Lauren Schmitt was incredible, found the perfect truck, kept me updated along the way, gave me a competitive trade in offer, and even delivered the Tundra from Oshkosh to Milwaukee. The Bergstrom service model is next-level. Iβll never by a vehicle from anyone else.
Jemal and Michael, pictured with my new car, are fantastic!!! They made my buying experience the best, I have ever had buying a car, a new Red Toyota Supra. I am from South Carolina, could not get the car I wanted in SC, so, I found it at Bergstrom Toyota of Oshkosh. I contacted the dealership, Jemal was the salesperson whom I spoke with to purchase the vehicle, he provided all the information, pictures, and pricing I requested. Within hours, I put a deposit down on the car and made arrangements to fly to Oshkosh to get my car. The whole dealership knew that I was arriving on Saturday to pick up my car. I was greeted by Laura Schmitt the team lead and Jemal Mahone. They had my car shined and ready to drive home. Michael Bodishbaugh detailed all the technical aspects of my new car, ensured it was spotless and was very particular about details. Customer service is excellent..I am 100% satisfied with their service..I strongly recommend Bergstrom Toyota if you are looking to buy a new vehicle. We bought 2022 Sienna and our salesperson was Karrigan who was polite and made our purchase so easy..trust me you wonβt regret!!!
I drew Ian as my salesman. He was really great. I just wish he had a car to sell me! The lot is empty, but he still gave me a ton of time. He made such a good impression I might just go find him when the manufacturers catch up!
My fiancee took in our 2011 Toyota Highlander for an oil change recently and she had Patrick as the service consultant. After the oil change, the TPS sensor was on and the maintenance oil indicator was never reset. He even had the audacity to tell her she needed to change her cabin air filter, I actually just changed it 2 weeks prior to the oil change and they both agreed that it was not dirty.She was in a rush and had asked Patrick to void the car wash after the oil change but he gave the wash anyway while talking to another associate instead of taking care of his customers, making her wait another whole hour (just for the carwash which was not needed per my fiancees request).I want Patrick as well as his manager to see this feedback that were never coming back to this dealership again for our services. 2 stars - one star for at least doing the oil change done and another star for getting our SUV back.
I would totally rate Bergstrom Toyota 10/5 stars if I could! I worked with Lorinda, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was incredibly helpful selling me my new Rav4, and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle/buying process itself. The entire process was relatively quick and painless, which I seriously appreciate. Next time I need to purchase a vehicle, I know exactly who Im going through!
I had a very unique situation in that I wanted to purchase my car here and then relocate it to another state. They breezed right through the various hurdles and kept me informed . I couldnt be pleased

Ordered a 2021 tundra back in September and have gotten no firm response on being able to get one. Was told the truck I want was going to Wausau Toyota so I drove up there and were much better to deal with. I had to call on my own to find out was going got left in the dark. I will never buy a vehicle or get anything serviced through Bergstrom again.

I decided to make an appointment for the first time ever here at Bergstrom Toyota, we actually live in Appleton and usually go to Kolosso Toyota but they were fully booked. I scheduled my highlander and my brand new 2021 Tundra for a regular routine maintenance. I drove my highlander and my husband drove his truck. Checking in went smoothly, a little hiccup with information taken down at the scheduling center but it wasnt a big deal. I had a different advisor but my husbands service advisor was just the cutest ever. He was so down to earth, always had a smile on his face and was just the friendliest ever! I would definitely drive 30 mins again, to see him and schedule services through him, his name was Patrick, and hes amazing. Almost like that BFF forever kind of vibe, when youve only met him for a couple hours!!!! They did wash both of our vehicles, after the maintenance was finished, and made it super shiny!!!However I rated it only 4 stars due to their car wash! I wish they wouldve told us it was a soft touch! My husband just got his Tundra for about a month now. Its been in excellent shape, garage kept and barely driven to be honest, because we have 2 other vehicles, anyways after the car wash we decided to go pick up a local item in Oshkosh for sale and then we noticed a dent!!!!!!! Right in the back in middle of the back trunk! It was never ever there! We take care of this truck and again we dont drive her much, shes literally in the garage waiting all day and all night like a princess. But there was a good size dent and I believe it was from the car wash. We couldnt let this go, we paid a lot of money for our truck, and going through the chip shortage was stressful enough, we waited forever to get our Truck and had so many ups and downs with our order! It wasnt anyones fault, really, but a dent was there when it wasnt before prior. So we drove back to the dealership and explained to Patrick, he got his manager and the manager pretty much just told us to take it their body shop and theyll cover the damage.When we took our truck down the road for an estimate, the guy ( I dont remember his name) knew right away as to why it dented, he agreed it was from the car wash! So if you have a 2021 Tundra please watch out for a soft touch. We dont ever bring our new cars into a soft touch, but whatever it was, it dented our truck!!!But I hope no one got in trouble, we just wanted to share our experience. TOYOTA ABSOLUTELY TOOK CARE OF AT BERGSTROM TOYOTA OF OSHKOSH! Were definitely returning, I dont remember the Service Managers name but I want to thank you and Patrick. We didnt mean to cause any trouble, we just couldnt allow that dent to stay there because it was something that wasnt there on our vehicle. Weve never had an issue with any Toyota dealership, but the car wash this time. Again I would return in heart beat because they took care of us from Service to the dent issue!Thank you!

I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership. The salesman was nice, but after my test drive I informed him that the alignment on the vehicle appeared to be off. He later told me he personally looked for the issue along with another employee and did not see what I was talking about. I left with the brand new vehicle after purchase and later took it to another Toyota dealership. That dealership immediately recognized that the alignment was off gave me a printout showing what their alignment rack showed. The vehicle now tracks true (straight) after a visit to another dealership I should not have had to do.
Paid them $125 for a radiator flush on a 2012 scion iQ and when I got the car back there was no fluid in the reservoir tank. I have contacted the owner twice and left voicemails. No call back whatsoever. Literally took my money and just dodged me.
Worst shop ever ! Took my truck in at noon. Waited til 5 for response no call. Then theres a text telling me about my services that need done. Way over charged me for cv axles 1500 for axles replacement? Matthews estimated 550 for both cv axles. Wow!! Talking about rip off! Never go there again. Plus the advisor dont even know what they Talking about. Have no clue about the vehicles.
Tommy Vang was our salesman. He was super nice and helpful. Definitely didnt feel any pressure. He stayed late to answer our questions and show us around our new SUV. Everyone I met there was personable. We will be back for our next vehicle!

Truly no hassle
This is a long one, sorry.The sales people are great from what we could tell. The service team...not so much. Needed my breaks done, left multiple messages to make an appointment left unanswered. Finally get an appointment and when I got there they werenβt even open and then the βbrake guyβ wasnβt there. They refused to fix my brakes until they order a new tire. Next day my brakes seized and we brought it in again, this time they fixed them of course but turns out the NEVER ORDERED THE TIRE. So that tire never would have came anyways and my brakes never wouldβve been touched. We wait longer for the new tire, driving on a spare, and THEY ORDERED THE WRONG TIRE.I understand mistakes happen but all the while they were unapologetic and kind of condicending.I donβt understand what happened.I donβt really care.Go to another shop if you can.

He made buying this car so easy, but was also very informative in helping us make a decision to purchase. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My only gripe is that when they helped me pick my car, they presented with a dark blue color. They didnt tell me there was a normal blue color available as well. If I want to keep the car, I would have to spend thousands to correct this mistake by painting it to the desired color.

Worst customer service experience ever. I will never bring my Toyota or Volkswagen to Bergstrom again. No updates on my vehicle when asked. Every day I have gotten just a βit should be done todayβ text from Taylor the service manager. Craig should be fired if he hasnβt yet, for doing nothing but let my vehicle sit in the back lot for 2 weeks and telling my insurance adjuster to βcome back another day weβre too busyβ. My truck has been at Bergstrom for 2+ MONTHS. I will never have my vehicles serviced nor buy a vehicle from Bergstrom. I will be going to kolosso from now on

Not good or bad...a good neutral. The atmosphere in here is rather stuck up for a Toyota dealer. I really do not like calling them on the phone and getting the completly not sincere my pleasure when you are transfered. They might as well say I totally hate you or I hate my job.
Everything was great until we got to lease end during Covid. My emails were largely unanswered (or took far too long to respond) regarding the end of my lease and covered repairs. My inquiries were then handed off to a Toyota dealership in Madison who extended my lease and gave me incorrect information about recurring payments continuing. No one from Bergstrom ever followed up with me past March nor did I ever hear from Toyota until I contacted them this month (and they arenβt helping to fix the error). As a result, I took a 100 point hit on my credit report. Iβll never shop with Toyota nor Bergstrom again.

The service rep named Craig said βshouldnβt you be home getting ready for the sabbath and not here for something that doesnβt involve youβ. I will be filing complaints all over the internet. This service rep should be fired as he is an anti Semitic disrespectful person who speaks terrible to elderly people.Shame on this dealer. No one should go here

Great experience purchasing our new Rav4, Sales and Finance personnel were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My husband and myself were also impressed with the General Manager who took the time out of his busy schedule to congratulate us on our new purchase.
I took my car in for an oil change and recall work this morning. When I arrived I was informed that no one is allowed in the building due to COVID-19. No guest shuttles were running and the guests were not allowed to wait in the guest waiting area. I was instructed to stand outside the front doors. Keep in mind, it was 46 degrees, raining and windy. I was not informed the waiting area was unavailable when I made my appointment. While I waited(a little more than an hour) in the cold and rain an employee offered me a chair and her jacket. She explained Mr. Bergstrom wont allow the building open. The dealership was open for sales and service at this time. During my visit, I saw 6-8 employees wandering through the lobby playing with their cellphones not even observing the 6 feet rule. Why do you expect your guests to wait in the cold and rain to have our cars serviced? How do you expect to sell a car when you cant even sit down to negotiate privetly? It makes no sense. I know you wouldnt expect this type of service yourself. Your service hit an all time low today and is completely unexceptable. If you are going to be open, your guest need to be accommodated.
Bergstrom Toyota Oshkosh have always provided good service, but this week, when something went wrong with the brakes they were outstanding. Dropped the car off at 7 pm the night before anticipating possible fit in to the schedule the next day. Service Advisor Darrell Lafferty called me within the hour that night & had arranged an estimate on the repair AND the repair was completed by 9 am the next day! He also suggested preventative maintenance that had not been mentioned in the past. This allowed to financially for prepare for the next step. Thank you for excellent service Darrell!

This is a tremendous, customer-friendly place! I have come here for the past 10 years for any service to my car, which has been limited only to the basics like oil changes. While I am certain all salespeople (who do not work for a commission!) are excellent, Tom Vang is exceptional. He heard my needs for a new car and responded in ways that were above and beyond. I USED TO be very happy with bergstrom. I would highly recommend. USED TO. I would bring my car for regular maintenance and talked to the adviser: I was told by other dealer that the brake pad need to be replaced. And the advised me not too; They said the car still had another 3 months to go. please come back and they would check it again (FREE).What a wonderful service with Integrity (intention wise and Money wise).The way it worked before: you setup appointment, met the adviser at their desk (standing, just fine, it was not a long conversation anyway), they took care of your vehicle, and when done you went to the cashier and paid the total. The waiting area was nice and quiet with cookies available. People that greet you wore casual, clean polo shirt. Easy, polite and friendly. Not too polite and friendly. Not overly polite and friendly. Not artificially polite and friendly.SADLY : Not Anymore

My service experience was great. I was greeted immediately upon driving up to the service center. The service associate was happy and friendly. I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation and was quoted about 45 minutes. I think it was done much faster than that, and my car was washed too! Love it.
Service times took forever. Didnβt even finish putting the vehicle back together fully after having body work done.

Trick you into signing a contract stating that you have a 3-month 3000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty.. only to find out that it is powertrain only...looks like I now have a vehicle that has electrical problems that I cant afford to to fix.. go elsewhere.... This is exactly why I was scared to buy my first car... Do not trust these guys..

Was extremely patient with teaching me how to use specific features in the car I liked. Didnt want us to go home with the car before we felt confident in using all the features. Brought in Toyota Corolla for maintenance and 3 recall fixes. A leak in my water filter was found (which I had noticed) so I also had that fixed and a serpentine belt put on.Taylor was the person I worked with. I found him to be so pleasant and easy to talk with. He is a pretty awesome person-one thing he projects is a sense of kindness andcaring. Which caused me to trust him-thats important to me. This is my first-ever Google Review but I felt compelled to share my experience shopping at Bergstrom Toyota. This was my first time buying a vehicle and I was largely not looking forward to the process because of the reputation the vehicle buying process has. Thanks to Bergstrom Toyota, I avoided a lot of the negative parts. The salesman I worked with, Jemal, was great from the beginning and really listened to me, asked good questions, was attentive and communicated well without being overbearing or pushy. Bergstroms negotiation-free pricing model resonated with me as I try to be a straightforward person and it was helpful as it saved both me and the dealership time and effort. They gave me a great price from the get-go which made an impression on me and even after shopping around no one else could match it let alone it seemed other places were more inclined to play the traditional negotiation games which I was not looking forward to doing. Although I did not work directly with him a ton, Lucas, the sales manager, was friendly and helpful when he checked in a couple of times during the process. I got what I thought to be a fair price for my trade-in as well. Toby, who did the financing process, was knowledgeable and not pushy and allowed me to take my time to read things over as needed for my first time making a big decision like this. Obviously there are a lot of factors that go into buying a vehicle, but I was hoping throughout the shopping process that I would end up buying with Bergstrom Toyota as I appreciated their straightforward manner in various aspects including pricing and the people I worked with there impressed me with their customer service and showing me the process of buying a vehicle does not have to be something to dread. Lastly, the day after I bought my vehicle I noticed what I thought to be a sizable scratch on it despite giving the vehicle a decent look over when purchasing. I contacted my salesman Jemal and he worked with me to set up a time to get it looked at by their body shop person. Fortunately, it ended up just being some left over adhesive from some tape that was on the vehicle initially. But the fact they did not just tell me tough luck said a lot about their business model and the individuals who work there. Thanks again to everyone I worked with at Bergstrom Toyota as I enjoy my new vehicle. If and when I encounter someone who is looking for a vehicle, I will be sure to let them know about my positive experience here.
In & out quick without appointment for oil change. Love the fresh cookies! Glad they finally got hot chocolate instead of just coffee or tea for something hot to drink!
Do not buy from Bergstrom their service department is inexperienced and unprofessional. Brought my 2018 Tacoma in for a vacuum pump issue and they said the noise was normal. Brought my truck to Kolosso in Appleton and they diagnosed the problem. Bergstrom did not even document that I had brought my truck in even though my truck is under warranty. My tansmission shifts funny and Bergstroms service advisor tells me I would have to pay to get my software updated. Kolosso says well do it for free, just let us know when you schedule your next oil change. So, if service is important to you, do not go to Bergstrom as their customer service is non existant.
They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and because of that I will always buy from them.
Quality of service is always good, but service times are extremely high. Waited 2.5 hours when initially told 1 hour. Every other visit has been consistently over the estimated time.
The entire team is a great here. Ive been going here since 2012 and have enjoyed every experience! Very courteous and professional employees. Enjoy some coffee, soda, water, and cookies while you wait in the clean and comfortable lounge.
Shuttle is convenient. Free coffee and cookies while you wait for your 1.5 hour tire rotation.
One week after having a diagnostic done on my vehicle and 12 hours before I was to have service done, my vehicle blew a water pump. I had no way of getting my vehicle to my appointment. Had it towed to a local mechanic. I called Andrew J in service. Andrew could tell I was in a tight spot with more bad news about to come my way. He took care of my open diagnostic bill at Bergstrom. A nice silver lining! This is the third time I have had great service from Berstrom Toyota and Andrew J., Thank you!
I brought my 2011 Toyota Camry XLE in for shifting issues. Tyler took great care of me with this issue. Tyler did an awesome job keep the lines of communications open over the 3 days my car was in the shop. The only thing I am up happy about was the did not find the issue, the day after I picked my car up the issue returned. As a former Mechanic I understand that intermittent issues are very hard to diagnose. With that said I am NOT unhappy Tyler or the Mechanic I am unhappy with the Car. Again Tyler and the Mechanic were great and I look forward to doing more business with the Bergstrom Team!!!
First bad experience went for an oil change and got home pulled my car out of the garage and looked and there was a puddle of oil under my car where I park. Crawl under the car and the oil drain plug is loose to were I could screw it in with my hand. Called several times to speak to a manager and never got one and was told well sometimes mistakes can occur was never offered any apology. Never was able to talk to a manager as they were always busy or in a meeting.2nd bad experience went in because my vehicle was making a rattle / grinding sound at idle but was fine when driving. Explained this to the service rep. Got an inspection and was told that the noise was from the cup of gum I had in my cup holder. I stated that it clearly is coming from outside the vehicle The sales service representative stated I dont work on the cars I just tell you what the tech says and if it continues bring it back and I can have a different tech look at it. Drive off the lot and same noise is still there. I will take my vehicle to a place where the techs seem to care and actually will try to help you solve your issues. Wish I could have rated 0 stars.
I made an appt to get a recall fixed. They originally told me it would take 30 min to fix. They couldnt fix the recall at my 1st appt because something was wrong with the machine. I rescheduled and now its taking 1 hour and 30 min. Not sure why the difference from the first time estimate. Everyone who works here is nice but I would never choose to get car work done here.
One of the worst Toyota dealerships Ive ever dealt with. They ruined my new vehicle buying experience by damaging the vehicle while preparing for delivery and a month later Im back so they can finish the auto armor application was told it would take 30 minutes now at the 2hr mark. Customer service doesnt seem to matter at this dealership. Take your business to a different Toyota dealership.

Outstanding service. Friendly and helpful staff. They know how to treat the customer!Called them on a Thursday to inquire about 2 vehicles and walked in on that Saturday hoping to drive home with one.The staff greeted us by our names and held the doors as we walked in. Everyone smiled and was welcoming. Vong, the sales manager, had a salesman, Bruce, drive in the vehicles so I could inspect them because it was cold outside (9 degrees). Bruce was knowledgeable, allowed us to take the cars for the test drive by ourselves, and even came back to stand in the cold to answer any questions that we had.We were offered soda, coffee, and cookies while we waited.Richard, the finance manager, was able to get me a better rate than what I would have gotten with the pre-qualified Capital One auto finance loan.The team went out of their way and I was able to drive home that day with the car that I wanted. Highly Recommended!
Poor service.Show up for my appointment had to Wait 5 minutes just to find a service writer. Once a service writer was found. Found out they were out of the parts for the recall. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks ago.A big waste of time and money!!!

Salesman there told my husband and I that we couldnt afford the new Highlander and tried pushing a lease when we said that we wouldnt be leasing. When we kept saying that we wouldnt lease he got visibly more and more irritated. He was so rude I will not go back there. Didnt even know any financials but he flat out told us we couldnt afford the car when we could have easily bought more expensive vehicles. Also I wanted to look at the Honda pilot and he said they didnt have any in stock (all Bergstrom Oshkosh are connected)... Long story short dont go there... So rude!!!

I was getting my Subaru Impreza serviced at Bergstrom Subaru. I grabbed my salesman, Santo Morales, and asked him to show me some vehicles to replace my Subaru as I felt I had come to the end of my friendship with the car and brand. After test driving a used Toyota, we ended up down at the Toyota dealership and he assisted me in purchasing a brand new 2018 Rav 4. I have to say, he is the busiest salesman I have ever seen and for good reason. He is by far, the best they have. It was a pleasure to work with him and Jeff D. at Toyota. They gave me a fair, transparent, no hassle deal. I looked at 3 other Toyota dealers before coming here and Im glad I made the trip from Green Bay. Ive had my first service here as well and they were great, I highly recommend this dealer.
Bergstroms Toyota I can honestly say after purchasing our last 5 vehicles from you I will never buy another car from you again or step foot into any of your service shops. I purchased a new Prius from you in 2014. At my last service visit at another auto shop the noticed a crack in the head gasket and thought it would be under warranty. I took it to you guys today and you told me it was not under warranty anymore because the warranty only goes to 60,000 and I am at 60,600 so I would be fully responsible for the repairs. I showed him my paperwork for my extended warranty and he said okay we will look at your car sometime during the week and it would take 7-10 days to repair it if that is what it actually is. I said well canβt you look at it and let me know if that is what it is and he said not today. They have too many big jobs to even look at it. What is the point of making an appointment if they are not going to look at the vehicle. I took my car and left and will be taking it to a reputable service station. I will also be letting everyone know about your terrible service and this will not be my only online review.
Worst car buying experience we have had. Jeff Dobrunz was the most rude and unprofessional individual I have had the displeasure of dealing with. We were made to wait over 3 hours to finalize paperwork. First he blamed us, saying that we were late. When we pointed out that we arrived on time, he then proceeded to stutter out several other excuses why he made us wait. He was disrespectful, and extremely condescending to us during the experience. I will never return to a Bergstrom dealership, and I will be sure to advise all my friends and family to steer clear.

***Review modified June 20, 2016 after getting a very cordial call from Peter the Bergstrom Toyota Service Manager. He was calling me on the this review to make sure that I was happy with Bergstrom as a customer. THAT is what I call service. He had to do the research to get my phone number from their client records.He explained that they offer the 5,000 mile oil changes even with synthetic because many people who have owned Toyotas for many years arent comfortable with an oil change every 10,000 and they want it every 5,000. Once again, communication and caring make all the difference to me. Thank you Peter, your representation of Bergstrom Toyota is fantastic in my opinion! ***Overall Thoughts:Ive been going to Bergstrom Toyota service since 2008. There have been some mistakes and issues. Were all human and it is going to happen. They have done there level best to overcome everything.Issues overcome:1-When purchasing my 2015 Toyota 4Runner I got the factory wheels reinstalled instead of the TRD. They put regular caps on them so I didnt know if they were nitrogen or not. We took delivery on the weekend, but by later Monday they had actually tracked down the technician and called me that I did have nitrogen in the tires...the next day, I received 4 green valve stem covers in the mail. Great follow up!2-One of my tire center caps was damaged during a tire rotation. I called up, sent them a picture, got an immediate apology along with reassurance that a new center cap was already ordered before they called me. Within a week I had the new center cap installed. Excellent follow through again.The only close to negative I can come up with:What?! You thought I said Bergstrom was great, right? Well, they are, 99+% of the time. Quick background, 2015 Toyota 4Runner has synthetic oil, it doesnt break down easily and only needs to be changed every 10,000 miles and should be able to easily go more without breaking down. Research it, good stuff! :)During my new vehicle free maintenance period, my oil changes were done every 10,000 miles. Just took it in for the 30,000 mile oil change a few weeks ago and the service advisor said that Bergstrom suggests changing the oil every 5,000 miles. When I gave him the out and asked even with synthetic? He still said yes.I politely declined and it wasnt mentioned again. So it wasnt a real issue, but as a consumer and customer, it is my responsibilty to be somewhat educated so that I can do whats best for my own opinionated interests.I hope that you, most esteemed reader, are having a wonderful day or evening whilst reading this. I would highly discourage you from purchasing your vehicle from here. We recently purchased a vehicle from here and were conned into purchasing an insurance we did not want. I have been fighting them for a refund for 2 months now. I finally called the company the insurance is through and they have still not recieved a cancellation notice from bergstrom even though it has been 2 months. Please do not make the same mistake we did.

I am writing this review to share an experience my wife and I had with service adviser Andrew Joles. We purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla at Bergstrom in November 2016. The entire process was handled in a first class manner and validates Bergstroms promise of outstanding service. We couldnt be happier with the car and be assured we will return to Bergstrom when the need to purchase another vehicle arises. In October 2018 we returned to Bergstrom to purchase a new set of tires as we have already put nearly 40,000 miles on the Toyota. Our service advisor, Andrew Joles, handled our request with the utmost professionalism, pragmatism, and cordiality that we have ever experienced from an automotive dealership. When we explained we would be frequently transporting our granddaughter in the vehicle it was as if he was on a mission to find us the safest, most cost effective tire available. Before discussing any sales pitch he asked if we had pictures of our 6 month old granddaughter. Out of sight from my wife I shook my head no at him as my wife literally has hundreds of the babys pictures on her cell phone. It was to late and I am not exaggerating when I say they looked at those pictures and talked about kids for at least 15 minutes! I consider myself a good judge of character and this was not a sales act by Andrew to sell us some expensive tires. He was genuinely interested in our granddaughter and our stories about her. A few weeks later when we ran into problems attempting to secure a $70.00 rebate from Bridgstone, Andrew told us it was his responsibility to step in and jostle with Bridgstone if they were making it difficult for us to secure the promised rebate. He told me there would be a $70.00 check in my mailbox within the next few days. I told him I would be seeing him in a few weeks to purchase new tires for my truck. My daughter was employed at Bergstrom and always spoke highly of the commitment the company made to their customers. We experienced this in 2016 and again in 2018. We are very grateful to Andrew Joles and the entire Bergstrom family!
