Had a pretty bad experience today. Not saying anything that was done so was intentional. But could they have handled it better? Absolutely.Took 1 hr to get propane and get out. That is ridiculously long, and it wasnt busy. Not to mention waiting outside in excessive heat making it worst.Took asking for propane assistance 3x. Waited in line to pay while cashier was just casually chatting away with customer, and other lines were getting checked out one after another.

I called to grab some last minute propane cans for my camping trip and shelly was so amazing and nice, she made the extra effort to grab the last of the cans and held them for me until i got there.

Always love tractor supply. They have everything you need when you dont know exactly what you need. Their staff actually know about their products and where to find them.... see it is possible home depot!

The heavy set older lady that works the front check out is a bity to work with. I purchased a few items brought the extras back in there packing the next day, and she wouldnt return the items, because i had a picture of the receipt not the receipt its self. The manager was no help he said he was busy, and walked off. I usually love tractor supply, but employees like these ruin the place.

Bought a new 60gal Dewalt compressor. Unloading it by myself took a little thought. We got a discount because we asked for it. Everything is negotiable if you are willing to be personable and act right. So act right!

Why offer curbside pickup if you arent gonna actually bring it out to me? I checked in thru the text link, got the an associate will be out with your order popup and sat there for 40 minutes.. still no order so I left and said forget it, Ill be contacting customer service for a refund and will be taking my business elsewhere. Im sure there are places in Chico or Yuba City who would love and value my business!

The people working in that store are not wearing masks, and the worst thing of all is one of their employees feels free to hug customers!! It’s the gal with the really long hair!!! Good for buying in bulk. Theyve got a great selection of name brand stuff. This is more of my husbands store; theyre pretty cool. I like the unique selection of candy they have there, stuff Ive never seen before, very good. Friendly.

This store has consistently provided helpful and friendly service over a period of several years. I dont live in Oroville but will make a trip there when I need TSC shopping even when there are other closer options. Thanks for the good service!

Went to pick up kayak today that I Bought yesterday. The clerk that I worked with yesterday heard it over the loud speaker and come running up to make sure that I was the right person picking it up. I really appreciate that. Then they sent 2 young men to help load them up and they did a fantastic job got home safe and sound with 2 kayaks.

They always have a good selection of sizes in the clothing department. Cute farmhouse home decor at good prices. They carry good brands of dog food and tons of other products. Propane is really cheap here also.

Great place to buy tools, clothing and feed for the animals. The staff is always friendly and helpful if you need something or cant quite lift something on your own. Whenever I need new boots or a tool this is the ppl place that I go.

They try hard to handle the Mobs that have stormed into this small town in the last year ! Oroville has turned into another Roseville, but Tractor Supply has always kept a good supply of most needed items, very friendly and dumb masks are your choice ! Parking lot sucks, very sharp curbs and no shade after all these years .

Everyone is very nice, but the last couple of times I have been in there, an employee who appears to have received a promotion is not the same person as before. She was very nasty to me last night and the employees the time before.It makes me not want to go in....And I go in a lot!

Its the perfect store for a semi-rural community. I needed a sewage sump pump. Where to turn? Tractor Supply. Hydraulic stuff, feed for animals big and small, humming birds to horses, fences to dog pens, boots and jackets to bibs and gloves, welders and compressors to ropes and wrenches. Grade 8 nuts and bolts? TSC. And the staff goes out of its way to be helpful. Perfect.

Hard to get help, long term employees who dont know what their store sells. Things are not stocked up ever.

The workers are friendly and the store is well stocked but Id recommend going to their online site to see a bigger selection and having free pick up in Oroville.Their only cons are :* When its busy, more often than not theres only 1 person to answer questions, find items in the back, help you get heavy things in and out of carts.*They can be expensive on some products.Overall its a nice store.

Great place, the staff is very helpful. You can buy food for all kinds of pets and farm animals. You can also buy chicks and ducks during the right season. They have a good variety of animal supplies as well as farm, home and garden supplies including toys and clothes for adults and children. They also have the largest variety of books and magazines in Oroville.

The home town feel feed and farm store. We buy our dog food here and all other animal and farm/ranch supplies. Only wish that they kept a bigger supply of each dog food on hand, but that is due to corporate ordering like most stores now.

I just love the variety and quality of products available at this store! We were able to buy chicken feed, paint brushes and cat worker! And I get more compliments on the clothes I buy here than anything else I wear!

I love this store. It is spacious and clean. Its the only place I can find the dog food my dogs like( Earthborn ) There are quite a few employees here who are super nice. I believe one lady even owned her own feed store but it was out of town so I dont think most people knew about it. She is really great and always friendly.

Nancy is great. but the young woman that was called over to load my feed was too busy talking on her phone to recognize that i was the one needing help. She did apologize afterwards,but keep right on talking while putting the feed in my trunk.

Tractor supply opens up at 8:00 a.m. And closes at 8:00 p.m.Definitely the go-to place for the farm, home and pets.I like the fact that they have a large supply of nuts and bolts and other fasteners. They sell the nuts and bolts by the pound. Be sure and check out their clothing and boots section for men women and children.

I love this place. Just crazy they dont sell Carhartt anymore. I do love the soft blankets they have for Christmas time.

Great store..carries a lot of diffrent things. Coming from the city into a small town..I have never seen animal vaccines that you can do yourself..saving money..that is just great!!

People there are nice. But we did have an issue with getting our online order. We ordered a chicken coop and we called to verify if it was there and they said yes. So we went there and they didnt have it. The guy said sorry and said he had to cancel it and said we had to re order it online again. We are hoping this gets resolved because we want to keep going there.

Yeah Tractor Supply an awesome place to get your farming and ranch supplies I like to get the 5-gallon jugs of hydraulic oil for the tractor there and we also get all of our Hardware for the livestock fence there yeah the employees are really friendly and helpful and they have some pretty cool snacks at the counter love their brittle definitely the go-to place for all your farm and ranch needs

I love shopping at the Tractor Supply because they have sometimes oddball tools u wont find anywhere else but there and the prices r reasonable.

Gotta love Tractor Supply! This one is a little run down and has a theft problem. They need to hire security or something. Its a bummer to be standing in line paying too much for stuff and watch lowlifes just walk out the door without paying.....

This was bad customer service. I called inquiring about an item. Was put on hold for 12 minutes. The line transferred me to a voicemail box. So I called back and the next employee that answered said, We dont have a voicemail. Oh we dont know what we get till we work our load. So I dont know what happened to the first lady, but she blew me off, and they both were rude and unhelpful. Obviously I had been on hold so long the phone transferred me somewhere. Who knows where that was. And secondly, you have an order sheet, so they coulded have looked up what was ordered. Not wait until they actually put the product away.

I am highly, extremely, severely, supremely, nearly ligatorily dissatisfied with my visit to the Rabies Clinic that this establishment hosts on Saturdays from 1 oclock to half past 2.Let us be clear, if I were a less moral, and more vengeful person, I would be searching for a lawyer as we speak.But its done; were home and safe, more or less in one piece, and the only ones at fault were the... nimrods... that thought they were above the law.Settle in, friend, and let me tell you the tale of a large woman, an old woman, their poor puppers, and the four slavering and unrestrained beasts that made their day go south, fast.Picture the scene, if you will.A large woman repairs to her vehicle to retrieve her mothers nine month old, bull mastiff puppy to receive his rabies shot. As that same large woman (me) crosses the street in front if the clinic, all hell breaks loose. Out of nowhere, this fat (but quick as a snake), russet colored Rottweiler appears, unrestrained, to attack the poor brindle hound and his current mistress. That same large woman begins to boot that animal in the ribs, as hard she can, to defend her poor puppers (who was doing his best to stay away from those saber teeth), and then was promptly pulled off her feet by the terrified animal. Landing semi-prostrate, with her legs warped under her, all she could holler was I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS; RECOVER YOUR ANIMALS!!!I had my poor puppys leash grasped tight in a death grip, keeping him close, so that I could offer some meager protection to his flanks and belly, against those seemingly gigantic teeth of the attacker.It felt like minutes instead of seconds until my 64 year old, fibromyalgic mother appeared in an attempt to help protect me from the animals (just as suddenly numbering four, from the original instigator); all I could do in that space of time was tuck my chin into my collarbone, close my eyes, and turn away to protect my vulnerable throat from that gleaming, awful death.Out of the corner of my left eye, I saw our dogs leash wrap my mothers ankles, and I could only watch in helpless horror as her feet were swept from beneath her, causing her to land squarely on her left side (thanks the gods diffusing the impact across her entire side, instead of hip or shoulder). After that, those animals were corralled and separated, gods love the pure idiots who had them unsecured. When all involved were secure, I came roaring up off the ground at the unwitting spectators, informing them as to my mothers age and disabled status, saying as a final, verbal snarl, CONTROL YOUR ANIMALS!!!I think I made a pretty indelible mark on them, or at least, I hope I did.LET ME BE CLEAR.IF MY MOTHER HAD BEEN DAMAGED BY THIS INCIDENT, IN DEFENSE OF HER DAUGHTER AND FUR BABY, IN CLEAR VIEW AND REACH OF THE ATTENDANTS (indeed, the whole crowd), WE WOULD NOT BE HAVING THIS DISCUSSION. THE NEXT WORDS SPOKEN FROM ME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND CLINIC WOULD HAVE BEEN CARRIED IN A PACKET BY A LAWYER.But.She didnt. She walked (limped) away, as did I. And that is what is staying my hand.I could have died.She could have broken her back.But Fortuna smiled, and we escaped unscathed, for the most part.Please.Use this as a learning experience.We were okay, and we even received an apology from the main (idiotic) instigator; however, someone could have been severely injured, even unto death.Train all of the Saturday clinic attendants on how to respond in a high pressure environment. I dont blame them; just because I can (mostly, kind of) keep my head in such a situation does not mean everyone can.Train those attendants on action until its muscle memory. Drill them on response time reduction. Show them how to tackle an aggressive dog, for gods sake.Something.Anything.For my sake.

Didnt get to spend a whole bunch of time. And it was my first time there. Seemed like most other TSC stores. I noticed alot of merchandise was very slim pickings for example the chainsaws there was only one small chainsaw in the husqvarna display section and it wasnt even husqvarna. Maybe they keep them in the back or something for security reasons, but I dont see a chainsaw being very easy to steal. But I like these stores. Probably because they have tools lol
