The staff is super friendly they dont smother you like a lot of staff at other places do. Sara rang me up. She was awesome. She really knows her products that they carry. Highly highly recommend this place get all your all your hydroponic equipment and then some all in one place.

Very rude and dishonest. Tried charging double for product. Had no explanation when questioned. Said they have the right to change prices. Maybe they should change price labels to reflect whatever mood shes in. Used to go out of my way when they were in Chico. Oh well, just another grow store ripping off the growers who make them their living. Cheaper on Amazon.

New customer. Have always had a good experience. Staff new where everything was and where happy to show me. Where able to recommend an alternative when the item I was looking for was sold out and had helpful suggestions that helped me save some money on two separate visits.

What an awesome store!!!! I love the new location and the crew the works there. Whenever I have any problems in my garden I call them up and we figure out a solution together which in my book helps me feel more confident than just another salesman trying to push a product. Also, it is a great convenience that they are open 7 days a week. Finally, a store that gets it!

Have lots of stuff but really expensive.also tried to buy a 50 # bag of bone meal the price said 48 dollars but when rang up it was 67 dollars went back and looked again at price it said 48 dollars the lady said just went up in price yesterday so they wouldnt even honner it .so gave it back.priced promix totes they were 412 which seemed way over priced.called north start Mills whice is by downtown Chico they had more and priced them at 329 so went there bonemeal was 45 dollers never going back to garden connection again

The staff is really rude here. I hate when you walk into a store and the employees act like you are bothering them when you need help finding stuff. The prices here suck anyway. Check any product they have and it will be cheaper online.
