I had the best experience from the moment I walked into the door. My husband and I were greeted with a friendly associate, and treated with respect and showed genuine interest in what would serve our family needs. They helped us get what we wanted and helped us with adorable financing options. I would highly recommend going there! They made us feel like we were friends and at complete ease. The associate David was phenomenal as was his manager. We just shopped on Sunday the 15th of August! Great group of people! Even from the associate that was not the one who directly helped us.

Ryan was our sleep expert and he helped us find the perfect bed and we did find the perfect one with his help. He engaged us in conversations about the sale and all the paperwork and made it all easy for us.

After spending hours online researching, driving to stores that say they have stock, only to be duped and solicited to buy a better mattress, I left the big city area and headed back to the canyon. I had one last shot at Oroville Mattress Firm and Josh was a very informative and helpful salesperson. He moved mattresses onto a foundation for me to try. At no time did he try to hard sell me or tell me what kind of mattress I should buy. He listened to my needs and directed me to a mattress set that would give me years of comfort at a price point within my budget. Went to get a standard frame!!! Left with a movable frame!! So excited!!! Can not wait for an amazing nights rest!!! Just having the legs lift a bit made a huge difference plus we know our frame will no longer dip in the middle!!! And she was amazing!!

I had done an order online and gotten approved through their Progressive credit line and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the process. I was able to try out the bed I selected and was even offered to try multiple others within the same comfort range. The store was clean and organized. Kurt Cameron was professional and friendly. I especially enjoyed that he wasnt a Pitbull pushy salesman but he was also knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He offered us pillows with protectors to try the mattresses we were interested in, he wore a mask at all times, there was hand sanitizer readily available. I would refer people to this location. The only problem I saw was on a couple of the less expensive mattresses: They looked like its time to have them cleaned or replaced as the floor models because they looked dingy and had dirty spots.

I went with my friend to assist her in buying a mattress and I was so impressed with how Juan her salesperson handled her very specific requests and gave her such steep discounts that I felt encouraged to inquire about possibly getting myself a mattress. He was so surprised and said since your friend is buying a mattress you will qualify for a family and friends discount. I am on an extremely tight budget because I am disabled and didnt think he would be able to make me a deal but he ended up getting me an amazing deal on one of their most luxurious models! I still cant believe my good fortune! I never thought I would ever be able to afford a fancy mattress. I suffer from chronic lower back pain and when I laid on the mattress it was the first time in years that my pain eased. I seriously believe the attitude of the staff here is about offering true full customer service and I suggest you really go in and talk to them if you are even just thinking about getting a mattress. Ive never been to a store where I actually felt listened to and cared for like this. Integrity still exists. Dont be fooled by gimmicks these guys are the real deal.

Mattress Firm sales representatives go above and beyond to make your experience buying a bed great! I had bought a bed then the fires started so I rented out my house to a lot of evacuees and the new bed got used a lot! By the time I slept on it again it had problems. I went back to Mattress Firm and they had the perfect solution.

5 stars all the way around! Juan took his time to help me find the perfect mattress to help me sleep better at night and not wake up in pain. After trying a few out we found one that not only is extremely comfortable, but it fit my budget to where I was able to get an adjustable base too. And wow does it make all the difference! This review is based on my experience today purchasing my new bed as I havent taken delivery of it yet. Ill post another review after I sleep on it a while.The place was bright and clean but still welcoming. Joshua Dybdahl who is my salesman made it a terrific experience. He clearly knew his products and listened to my list of needs. No hard sell but did let us know of choices and options accordingly. He made me want to do business with Matress Firm eventhough I only went there to compare prices.

I went into the store this evening, (7/5/2020) I was immediately greeted by Juan. He asked me what I was looking for & I explained to him that I had recently been in a car accident, so I’ve had a lot of pain & needed a new mattress. Juan listened to me very closely & made it his mission to find me the PERFECT bed at the price range I needed to work within. He spent at least 30 minutes showing me each option & making sure I tested them appropriately. He really wanted me to have what I wanted. After I selected the perfect mattress, he spent another 30 minutes finding me the BEST price. Juan is a GEM & I so appreciate him. Thank you, Juan. I can’t wait to pick up my new, comfy, perfect bed! UPDATE: 7/20/2020 I was just contacted by Juan, he informed me that my mattress & foundation are in. I had been in contact with the store, 1 week prior to inform them that there was a problem with my Unemployment & there would be a delay in picking up the mattress. Instead of LISTENING to me, I keep getting phone calls asking for a “date” that I will pick up. I informed Juan that I “wanted that information more than he did.” Juan continued to argue with me back & forth. I finally told him to give me a refund & that I will go elsewhere. Juan then informed me that “due to Covid, that will take at least 10 days.” I reminded Juan that I am in sales as well, and since I put a down payment & received no merchandise, it is my privilege to choose where I spend my money & insisted that he give me my money back. I asked to speak to the manager, he then informed me that “that’s me”. I would just like to point out that the ONLY thing that is MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE SALE, is HOW YOU TREAT THE CUSTOMER. Hey, Juan, due to Covid, I need my MONEY BACK TODAY. Sure do hope the owner responds to this review like he did the POSITIVE ONE that I left. NEVER AGAIN. Not good to treat people this way in a small town. WORD TRAVELS FAST.
