the property manager and she falsely accused us of living in the property . Then ask us if we came in late night ?... Last time i checked this was a 24hr access facility, if we come in and out 30 times a day it doesnt matter! She also caught a little attitude when we told her that we were not living there and insisted that we were. Saying that she has cameras and key codes she can check. . Well then why dont you check those before you go around making accusations and causing unnecessary disputes .

This is the second time Im in need of using an extra space to leave my belongins and what a surprise once choosing Morningstar Storage.There are so many details this time that is worth mentioning the friendly staff,amazing facilities,big discounts on packing materials,etc,comfortable a/c on premises and above all,the promotion of two free months and reasonable regular price.....I recommend Morningstar Storage as your first choice if you are looking for storage services....

George was amazing and a big help to my family

I would have actually gave 5 stars. 1st and foremost the customer service I experienced was poor to the point the female was escalating my anger. When I first walked in she was fine but the moment I asked my husband a question her attitude changed. I like to give chances so instead I asked her the next question and she completely ignored me not once but multiple times. Mind you it was I who initially spoke with them and made the reservation. Not to mention she wanted to start an argument with me which escalated the problem. Then in turn acted if I wasnt there. Makes me wonder was she upset because she wanted to take her unprofessionalism further. If I had the time I would have went to a different storage facility due to that experience. The only reason I gave any stars was due to the cleanliness.

Clean, neat, 24 hour access, air conditioned, and a level of service that goes beyond what is necessary. I even earned a feee lock, was freely offered water on a hot day while I was moving in, free use of moving truck for 4 hours, and great manager named Debbie. Why did I wait so long to get out of Punlic Storage? They suck and raised my rate so often and had a terrible facility. Move to Morningstar Storage now!

The staff is really friendly, walk with us to show the place and make us feel good. They stay pass 5pm just to helping us during all the process.

Their prices are a bit high. Also I rented a unit here because it used to have 24 hour access but then out if the blue they changed it until 10pm and I feel they were deceitful in doing so and should offer to adjust the prices because of it.

Climate controlled as to advoid weather changes destroying my most treasured possessions. Rates are affordable and the property was clean for sure spotless . Im confident that I am doing well in this business adventure.

Whatever older white lady was here tonight (nov 8 at 5:30-6), you’re extremely rude. We pulled in to remove some furniture from our unit (note we drive a car with very loud exhaust) and she comes out giving us an attitude saying “do NOT speed through here again” My fiancé was extremely polite explaining to her that we were not speeding, our car is just very loud. Yet she still assumed we were speeding and continued to just give us an attitude. If you’re reading this, we are in our mid 20s. Do NOT talk to us like we are teenagers. I don’t know what’s going on in YOUR life, but we pay to have our stuff in this place just like everyone else does. It costs NOTHING to come up to us NICELY and ask us if we could please not speed. (Which we weren’t anyways). And from reading the reviews, it seems this is a constant issue with this white lady 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
