We wanted to make an appointment to have an oil change. We were told no appointment was needed, we could just drive right in & be served immediately. 1 hr. & 50 minutes later our oild change was done.We went to get our car & it was no place in sight. Asked for help; it was 8 cars down & parked way back. Other times it was parked right in front, door open, waiting for us to get in.We have purchased cars from you for over 20 years & no longer will be back.When we tell our friends & family about this, they cant believe it.Hopefully, you will work on this.Tom & Linda Moore

The sole reason I ranked this transaction as a zero star, would not recommend interaction is because of the service center.I was charged $140 for “diagnostics”, essentially telling them what needed to be fixed. In my opinion this would be akin to me charging my doctor money for me to tell them what was wrong with me before they could treat me.I find it troubling and perplexing that this type of fee is tacked onto a repair bill when I am having the work done by the same shop diagnosing what they need to fix. I would be in agreement that this should be charged if I used your diagnostic services and let another shop do the repair. In that circumstance your business would be losing out on the inflated prices for the parts and the service hours. However, in this instance Bergstrom received the business for conducting the repairs.I expressed this concern with the shop and they stood pat that this is their practice and it would not change. I advised them I believe this is a bad form of business and should this be the Avenue they choose to pursue, I would gladly pay the cost and simply not use Bergstrom for any future service work or vehicle purchases. I have been charged the fee, now I will keep my word and refuse to do business with Bergstrom. Thank you for your time and concern.

The entire team at the dealership was great!Christine was fantastic to work with and I highly recommend contacting her to find your next vehicle. Youll appreciate her Southern charm and vehicle knowledge.I drove in late in the evening to see a specific truck that I saw online. Christine had it pulled up and ready to go when I arrived. I was able to test drive the truck right away and there was no time wasted. It ended up being the perfect truck and Christine stayed late to help walk through anding a bed cover and the paperwork as I put a deposit down.I was appreciative of Bergstroms fair upfront pricing too.We returned the next evening to pickup the truck. Christine was patient with me (and my kids) as we completed the remaining paperwork. And, she again stayed late to walk us through all the vehicle options and operations.Great experience at Bergstrom from my first email to vehicle pickup, and the return vehicle service call to install the bed cover.Thank you Christine!

Dropped vehicle off Monday and was told that it would be done and ready to be picked up later that day or Tuesday. Well it is now Friday and still not fixed. Apparently someone never ordered the part and now there is an apparent warehouse issue? The issue was that the check engine light came on and it was caused by a sensor that reads proper voltages. picked vehicle up on Thursday, still not fixed and was told they would come and get it and fix it when the part arrived. So for those 4 days Monday - Thursday, my daughter had to drive my wife to Fon du lac for work every morning before she attended high school and then I would drive to Fon du Lac after I get done with work to pick her up. Not pleased with Bergstrom dropping the ball here.

Went in Thursday for Express Lube -- Told it would be 2 to 3 hour wait. Called first on Friday, told scheduling out x number of days .... The phone receptionist tried to contact Oshkosh for Express Lube Time, no answer. I ended up driving over and was told 2-1/2 hour wait for Express Lube .... Supervisor overheard and said I could be in and out in a little over an hour. After about 1-1/2 hours I was on my way. Frustrating experience.

My experience was pleasant, however I had to unexpectedly leave my vehicle overnight because after they started working on it, they realized they did not have a part that was part of a recall, but they would have it in the morning. So, I left it overnight. I wouldve given 5 stars but the service rep never offered to have someone drive me home, nor pick me up in the morning after it was determined that my vehicle couldnt be serviced completely on the day I my appointment. It would have been nice if the service rep would have offered to have one of the Hospitality Cars drive me home and/or pick me up in the morning when the vehicle was finished being repaired. They are always very kind and helpful, but this time, they mustve been sidetracked or distracted.

I visited to get a new AGM type battery and also to have the hood gas filled piston replaced since it no longer would support lifting the hood. I was able to get everything taken care of but the piston had to be ordered and it took 2 days for it to arrive. My service advisor was clearly inexperienced and new on the job. That quickly became readily apparent but he was very nice and personable. I liked him and hope he succeeds.

Had my car for and oil change in the end of Dec. They were so quick to tell me I had to have some transmission thing done that when they did my oil change obviously nothing was checked. I bring my car in yesterday (I heard a noise in the front) only to find out I need new brakes all around and new tires. I feel like every time I bring my car in for an oil change I walk out $400 poorer. This last trip was enough for me to look for other options for car repair. Had the dude done any kind of inspection in Dec he would have seen the tires were low and that I needed new tires. I brought my car to you and only you so this kind of stuff would be caught before everything needed to be done at one time

They were very helpful in getting a paint issue squared away and allowed me to get the work done at the Appleton location as it was closer to my home. Emails were quickly responded to and communication was great. As constructive criticism, Id suggest making sure the dealership literature is up to date. Most of the magazines and brochures were from 2018.

I paid for a tire rotation, but Im not convinced they were rotated. The tire that generally goes flat fastest was on the back right side. And when I scrolled through my tire pressure screen after my appointment, it was still on the back right.

As always the dealership was friendly, timely and very helpful. The only issue I have is with the emissions warranty on a $78,000 truck. This emissions system, in the past was covered under the powertrain. Now I was told this 2018 only has a 50k mile emissions warranty, this has been removed from the powertrain warranty. I think this is a petty thing to do, knowing that GM has issues with the DEF/emission systems. Now the repair costs fall on the owners. I am not impressed at all.

Working with your service techs went fine. Everyone was friendly. I have no doubt there was a thorough inspection of my car. The biggest issue I had was the online system to give me my estimated costs. When approving items and getting an estimated total, the system did not account for multiples of the same parts. I needed 2 hubs and 3 solenoid valves replaced. The total given by the online system only accounted for one of each. I did not compare it to the pdf estimate I received because I assumed it would be accurate - especially since that was where I was approving the services. So when the shop texted me with a total about $500 more than what I was expecting, I was a little surprised, to say the least. I dont mind paying for services rendered but when youre dealing with peoples money, it can leave a really bad taste in their mouth. I will be replacing this car after the new year but I wont be doing it with Bergstrom. And while the service team was nice, they arent pay-$500-more-than-expected nice.

It was nice to receive a flyer that offered incentives for getting my car in. It needed to go in for an oil change anyway but it was nice to get the full inspection and a bonus stainless steel coffee mug. I waited and it took a little under an hour. I actually could have used more time in the waiting room to get my school planning done. LOL I wish there were a wash with the oil change and inspection but other than that I was completely satisfied.

We needed an uncommon part replaced, so too be expected, we needed too wait until it was delivered. We were told it was going to be done in the morning the day the part arrived and it wasnt done for another entire day. Then when we asked for a transport service to pick the car up, no one showed and after an hour of waiting, we cancelled the ride. Later, we found out that our keys were misplaced, but no one told us that and that was the reason no one picked us up, apparently. Allen was very nice and professional about it and told us that the car was getting detailed on the outside for the inconvenience. Awesome! When my husband did finally get a ride from his dad over to the dealership, he noticed that the whole passenger side was covered in what looked like cement. Thankfully, it was just dried mud and it was cleaned off by the staff. All in all a little hectic of an experience, thought it was resolved fine.

Worst experience for this year!! In About January we told them to check our car because we thought it was leaking oil. They checked and said it wasn’t leaking and let us go. Then my husband breaks down on the side of the road and his coolant is leaking and we had to get the engine replaced. And it was our “transmission fluid” that was leaking. Now my husband went in for an oil change today because we still have problems with leaking oil or who knows what. They said it’s leaking oil and not the transmission fluid. So did we get those repairs done for nothing?!! We said this way back when and they don’t even care they are taking money away from us! This is on them and I wouldn’t waste your money here at all. They better take blame for this....

Don’t waste your money here. Bought a used vehicle in January and it’s now August and I’ve had to fix a leaky AC line, which was patched up with foil tape by someone prior to me getting it, water pump leak, and a new alternator. So 6 months in and 3k+ repairs, lovely. I have contacted them twice and they said a manager would call back, never heard back. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

If memory serves me correctly in the past the truck has been washed (even in the quick lube line), but maybe Im thinking that was at the Bergstrom Madison location. This is my first oil change on my Duramax...$83 for oil (7 quarts), filter, and labor WOW...seems like my 5.3 liter was like $56 with 8 quarts...hopefully the special diesel oil is available in bulk instead of quarts. Im very disappointed that less quantity cost $27 MORE...crazy...if this continues Ill be forced to rethink getting another Duramax (higher cost for the engine, higher fuel cost, and higher cost of oil change...time to put pencil to paper to see it the mpg is worth it)

Wife went there with Cadillac on Friday, Sept. 6th for routine “premium care maint.” service, which supposedly included oil/filter/tire rotation/etc (see pic). She asked for them to look into transmission noise, too, for the second time as we hear continually clunking at low speeds. Finally, she pointed out that the tire pressure had been registering low in the back right tire and asked them to address it, which was . Told them she could leave vehicle and would pick it up at 4 PM later that day. They said they’d call with an update on transmission. No call was received. Then she called and asked, and was informed they found nothing (Note: Over 20 miles were put on the vehicle while there – to check transmission?). When arriving to pick it back up at 4:30, the car wasn’t ready yet. She finally left at about 4:50 PM and while driving home, saw that the same tire (back right) was registering low again. Seemingly indicating no rotation occurred and the low tire pressure was not addressed (see other pic, indicating all tires were brought up to 35 psi). She called at 5:02 PM and left a v-mail for service tech. She got a call back at 5:30 PM from advisor Jeff who said the tech (Luke) was gone and he’d check on Monday and call back to explain. (I’m purposely not using last names out of respect for privacy of the individuals). As of 9/15/19, we have yet to receive that call back. Meanwhile, my wife went to Bergstrom in Neenah to get air in tires on 9/12/19 and they commented that all tires were low and stated that the air pressure does not appear to have been addressed during the “premium service” visit. This is not the first time we’ve received questionable service from Bergstrom’s but it is the first time I’ve posted a review. In looking at the casual “Thanks for your feedback” responses to other reviews, I don’t expect much to come from this. But wanted to at least share this experience with other consumers. IF we ever go back to this place, I will request to be present with the Tech during service to confirm it was done.

No Stars! Allan Widzinski is very disrespectful and rude. I have never been treated like that before by a service center. Allan laughed in our face. He talked to us like we were uneducated and had no idea what we were complaining about. He also asked us why we would buy a car with problems. We bought the car a week ago and had discussed the issues with the sales rep. The sales reps were very polite and respectful. The sale reps would get a 5 star rating.

I first dropped the truck off Oct. 28 for repair, oil change and tire rotation in the morning. End of the day still no word on when vehicle would be done. Called and they said they ordered part would fix next day. End of next day had to call again was told got wrong part would order part again put may take 3 to 4 days. Asked for vehicle and got the run around but finally got one to use. Vehicle finally fixed on 11-4. Was told I would be updated along the way bit was not. Was treated as if I was just another transaction and just one excuse after another. Terrible service.

My husband and I have bought a lot of cars and this was by far our best experience. He was very diligent in being prepared for our trip to Oshkosh to make the transaction quick and upfront. I feel like Bergstrom service is more about selling things that are not needed for the car, rather than what is in best interest of the owner/vehicle. This comes from someone who has had 2 alternators, maybe 4 batteries, new tires, and new brakes recently after 135K mile routine service on my 2009 Buick Enclave. And then two months after that routine service, my transmission dies on the interstate. Ive had horrible service and experience with Bergstrom and will tell anyone that will listen. Ill drive far and wide to make sure my family does not ever have to spend another dollar with Bergstrom.

Did my homework prior and Kelley Blue Book trade-in value of my vehicle was $4000.00 higher than what the Bergstrom Kelley Blue Book offer was, along with the Bergstrom offer was $3000.00 lower than trade-in Kelly Blue Book. After our visit, checked on line of similar vehicles, year, model, type, engine, miles,interior, exterior etc. ( apples to apples )being sold at dealerships throughout the Fox Valley including Bergstrom dealerships. The lowest price was $5000.00 more than your offer, all others ranging up to $8000.00 more.
