We have been a regular customer at this restaurant since we moved to Orlando 4 years ago. We typically enjoy their pizza and other menu items, especially the Monday large pie deals.Tonight, even though its $15 for 10 wings, we decided to order wings with our order. We get home and open the box and they look like wings off of an infant chicken. They are literally the length of maybe 2 quarters with almost no meat on these things.I called the restaurant and believe I spoke to the manager Kristen. When I explained that we paid over a dollar a wing for wings off basically a newborn chicken, she gave me the saddest response Ive ever heard from a manager before. We know. She proceeded to tell me that theyre aware these wings are extremely small, and justified it by telling me that customers were more upset they had NO wings than these tiny wings. I asked her if she thought these were worth the price and she told me these are all the restaurant can get and theyre passing off the 6X price increase off to the customers. I understand the increased prices, but on top of that offering something half the size of what you had before is just sad.A manager that is entirely OK passing off an awful product at an extremely high price while KNOWING and ADMITTING its not worth it is just pathetic. What else are they compromising on?We will not be giving them our business in the future due to this poor response.
Today was my First time here and the experience was great! I have been so curious about this place for a while. I stopped by just to get a to go menu. Went to the stores around and when I got to my car I looked at the menu and had to go back in to place an order. I just finished eating my food and here I am now writing a review lol Good menu, good prices, food was fresh, hot and delicious! Both times I went in I was greeted with very nice people. I am glad I finally decided to visit you guys today and I will definitely be back. Happy customer! I highly recommend this place.
My whole family enjoyed the experience here. We ordered pizza, wings, stromboli, and a gluten free pizza for myself. I can say that I have rarely had a gluten free pizza this good. When I order from a pizza chain, the crust is usually burnt and not particularly tasty. Napolis crust was definitely not the normal frozen crust. It was slightly crispy, very tasty, and browned to a nice golden color. I will definitely be returning.
I know the owner and his wife. Great people and when they are at the store great service and on time delivery. And I have been ordering from this place at least once a week. When someone else responds to the phone especially the younger guy who just responded me their level of communication and service sucks. 0 imagination about customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately I wont order from this place again.
This is the BEST Pizzeria in Orlando. I started shopping in that shopping center and every time I would get out of my car the entire parking lot smelled of this amazing food that made me feel like I was back in Brooklyn. I went and had two slices and a soda and the rest is history. The food is amazing, fresh homemade, the place is clean everyone that works there is so nice and the food is authentic. Whether you’re Italian or not you will enjoy this place. Napoli Italian Pizzeria is #1.
Ive been wanting a gyro for a long time, but havent found one worth eating, until today. I ordered for delivery. It arrived hot and smelled wonderful.The tzaziki sauce was very creamy. The lamb doner was seasoned perfectly. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were very clearly fresh. The portion was very generous. As for the fries, they were crispy slabs of potato perfection.I also ordered a Greek salad, which Ill enjoy, and review, tomorrow. But if youre looking for a delicious gyro, this is the place for you for sure.
We ordered Napoli through Uber and we were impressed by the quality of the food and the prices as well, especially for being on a delivery app. We ordered a large Calzone with two toppings, two lasagna dinners and one fettuccine Alfredo dinner, which each included a side salad and garlic bread, and also ordered garlic knots, and it was about $50. Thats hard to beat for high quality Italian food. Portion sizes were good. Just for comparison sake, the Alfredo dinner was only 11.95, but other restaurants on Uber were trying to charge anywhere between $15-$19 for the same type of meal. Also had a nice conversation with a lady on the phone there. I called to let them know that I couldnt choose my calzone toppings on the app and after I gave her my toppings request she thanked me for bringing it to her attention and said she would contact Uber to correct. That made me feel even better about ordering from there, someone that takes ownership of an issue, even a small one like that. We plan to order again from here soon and often when we get the craving for Italian food!
The only place in town that offers an authentic Grandmas pizza pie and that alone is enough for 5 stars. However, ALL of their food os delicious and its always good vibes when you go in. Today they were celebrating a graduation of one of their owns. It was wholesome. If youre in the area stop on by for a slice you wont ne dissapointed.

Napolis is my go to spot for pizza; after approximately 5 visits, they remain consistent. They also sell Jamaican beef patties, which they will stuff with cheese and heat up for you... Yummy! I always order my food to go; however, they have a dining area. They recently changed their order taking software platform and are still learning how to use it; you may have to be a little patient. Overall you will be pleased.

Best pizza in the area! I absolutely love this place! I took my kiddos to visit recently and omg I was mind blown with how tasty the pizza and garlic knots were! The slices were so big that my boys (who usually eat 3 slices from anywhere else) were full after that one slice! They have a great vibe and would be a great place to meet and chat with friends. I highly recommend this place especially since it even priced well! I will definitely be back to try more!
Seriously the BEST chicken parm I have ever had! My husband had the beef patties w/ coco bread, with a salad and he loved it! The kids devoured the spaghetti and meatballs too. This place is hands down the best! Every time we visit in person, the staff is extremely friendly, and the food is always on point. Side note: they have like 100 drinks to choose from lol WE LOVE SEMORAN NAPOLIS!!!

3 out of 5. No soap in the bathroom,limited place to sit with no avail. Food was ok,nothing to brag about. For fl quality pizza is ok. Asked for cheese on the garlic knot which you couldnt taste the garlic at all or the cheese. Oh and there was ants crawling on the wall :) Im good,you live and you learn.

My son and I were in the mood for pizza and found this place. We ordered a cheese pie and some garlic knots. The pizza was DELICIOUS!! I felt like I was back at home in NY. The garlic knots were smaller but still yummy. Definitely recommend coming here. The employees were very nice as well.

Not enough great things to say about this place!! After a horrible experience at Broadway Pizza and angrily leaving that place we decided to select another pizza joint close by and low & behold God led us through the doors of Napolis. From the moment that we called them & explained to theM what had just happened at Broadway the young lady I spoke to on the phone was kind, courteous, polite and just overall an absolute joy to speak to. Once we arrived to our new found favorite pizza joint we were greet with warm & welcoming smiles & our food ready to go!! It was so refreshing, not to mention the food was great!! Thank you for your your wonderful staff and service!

My daughters soccer team (group of 50+) was in Florida for a tournament and wanted to have a team dinner at our hotel. While searching for caters in the Orlando area, my friend and I found this restaurant with its fantastic reviews. I didn’t want to order from the big chain restaurants so decided to call them. Kristy, the owner, was fantastic. She assured me that even though her restaurant was 30 minutes away from our hotel, the food would be hot and that they will set everything up for us. Her son and another very friendly gentlemen delivered the food on time and set everything up. Everyone was impressed with the food. The flavors, quality and even quantity was on point. I would highly recommend ordering from Napoli Italian Pizza. Thank you Kristy for all you hard work!
They were slammed new years eve... i still got a nice large pepperoni pizza on time... Cant wait to try the Sicilian pie and grandmas pizza... glad i found you guys....updated 10-11-2020.... every time i eat here i get very friendly service and very good Italian food... being from NJ I was thrilled when I discovered Nappoli Italian Pizzeria... Its as good as any I have ever eaten...
I really wanted to love this pizza, the restaurant has great prices and specials, the staff is great as well, but every time I ask for a toasted pizza ( New York Style) I always get disappointed 😞 with a soft dough pizza with just a slightly toasted crust. The pizza taste good, the soft dough is what disapoints me 😢. Not sure if I will be back, due to ordering this pizza several times, and I always have the same issue.

Love this place!! The food is excellent, the staff is also so friendly and give off a “family feel”. The restaurant itself is very clean and always decorated nicely. The owner also throws a lot of fun family events like kids pizza making class, cookie decorating classes, it’s so fun! Definitely recommend Napoli’s! Side note: their Greek salad is to die for!!!!

I love the family atmosphere, service and their willingness to accommodate my “creative” orders. I drive over 12 miles to get their New York Style pizza with the perfect crust and their Zeppoles, which are soft, airy, and made to order!
I really like the pizza from this place, but since they change owners, is a completely different story! The new owner, a blonde women is the MOST RUDEST PERSON!!! Employees, the guys that make the pizzas are super nice, friendly, and very respectful ALL THE TIME (something that the owner needs to learn)!!! The Spanish girl (dont remember her name) is so adorable and all the time is very nice and very professional with the customers; we love her!!! On the other hand, the skinny, white, young guy that works most 9f the time at the register, apparently is the owners owners family...same attitude like the owner!! She treated me with sarcasm forgetting that we buy pizza, at least, twice weekly, but NOT ANYMORE!! She should learn how to treat people and not being rude because thanks to the customers is why you make money!!!!!! And the 3 stars is because of the employees that you have at the restaurant; NOT FOR YOUR POOR SERVICE and I would make sure to share my experience in your place!!

GREAT family restaurant! The staff were super friendly! We couldnt decide on mozzarella sticks or garlic knots, so we asked what was best. One told us to get the mozzarella sticks, so we did, but then they also brought us a sample of their garlic knots. YUM! The food and service was amazing. And they were great with our little boy. He was so excited he was able to make his own little pizza! We will definitely be back there.

We live in Plant City but It was worth the drive over to Orlando. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We were impressed seeing it was a family friendly restaurant. We are planning another drive over to Napoli’s our new favorite Italian restaurant. .

I ordered online last night and the order was not delivered. They wont refund my money either. They claim I didnt call. If the order confirmation says delivery between 8:55pm and 9:25pm, and when try to call them they are closed, its not my fault. The order was made at 7:55pm. They kept the order and the money.Review update: 9/29/2020I called the restaurant since Menufy notified that the manager denied the refund even that I didnt receive the order. The person who answered (I am not sure if it was Christie the manager or who) she even called me a scammer that she was very sure that the order was delivered to someone in my apartment when nobody came or knocked my door. She said the driver had evidence, then she said that she cannot assure to which apartment it was delivered that if I dont remove the bad review she will not issue the refund. Great customer service, they kept the order and the money too, and if the customer complains then the customer is a scammer. Thankfully my cc company will reverse the charge. First and last time!!

We were lucky to find this gem during our stay in Orlando. The kids were upset that the other pizzas we tried were not the kind they were used to from Brooklyn. Their crust is thin and crispy, plenty of choices and toppings. The place is clean and the service was fast although the place was packed on a Saturday evening. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone local or visiting like us.
They by far have the best gyros in the area. Bigger and better than Brooklyn’s pizza and better than Bella italia. Taste very similar to really good Greek restaurants in northern va where gyro and Greek restaurants are common. And the lamb meat is thick and not thin like most places who seem to thaw out precut lamb slices and their end result of the sandwhich taste awful. Thumbs up Napoli. Been my favorite joint the past 10 years

This is my new favorite place for pizza ! I also tried the lasagna and zeppoles and both were delicious. The staff was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. I was very impressed to learn that everything is made from scratch especially with such reasonable prices.

Oh my goodness! I love Napolis. Their Sicilian pizzas are amazing!!! I love pizza and have tried pretty much all the pizza in the area and no one can touch Napolis. They are so friendly and they make the best quality pizza in the area. I think it is honestly the best pizza place in town, maybe all of Florida!!!
Wow! The lasagne was the best I’ve ever had - so much cheese and the marina had such a great flavor. I had the fried cheese sticks as an appetizer, clearly home made and excellent. You can’t beat the price for this kind of quality.

First Time here, and the experience was awesome, I came here for dinner and ordered X-Large Pizza, garlic knots, 15 bbq wings,and all of it was delicious, we couldn’t stop eating,my husband and 4 kids enjoyed everything. We dined in and I recommend dining in because fresh out the oven. The staff was exceptional and beautiful in every way. My husband came here several times and ordered spaghetti and meatballs and recommended I come, we live in Saint Cloud and it was worth the drive. I will definitely come back and I encourage you to try them out.

This used to be a great pizza place. The quality of the pizza has worsened(good not great) with every new owner the crust, sauce and cheese seem very cost effective and the associates barely acknowledge your presence. Nothing like the first year I started going here.

We had a thick crust, focaccia type bread pizza with very fresh mozzarella, salami, pepperoni and mushrooms. The sauce was fresh and the crust was delicious.
