Like people have said before the hard workers go unnoticed and the lazy ones get to come and go as a please go to the bar at lunch time and drink a liquid lunch and go back to work and drink throughout the day great place to work if you like drinking or doing drugs throughout the day! Management has no management background skills that come right out of a tavern! Dont waste your time or even so risky your life with people that are on forklifts that have been drinking. Say they follow detail and were constructions but deviate from them all the time and if it ever gets noticed it always comes back on the proper or the painter that is doing it which is awful because they were told to do it that way no accountability for management at all.

They lie and miss treat their employees. Worked there for a year and people who just stared made more money. Went from hanging and taking stuff down on the line to a painter and only got a $.50 cents raise, the people I trained made more than me. Don’t waste your time with this place. There are some good people that work there but it doesn’t make up for how others treat you
