My very expensive dress ended up being measured too small in the bust and I was so upset by how awful it looked when it arrived that I wanted to throw it in the trash!!! I brought it to Lynn’s and Tina and her team worked a MIRACLE on this dress. They had to let out the bust, reshape it to fit a small band/ large cup size, and take in the waist multiple sizes. They also added spaghetti straps for me so I have peace of mind about where it’s sitting all day, and created a bustle that makes it look like the dress is simply a floor length gown and not bustled at all (which is everything I could have dreamed of because I HATED the look of all bustles I’d seen and was just going to change for the reception so I didn’t have to have one).I had 3 weeks between my original appointment and second fitting and less than a week for them to make the edits needed for me to take it home (fixing how the lace was laying, a couple small take-ins and darts, moving buttons to make them lay better). When I tried it on at the second appointment we were confused until we zipped it because it looked untouched besides the straps. You literally can’t tell the dress has been altered and after the final fitting it looks like it was made for me!!! Lynn Fashion & Bridal did an incredible job. I had so much anxiety about this dress and 4 weeks after they took it I have it back home with me and it’s perfect.The pricing is great for the quality work you receive. You won’t be overcharged and you won’t be disappointed with the results, even if you bring them a disaster! I recommended them to my bridesmaids and anyone else who needs altering! I will be going back for cleaning and preservation!

My wedding dress was accidentally ordered 2inches too small in the waist. It’s a beaded dress with lace and very difficult to alter. Lynn’s did an amazing job on letting it out with no evidence of it ever being touched! I am very impressed and will return if I ever need anything else altered.

I brought my wedding dress to this shop after David’s Bridal was unable to do my alterations in time. With only 3 weeks until my wedding day, I came here prepared to hear the same thing. Instead, Tina told me “no problem, we can do that”. My dress was ready in one week and looked better than I could have imagined. They even hand beaded a little modesty panel to match my dress. We also brought my son’s military uniform to be taken in and they did a fabulous job on it as well. I’m thoroughly impressed with this shop. They were very friendly, eager to please, and knew exactly what I needed.

I have seen Tina twice for her wonderful services. My husband and I initially planned our wedding last year but then COVID-19 happened and I needed alterations quickly. Tina was so responsive, helpful and fast. She altered my bridal gown perfectly and in a timely fashion. Hubby and I were able to proceed with the ceremony although our reception was cancelled.Fast forward a year later, we are now having our reception and Tina altered my dress again!She made modifications to the front as I desired a more modest dress and she did so perfectly! I dont have anything but good things to say about Lynn Fashion & Bridal. I originally bought a bridesmaids dress at an online store a year and a half ago before covid. The dress was just a tad too snug and I planned on losing a few pounds to fit in it. Then covid hit and the wedding was pushed from May 2020 to November 2020, then again to May 2021. Needless to say, instead of losing weight, I ended up gaining more from stress eating and snacking during covid and having no where to go. My dress ended up needing 6 or 8 inches taken out (which is a lot) because of the weight I gained. I took it to Lynns around the end of March for the wedding in May. She said it might need to be turned into a corset and that she needed to get more fabric to make the corset. I came back literally 12 days later when she said it was done and she didnt even need to do the corset at all. Her team used the material from my hem that needed to be done and literally added panels to each side of the dress. You cant even tell they did anything to it. I unfortunately do not have a before picture but I will post the pictures of the panels added and the after picture (before the hem was fully done). The whole dress was done with the construction to the dress and the hem, in less than a month!

My wedding dress had been previously altered by a friend and I took it here to see if they could tweak a few things my friend messed up a little bit. Tina then found a million things wrong that I hadnt even noticed and pointed then out to me. I was devastated to see how badly my dress had been altered. Tina assured me she could fix it. But I was still not sure about it. After hours and hours over the course of three months this magical women did it... She fixed everything!! And she helped me to stay as close to my budget as possible. They really take their time here to do things right and make sure your dress fits correctly. Learn from me-just take it to them!! They will not disappoint.

Lynn’s Alterations is amazing! I had to buy a new wedding dress days before my wedding and was naturally freaking out. Lynn assured me that they would get it done in time and that I shouldn’t worry. During the fitting she pinned areas I didn’t even think to alter and was able to keep beading on the sleeves along the wrist, that I definitely thought I would lose. My dress was altered in 2 days and looked beautiful! They are extremely talented, fast, and great at what they do! I even had a last-minute alteration on another dress I had in the car the day I went to pick up my wedding dress and they quickly fixed the sides while I waited. I will be using them for any future alterations. I highly recommend them!

I cant even begin to explain how amazing Lynn Fashion & Bridal is! Tina was the best and made sure my wedding dress was absolutely perfect! I came in with a preowned dress and photos of a ton of customization I wanted, half expecting to be turned away, convinced to tone down my ideas, or charged tons and tons of money. Tina and her team took to the challenge and delivered more than I ever imagined and didnt break my budget! They took my dress in, changed the straps to be off the shoulder, created a beautiful bustle, added a tulle waistband with tulle accents at the top of the dress, created a huge custom REMOVABLE tulle train and made my dream dress a reality. They also did all of this within a couple of months (which I think probably stressed them out so please dont do that to them like I did!). Ive added photos of the dress when I purchased it, when I went in for my last fitting after all the changes, and on my wedding day. I really cant thank Tina and her team enough! I will be bringing everything to them from now on!

This place is honestly a LIFE SAVER! Due to a delay in shipping, I didnt receive my dress for my baby shower until 6 days before the day and it was too tight! I was freaking out until I stumbled upon this place. They closed at 6 and I came in at 5:15 on a Tuesday. When I tried it on for her she knew exactly what I need and almost immediately went to work. She told me to give her a call the next day just in case she needed me to come in again. When I called her the next day Wednesday, she said to come in because my dress was ready!!! Not only were they fast, but the dress looks and fits amazing now! They did such a good job Im so grateful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely cannot praise this enough. My wedding had to be put off for another year because of COVID and then I ended up having a baby which meant that my wedding dress which was fitted for my pre-baby body did not fit anymore. I was afraid to try on my wedding dress to hear it didn’t fit because I would be devastated, but I did try it on with about three weeks to go. And of course my pregnancy changed my body and the dress didn’t fit. Tina and her team performed the alterations for me within a week and it fit again (mind you the dress had a lot of beading and was a big ball gown) but she did it and she did it well! I had the BEST experience here. My sisters wedding was coming up on 10/29 and on 10/27 my maid of honor dress RIPPED at the zipper. I was freaking out and panicking, thinking “how am I going to get this fixed in TWO DAYS?” I passed by Lynn’s place and came in pleading for help, and she reassured me “no problem, we will fix it for you in time!” She was so sweet, calm and professional that I knew I was in good hands. She worked so hard to fix my dress (taking out, then taking in, fixing my bust size AND fixing my zipper) in just TWO DAYS! I am so amazed by this handiwork, you cannot even see where this dress was sewn up. It was completely perfect and my dress was ready to go and my exact size for this beautiful wedding. I wouldn’t have trusted anybody else with this task and I will certainly be returning to Lynn for any other alteration work I need in the future.

They did a great job adding a fabric panel in the sides of my satin-like wrap dress that was previously too small. The dress was made poorly to begin with and the seamstress wasn’t sure if it was possible at first but they did a great job. AND the final cost was cheaper than they quoted me. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Tina at Lynns Fashion for over 8 years. Frankly, she makes me look good! I have taken a spectrum of things from an oversized football Jersey to get custom fit to more professional level suites and pants for work. She takes the time to talk to you, know you, understand what you want and why, and then shows you what the results will look like. I have mostly had traditional items done, but did take a hat to her once, and my girlfriend a dress she wanted length added to that had no extra fabric, but she wanted the sleeves removed and somehow Tina and team used that fabric to lengthen the dress!

She brought my dress in twice, lost weight and chest area was not fitted, on a very structured top. If you are new or have been going here for quite some time she makes you feel at ease and pays attention to every little detail. I needed to get my mother-in-laws wedding dress altered to fit for an engagement photo shoot with my fiance. I needed the sleeves changed, the hem shortened, and the ribbon waistline moved up to rest on my hips (Im significantly shorter than my MIL). I took this dress to two different locations before choosing Lynn - the first claimed what I was asking could not be done because the zipper would have to be moved, and the second wanted an exorbitant amount of money just to raise the waistline without any other alterations! I was feeling so defeated when I finally found Lynn.Not only were all of the discussed changes completed in a timely fashion, but the cost of all alterations was $75 less than the amount quoted by the second store! I am thrilled with the results and so grateful!

So happy I took my wedding dress here. I didnt need much done to it but Tina knew exactly what needed work when I put it on. It fits so well now and I feel great it in. It was finished in three weeks but one of the straps was just a tad too loose still when I picked it up but they fixed it right then within a half hour. The price was good for the work that was done too.

My wedding dress had a lot of work to be done and this place was incredible!!! My mom and my sister got their gowns altered as well! I wanted to wait to leave a review so I could post with pictures of my dress but I felt that I should leave a review now rather than waiting for my wedding in July. I’m so pleased with the hard work that Tina and her team have done. I will definitely be posting another review later once I get my photos from my wedding day. I desperately wanted to wear my mothers vintage wedding dress (1943) at my own wedding, but it sustained some damage during the cleaning process. I went to Lynns bridal to get the beadwork repaired, and they did a beautiful job. At one point there were huge holes where the cloth and thread had disintegrated, but by the time they finished you couldnt tell that anything had ever been wrong. They were also helpful with other basic alterations, and very communicative about what they planned to do. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to get delicate pieces repaired.

They charged me a reasonable price for hemming my dress, Davids bridal was going to charge me $25 more. I dropped off the dress right before the store had to close for the pandemic but they just reopened and had my dress waiting for me! The hemming was perfect. You pay after you pick up the dress here, so that was good!

I wanted to love this place - Tina was so nice and helpful and the price was great. However, Ive taken my dress back 3-4 times after originally picking it up after trying it on again and realizing that it didnt fit perfectly. They did not measure me at all and expected me to know every single thing I wanted altered during the consultation. I felt rushed out every time I picked up the dress again and the area to try on dresses was so small that I was worried about my dress getting dirty or damaged by other clients and employees walking around. Im taking it to a new alterations place next week and am willing to pay again for someone who will properly take my measurements so that I can feel comfortable on one of the most important days of my life.

Tina is amazing! My dress came out beautifully and fit great! She and her team did more work on my dress at a lower price than other seamstresses in the area. The day before I left for my wedding, I discovered a bump in the seam that was present from the manufacturer, but we hadn’t noticed until then. In a panic, I contacted Tina not expecting anything could be done in such a short time. To my surprise, she told me to bring the dress in and fixed it in under 2 hours! Tina is great and a hoot. They do great work! They are quick every time I have been there. They did an awesome job on my wifes wedding dress for what seemed a pretty good price. Wedding dress, 2 suit jackets, and several pairs or pants have all been done to my liking the first time for reasonable prices.

I came to Lynns with less than a week to my wedding day for some alterations to my dress. I ordered my dress online and when I first received it I was very disappointed that it did not fit properly and did not fit me the way in which I hoped. I went to Lynns hoping for some miracle and some help with the dress length, the way in which it fit my body and etc. The ladies who helped with my dress was very kind and even offered words of congratulations and praise to my upcoming marriage something I appreciated so much due to the stress I felt nearing close to my wedding day. When I received my dress back it was perfect! Everything I could have hoped for and more. She even discounted the price of my alterations to $150 instead of $170 and I appreciated that so much. Amazing service and staff!! Lynn Fashion & Bridal is absolutely amazing!! I brought my wedding dress there to be hemmed, taken-in, and also had a little extra beading work done. Not only was the service top quality, but the price was totally reasonable!! I paid around $350 for the whole service, -and I had lots of layers!!! Tina (who I believe is the owner) was the tailor that took care of my dress. She is very sweet and does an incredible job!! You can tell she knows what shes doing. She has years of experience, and everyone I know or have seen go in there, comes out beaming!!One of my friends recommended the place because she had brought her bridesmaids dress there to be taken-in, and needed it in a hurry. Tina did it in one day, and my friend picked up her dress the next day and headed to the wedding!! She said it fit like a glove and the price was incredible!!The place is very small and is located in a really tight spot in downtown Orlando, so a lot of the time there is no parking spots available in the lot behind the block of buildings; however, there is extra parking on the street.Other than that, it is a fantastic place and I wouldnt have brought my dress anywhere else!! My friend ordered her bridesmaids dresses online from a random company and my dress came in as a size 8 (I am only a size 2). This dress was so comically big I thought it would never fit. I took it here to get it altered and I was thankfully able to wear it just fine. She did as much as she could without having to completely rework the dress. To take it in and hem it, it cost me $95, which is acceptable compared to some other tailors.

They were able to perform a miracle on my jumper with 72 hours for my birthday party. I purchased the jumper online that was to large and incorrectly made . They did a great job on my outfit. My jumper came out better than I ever expected!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Not only is the work excellent, they have great customer service. In less than 24hrs they altered my dress and a cover for the dress. I finally found my seamstress.

Brought my intricate, lace hemmed wedding gown here for alterations. I needed the hem brought up and wanted a lining for my bodice semi-sheer bodice. Tina convinced me to let her cover up my bodice with lace florals instead. I admit I was a bit skeptical, but it turned out perfect! The lace seamlessly matched the florals that were already on the bodice, and I know a lace trimmed hem is no easy task. Even better, she had everything done super quickly at an extremely reasonable price. Im definitely going to bringing more alterations here in the future!

I brought her my wedding dress to have it preserved with my veil and I’m sure she will do even more fantastic work! Anytime I need an alteration from now on I will be going to Tina!

Kind experts tailored my beautiful, intricately beaded Vera Wang wedding gown to fit me like a glove. They also tailored my little daughters gown, and were very sweet and understanding through the fitting process with her. The place is small and crowded, with typical city parking but the women who run it are nothing short of welcoming professionals and what it lacks in pomp it more than makes up for in quality of service. Very fair with pricing.

I picked up my dress from Lynn today for my sons wedding in June. Lynn is like an artist in her alteration work. My dress looks like it was made for me. She has the ability to look at a piece of clothing and know not just how to make it fit, but to make you look good in the piece. Her prices are very fair and she does quality work. My name is Jamie and I am actually reviewing this shop from my husbands google account.......Lynn and her team are absolutely wonderful! A previous tailor had gotten a hold of my dress and pretty much did nothing that I asked. Lynn actually had to re-do the shoulder straps on top of creating the bustle and adjusting the bust area and back area (low-back). Unfortunately by the time I got my dress I only had 1 month to spare for Lynn before the wedding. She was amazing. I received my dress about a week and a half before our special day and it was absolutely PERFECT! I cannot thank this shop enough! If you need any work done on any dress please go to Lynn! You will not be disappointed!

I bought my dress from a local shop where I live and I ordered a size up since the one in store was too tight in the hips. The dress came in and I was excited to try it on, but the problem was it fit like the dress that was the smaller size. I did my research to find someone who specializes in wedding dresses and I found Lynn. I went in and had her look at the dress to take it out, do the bustle, and add a belt to it. She went over everything quickly and efficiently. We set up an appointment for me to come in and get it about a month later. They forgot to do one thing on the dress but fixed it right there for me and had me in and out within an hour. I would highly recommend this place for any alterations. She knows what shes doing and is eager to help you out with everything you need done. Thank you so much for everything you did! I bought my wedding dress and it came two sizes to big! Just by researching I knew alterations would run me close to 600 dollars. I took my dress to Lynn in March. I have had 3 fittings, picked up my dress last Saturday and it fits like a glove. I am completely in love with my dress because of her fantastic work! On top of that I paid less than half the price I would have paid anywhere else. Lynn is personable, professional and knows how to make you beautiful. Thank you so much Lynn!

One of my friend recommended me to go and get my Halloween King and I costume to be altered over here. It fit me like a glove. I was so impressed, that I took 3 of my very expensive pants to get them altered and I was amazed!! If you are a guy and want to get clothes altered, you need to try them. They are amazing and reasonable in their work.

Ive been bringing my clothes to Lynn Fashion & Bridal for alterations for a couple years now and they always do a great job. But when I took my wedding dress there (something far more complex then a pant hem) they really blew me away with both service, price and quality! They did beautiful work with my complex bustle and made additions or changes to the dress with no additional cost from the original quoted price. My wedding dress was stunning!

Tina and her team work so hard. They are not a frills shop. But if you want good work at a great price then you wont find better. Its so clear they care about getting your alterations right. My wedding dress looked amazing thanks to these women. Its fast paced and always for sure. But they are just the best :)

Truly this place deserves 6 stars. These women are amazing at what they do, quick, and the prices are inexpensive. I take all of my clothes here and you should too! No, seriously. Even if I buy a dress from a bridal shop, I get my alterations done here instead.

Tina and her team were wonderful altering my wedding dress. She gave me an initial estimate, and though it turned out to be far more complicated than we realized (and required more fittings, as well), the final charge was on the low end of her estimate. I was sure shed add to the charge in light of the work done, but was so happy when she didnt. And she was always smiling, an big bonus!

I had two dresses altered here. My wedding gown and my wedding cocktail dress. My alterations were not extensive for my gown but the results were flawless. My cocktail dress however required much more work as it was ordered online and was very poorly made. I was very happy with the results of this dress as well. Tina was fantastic. She is so friendly, professional, and a master of her trade. With both dresses she had me pinned up in no time, ready to pass the dress along to be altered for me. After reading other reviews I did not have any worries bringing my dresses here but Tina and her staff exceeded my expectations!

I was so blessed to meet Tina three days before my wedding day. She completely saved my wedding by going above and beyond to save my dress!When I found my dream dress I unfortunately placed my trust in their referral to a different alteration shop. I can go into details about how horrible their work was and how they returned my dress to me just four days before my wedding but I rather focus on how Tina saved my wedding day! Not only is she caring, kind, and personable but she is so very talented. By far the friendliest and most professional service. They were able to have both bridesmaids dresses hemmed and both came out perfect. I would stop searching now and just go to Lynn’s. You won’t be disappointed and she even streamed both dresses complimentary.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I ordered my wedding dress online and had no idea where to take it to get altered because it came 2 sizes bigger than I expected. I am super picky about alterations and wanted my dress to fit perfectly. I did so much research on where to take my dress and finally decided to take it to Lynns, and they do not disappoint! They put so much time into getting every detail perfect and they did exactly what I was wanting! I was so happy with them. I told all my bridesmaids to take their dresses there as well and they did an amazing job with all of them! I was blown away with their work. Also, they are so nice and well priced! I will def only be going there for all of my future alterations!!

Incredible staff and workmanship. My wedding dress was done on time, everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful, and the dress fit like a glove. They even spent time showing me how to bustle the train (it has numerous buttons and loops) and suggested recording the steps so I could show my bridesmaids a how-to video. I will absolutely recommend.

Staff were friendly and kind. Shop was not fancy, but fairly priced, and they did a good final job with alterations on my wedding gown. Had some minor issues which were resolved. Would use them again in the future.

I dont frequently review but I had to for this place. Tina, the owner, has worked on my 15th birthday dress, prom, dresses for weddings, and regular clothes. I drive about 45 min to come here. She does amazing work and I wont go to anyone else to get things altered. When you go in it looks like a small simple store but dont let looks fool you!! Please dont hesitate to visit!

I found Lynns fashion about 9 years ago and from the very moment I met Tina she and I had a wonderful relationship. She always amazes me with her talent. Recently I had a bride{from Gainesville} travel to Orlando just to have Tina do her alterations, the bride was blown away with Tinas professionalism, talent and will to please. I was 34 weeks pregnant and 4 weeks away from my wedding when I recieved my dress that I ordered onine, and it was huge. It needed to be taken in and tailored everywhere! Thankfully, the head seamstress took care of me and really did a wonderful job! She worked with my budget and really felt for my situation since I didnt have enough time to reorder a dress that fit better. Im just very grateful that she helped me look and feel beautiful on my wedding day!
