This was a more difficult job than the mechanic had planned for using available schematics etc. It was blend doors of the air conditioning on a 2009 RAM pickup. I was only charged for the extra parts, not the considerable extra labor that these fine people did. I appreciate their helping me out.

I have brought many vehicles here over two years.Lately, my truck’s brakes were bad. I first took the truck to a popular national brake place. Unfortunately, the work they did was incomplete. Instead of trying to fight it; I just took it to Gilbert’s.Gilbert’s auto diagnosed it, fixed it, and I’m down the road. I drive up to 130 miles a day so I don’t have time for arguing warranties and such.I’m impressed by the diagnostics at Gilbert’s and the way I can decide how much of how little I can do.I’d recommend them to anyone

I brought my Kai into these guys after months of paying for diagnostics on my car and not figuring out what the problem was, these guys had my car for over 2 weeks I know they put in more then a full days labor figuring out what was wrong but they never gave up and were able to determine all the problems were because of water in my gas Like lots of water!Anyways they charged me for just the basic diagnostic fee (also had another small repair done while the car was there) I left the shop driving my car it ended up dieing on my and they came to me on the side of the road to get me running again! Above and beyond what they needed to do, I drove that kia all the way to idaho the next day pulling a trailer and have had zero issues since! Thanks guys!

Gilberts Auto Remedy is a great place to get your car repaired or whatever else might be a problem for your car. Luke, the Manager/Owner is one hell of a guy, has great customer service skills, and makes sure that your car is treated appropriately with his hard working staff too. Rip off of your money, took in my husbands truck for miss fire issues. They said it was fixed got it back after two weeks being in their shop. It went right back in for the same problem for another two weeks.They are not good or worth any ones time. They tell you its fixed and they can not even get the actual problem correctly diagnosed. Had to go to another shop for the correct diagnosis and repair. This shop only took 1 week and they where prompt and called us repeatedly to let us know cost time and parts needed.

Very courteous.Their yard does look a little crowded these days but its Oroville.. Im willing to bet most the vehicles have been abandoned by their owners or are unwilling or unable to pay cost of repairs

These guys know their job and are very courteous. Their prices are better than anyone in Oroville and they dont try to get you to fix things that arent needed. They have state of the art equipment and great mechanics. Try here first before one of the big chains.

I was referred to Gilberts Auto Remedy to get an alignment done on my SUV and they did a swell job. I decided to bring my old Toyota to get a power steering pump replaced and the owner was very honest about the repair. I could not be more happy. My Toyota power steering pump was replaced, no more fluid leaking out and best of all my power steering works again. It was difficult to drive my Toyota with out power steering. I will definitely go back for future repairs.

Its hard for me to like a place that is directly related to so much frustration (my car troubles), but Gliberts Automotive made it relatively easy for me. I showed up without an appointment with my vehicle on a tow truck and they helped me out. The work seemed like a fair price and the people were friendly, helpful, and professional. They even gave me a ride to work since I was stranded. I would go there again, and recommend them to those needing a mechanic.

Honestly, one of the most Humble and honest places I have ever been to. I went to several places in town and they basically all shut me down and told me no one would work on my car because it’s a vw, I pull into Gilbert’s and not ONLY did they look at it right away, but they were honest about what was wrong and even personally showed what needed to be fixed!
