Weve move many times in our lives and this was by far the best, and it was a cross country move. From the estimator to the driver to the coordinator, it was handled professionally, with tremendous attention paid to detail.We had a couple of items damaged which we reported and theyre sending someone over to inspect them and Im sure well get a fair settlement if its anything like the moving experience. They were the lowest of four bids and it was well worth the price.

Overall an excellent move.The first loading day: crew called ahead to notify and arrived on time/early. Crew was friendly and professional. They set the house up properly and took good care of our belongings. We walked the house with Raul and the team.-Raul was courteous and willing to think outside the box to accommodate our needs.-Vince was a master of puzzle pieces making sure everything fit perfectly on the truck.-Ramon was very respectful and great at keeping track of everything. He took apart/ put together many of our items quickly and correctly.-Andres was an MVP rock star! He was willing to do anything and more to ensure we were happy and incredibly personable.Overall the team was very flexible and operated like a well oiled machine.

Henry and Green were excellent. They took great care of my belongings and went the extra mile to make sure everything was protected during the move. When we got to my new house, they made sure everything was set back up and assembled exactly where I wanted it. They even carried a heavy washer/dryer up a narrow set of stairs with zero damage or scrapes on the walls. Everything was inventoried and arrived in perfect shape. I wish there were a way to review this company on two different measures, one for the workers who were very helpful when we came to physically pick up the belongings we had in storage, and another for the incessantly frustrating managerial side of things with which communication felt like speaking to a brick wall.Originally, I had plans to have my things shipped from Orlando to Atlanta, where I live. These were the contents of my dorm room that I left there during Spring Break, not knowing school would be shut down due to Coronavirus before I could pick my things up. After a handful of emails back and forth, I was confident this would not be an issue. Then I received a strange, almost distressed phone call from the company letting me know that the cost of shipping would be a lot higher than usual because of the size and amount of things I needed moved. I thought this was interesting considering how this company was moving out the contents of countless other dorms, so why would my move be so expensive?After that phone call, more emails were exchanged trying to determine the most cost-effective thing to do: ship my belongings at an exorbitant rate, or store them for for another high amount. We would have chosen the option to store everything earlier had it not taken weeks worth of emails to figure out the specific pricing of storage. And even after we made the decision to store, more charges were tacked on, such as a pickup fee (?) and multiple oversize item fees for things like a skateboard and suitcase.Ok, whatever, well store it anyways and deal with the strange charges and having to drive down to pick my things up. All of the fees are paid a finally the week comes that Im meant to drive down. A couple days before my trip I phone Suddath to be sure they will be open when I will be there and to ask what the address of the storage location is. Despite this being a fairly simple question, when I call I am transferred to someone else. When this person doesnt pick up, I leave a voicemail. One day goes by, no response. I call again two days after the original call, same thing. Transferred, leave a voicemail. No response for a day. A day after that, I call again requesting the same simple information and stating that after being transferred to this persons voicemail box two times, I have yet to receive a call back. Oh, they probably meant to transfer you to _________. One sec. I finally am transferred to a human being to figure out the most basic information, but at the same time prolonging my torture.The person on the phone with me must have been doing something extremely important, because everything I ask is responded to by, Just send me an email.Can I schedule a pickup time?Sure, just send me an email.Whats the address of the storage location?Oh, Ill email it back to you.The call was over. I had been beaten down by these words but by god I was going to get my stuff back. One passive aggressive email later, and I had some answers. However, Suddath was now claiming thAT I HADNT PAID ALL OF MY FEES. The blows just kept coming. Email after email explaining how much we paid.Ok, but you still owe this muchHere is the receipt showing what you charged us and how we paid for all of it.Doesnt look like much to me. You owe these months and these fees.Finally, another phone call takes place before,Oooohhhh thoooooose fees. Yeah those are fully paid up, youre good.It was at this point that my eyes rolled all the way back up into my head until they came all the way back around, having done a full 360 within their sockets.I drove down to Orlando and miraculously all of my things were there. The staff who helped us pick up all of my belongings were immensely helpful and I could not ask for better people to assist with the process. If I could, I would rate them separately and give them 5 stars. However, I cannot do that, so an extra star will do. Overall, I would not recommend doing business with Suddath Orlando.

I just received my shipment from Missouri. Ricky and Sara were the best crew, me and my family have ever had. The crew I had was Raul and Ramon. I believe they are based out of Palm Bay.They were outstanding! Calm, pleasant,professional, efficient and patient would describe them. We had to move out of our home for several months due to storm damage. The pack-out was a bit troublesome, but the team that delivered it back was as good as it gets. Excellent service and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.....we were!

My son was called to active duty 25 days early. He was not able to oversee the packing of his household goods. Today a crew of three men from Suddath Relocation, Raul, Andres and Romon arrived around 9:30 a.m. They worked diligently packing my sons belongings wrapping everything. His items ranged from an antique German clock, several musical instruments to kitchen ware and garage tools. Everything was insulated, wrapped, logged in and finally loaded into a total of three containers. These men did a great job. They wrapped all his belongings and loaded them into the containers with great care. They showed a high level of packing and planning experience. I am a retired USAF Lt Col and have experienced numerous moves during my career. This was the smoothest and stress free pickup I have every experienced. Five Star! Thank you Suddath.

Raul-Ramon did a fantastic job! They were very helpful in trying to find the screws for our bed, even going as far as using their own screws to put our bed together. Sunny Gala is very trustworthy and has a great attitude. Sunny and his crew came and moved my storage unit. They had no idea what was there and they had it done in two days. Very professional. The delivery and unloading set up went smoothly and quickly. The team worked non-stop and were extremely courteous and helpful. They were scheduled to arrive between 11 AM and 1PM but called twice until they reached me to alert me that they were running early and would arrive at sooner than expected. Rick, Anil, Chuck, and 15 did our unpacking after our move. These gentlemen did a great job with the unpacking. They were hard working, efficient, and very courteous and polite. They also did a thorough job making sure we had everything and that nothing was damaged at the end of the unpacking.
