When I first went there I felt like it was a rather sterile environment. If they had music on I didnt hear it. The employees were helpful and friendly. But very business like. I was the only one there. Excluding employees. Big store, lots of inventory. Over all I was comfortable. I dont know why theyre not busy. Might be location. Dono! Bob

This is a good parts store and they always have plenty of people to help when you go there. There is also a really good machine shop there. I took someone there, I think it was on Friday. They needed a fly wheel machined, it was in really bad shape. These guys had it done and ready to pick up in an hour.

They are a great store with amazing parts but they need to change there hours online because it does not seem like they are open on sundays of they are not answering the phone!

Local Oroville Napa, very nice people 👽

Parts are a better quality than other local parts stores carry in my experience. Although their prices for even common cleaning and maintenance products available at competitor stores are higher. The Machinist isnt the nicest guy ive ever met and could use better customer relation skills. But the work ive had done there has been of acceptable quality and done in a reasonable time, although the cost is again a bit higher than other available shops in the area. But all in all a fair place to do business

Worst experience ever, ordered something Thursday that was supposed to be available to pick up Friday, called Saturday and was told it would probably be in Monday, called today (Monday) and the lady tries to tell me some guy tried to call us multiple times on Friday (neither my husband or I have a single missed call that day, so thats a total lie) and that theres 250 in Illinois but none that they can get (what??) Then she tries to tell me I wasnt billed yet for the item which the charge on my credit card begs to differ... Shop somewhere else where people actually know what they are doing

I always go into napa always a pleasant experience. Today I went into the store one of the employees named Christina was plain rude. She didnt listen to me played in her cell phone while I was talking. I ended up leaving without any parts.

They often have more parts than the other stores but at times the desk people seem clueless as to their application. Which in turn creates a deficit of knowledge necessary to find parts.

I am extremely upset with the lack of service by one of your employees. I went to the Oroville location looking for a part for my car. The woman that helped me didnt listen or didnt care about what I was looking for. No enthusiasm, no communication... I got the wrong part because she didnt listen to me. She ordered the wrong part which costed me a day. The correct part was in the store. I could have saved a trip and money had she done her job. I will not deal with employee # 238 again...

We are wildland firefighters and we drove nearly 1000 miles to work on the fires in California. We had to make a sudden stop at the napa in Oroville and experienced fast friendly and helpful service. Back on the road in 15 mins. Thank you

I am impressed with the fact that NAPA stocks auto parts, tools, equipment, items for heavy duty trucks, marine, and farming equipment. We definitely need this type of store in the Oroville area. I went online and found current specials and a phone number I can call to see if theyre in stock. I can also View guarantees . I definitely recommend this store and their website.

Napa recently moved to a new location that allows them to provide better service and has provided a greater floor inventory. This Napa offers machine shop services in addition to auto parts sales. The machine shop is in a separate building, and the staff is more than happy to point you in the right direction.

Cant complain. Small but the sales people are really friendly and has helped me out in finding what he needed.

Solid, knowledge team.Had boat issue, 2 trips to the Malibu dealer in the Bay Area and and they didnt diagnose or fix the problem. Drove to Riebes next time I was at the lake, told them then problem, they sold me 3 parts totaling $130 and the boat runs like the day we bought it.Saved the weekend for the kids!
