Kate at the service desk went above and beyond to help me today. Without going into too much detail, I had to cancel a special order that my husband made. Discovered it was at two different stores. Kate took the time to make sure that both stores gave full refunds. She made the calls and made sure it was all taken care of. Then she called me back to let me know it was done. Great job Kate! You are a valuable asset to Home Depot. They are lucky to have you! Id hire you in a minute!

Really appreciated the help when I finally found one after looking for at least 39 min. They should be a little more accessable.

The staff are always willing to help. When they dont know something they will find someone who does know what your asking or looking for, even when you cant quite remember what the thing a ma jig is called.

I go out of my way to go to this home Depot! I can easily drive to one 5 minute away, but Id rather drive up to Oro valley to shop here! Employees are really helpful, and friendly! If you ask they know where it is too most of the time theyll even take you there! By far my favorite home Depot in Pima county! Oh check out the garden center! They have a really cool pond/waterfall set up with turtles and fish!! My kids love it!

It was really hot inside and there wasnt anyone around to help us, but i assume its because of the fact that no one wants to work anymore. Customer Service was very friendly, fast and helpful.

The 1 star goes to their delivery people. They offer free delivery if you spend $399 or more. What they fail to tell you is they give you a delivery window of all day. 8am to 8pm. If you want a smaller delivery window then you need to cough up $79. For a 4 hour window. I could rent one of their trucks for less. The staff inside the store are great! Poor Management.

Selena in the Appliance section is rude and unfriendly. I wanted to buy an appliance package, washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher and fridge, but she was soooooo rude when I was asking her questions. I couldnt bring myself to buy from her because of her snotty attitude, so I left and drove across town to buy from Lowes, who has very friendly sales people. Home Depot lost about $10,000 in sales! I WONT be going back because of Selena!

Went in at 6:30 pm to buy some Schlage locks to finish up my project and guess what ? They didn’t have anyone on staff to Re Key the locks. I don’t know how this happens but it does here. And by the way if your doing a major project and need supplies don’t come here since it is the smallest Home Depot in the Tucson area. They have half the inventory of regular sized stores and no equipment / tool rentals.

Lumber prices are HIGH!!!! Selection of straight 1 by and 2 by is necessary. Lots of wet 2 x 4s in the piles. The 1by material pretty twisted looking. Not a lot of service people around.

Oro Valley home depot staff and store is the best. Store is always clean, Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help even if it is not their area.

My husband and I purchased LG appliances from Home Depot in July 2020. However, the stove interior which is cobalt blue, became discolored and the door window leaked a dark runny substance inside where we couldnt get to in order to clean it. LG was not willing to even come out to look at it though we were well inside our one year warranty. They said it was a cosmetic issue not covered by the warranty. They gave ridiculous ideas to try to mitigate this issue - one being clean it with baking soda which did NOTHING. I was frustrated because this was an issue we had not created. I called LG daily to get help and was placed on hold for hours. Finally, they agreed to pay for someone to take a look at it only to deny replacement. I called Lisa Clay at Home Depot who is very professional, helpful, kind and also very understanding. She said let me look into this. I thought wow, someone who is positive and willing to help Lisa had our oven problem remedied immediately we now have a new and improved oven. Thank you lisa you deserve a HUGE THANK YOU! 👏And a pay increase! People like her are a rare commodity in the retail world today!Best Regards,Helen & Kevin Perko

Best garden department Ive ever seen, huge selection and very clean and well organized. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No associates that I walked by even bothered to say HOWDY or offer to help me with what I was looking for, I had to go find them. Usually they were visiting with another associate, dont ask how I know this, its so apparent by the conversation that was going on between them. Its as they feel that they should be paid for socializing and a separate paycheck for actually working. Oh well thats my last visit to that HOME D_POT..!!

Its hard to find someone to help you and when you do finally find someone they always seem to act like they got better things to do than answer your questions. However.... The store usually has in stock what I went after.

We Hit Store twice today and found what we needed both times ! This store is not our usual stop but i think we may frequent it more do to its stock and service.

It is a Home Depot. Friendly staff. Prices are big box. This store is always very busy while the sun is up. Parking can be hard to find an open spot specially if you have a bigger truck.

We got some beautiful new herbs and flowers 💐 for Spring . The cashier in the garden center was great at helping put the plants in a plastic holder so they were easy to carry and would not move or fall in our vehicle. She was great 👍.

Customer service is non existent. If you dont know what youre doing youre SOL. Every time I go there women, and some men, stop ME and ask for help because they cant find anyone who works there. Makes me plan extra time into my trips to HD.

Delivering load, receiving crew wont unload early. Theyre just walking around moving this and that. Mean while trucks are piling up in the back.

Theyve been open and offering everything we need during this time were home doing the long-awaited home repairs. They do have the store set to a maximum amount of people that can come in, but it is a big number and you can probably get in anytime. Everybody is very friendly and maintaining safe distance.

I dont usually do this but the interaction I witnessed between Jeff and customer today warranted leaving a review.He is extremely unfriendly, unprofessional and should not be the manager of an ant farm let alone a branch of a large franchise. He not only talked down to the customer but talked over him and started to raise his voice at him as well... The customer never yelled or cursed and never raised his voice. At one point he stated I cant believe this is how you treat customers. Really? To which Jeff responded well thats how it is so... Deal with it. The customer started to say something else and Jeff barked at him were done here and walked away as the customer was trying to ask when he would hear from the store regarding his order. Jeff just continued to walk away completely ignoring him.I personally have asked him for help and have been ignored or he simply laughed in my face and walked away.He truly is giving the only home depot in the area a bad name. I have now started going to Wal-Mart and Ace whenever I can because of him. Hopefully someone at corporate will start to wise up and realize hes hurting the brand and ultimately the sales for that branch.

I usually find exactly what Im looking for at a decent price but lately its been harder to find, if they even have it, very little help, if you call go to isle 9 help, and more costly. I know they are having hard times, but so is everyone else. Ill remember this when things subside.

The only HD in the US I do loathe because some of employees attitudes are horrible & they dont know their stock. This is my 3rd trip in 2 years, same story. I actually went to Ace Hardware first but they didnt have enough of what I needed. Please teach your employees the store stock & location & ask them to be pleasant.

Helpful knowlegeable staff. The staff member took histime to help my husband with the details and selection of an air compressor. Come to find out he was suposed to go home already. Absolutely impressed by this customer service and level of attention.
