We have had a great experience with Jake And Dayra! We bought a beautiful futon from them and most recently, an adjustable airbed! They delivered it and helped us set it up, as well as taught us how to use the controls and set up our personal settings for it. It fit perfectly in our current bed frame and has been a godsend for my husband’s back and for my sleep! Great people to work with!! Highly recommend!!

Not the cheapest mattress on the market but absolutely the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. We went for a pillow top on both sides so it can be rotated. We truly LOVE this mattress. We purchased this mattress 4 years ago and it is still like new. One of our best purchases ever!

The sales woman in Oshkosh store was snobbish & insulted me. I was told they would accept the old mattress but was not told about a $25 disposal fee. When I questioned this, the woman stated they get charged now from the dump and I repeated that i was not told there was a disposal fee and informed her that every matress in my house is a Verlo and every matress in my Dads house is a Verlo and my Aunt was considering buying a Verlo, she responded snobbishly, well we make a good mattress and outright refused to waive the fee. THEN she snobbishly said, Make sure you save the bag around the mattress, that is worth a whole 6 dollars! How insulting! Refuses to waive a fee I was not prepared to pay because I was not told about it, and then insults me about about value of the plastic casing of the new matress. Incredibly snobbish & rude!!

Salesman very informative and helpful in explaining how the mattress was made, listened to my needs, willing to order modifications to the mattress to make the sides firmer. Well worth talking to before you make your final decisions. Righteously priced!!! Check it out!

Have been working with Verlo on correcting a mattress purchased for a back issue of mine. The mattress purchased is too firm (Im a side sleeper) and doesnt appear to help with my back pain. I spoke with Sam, a Verlo manager in Appleton and he offered to get me into a different mattress. He (Sam) was very understanding, regarding my dilemma, and was pleasant to speak with. I gave four stars only until the new mattress arrives!Been on the refurbished pillow top mattress for over a year now and the bottom line is never again. If this is a pillow top Id hate to experience the firm...oh I did! The mattress is terrible and extremely heavy, were in the process of purchasing a replacement and it wont be from Verlo.

I bought a couple beds from Verlo in Oshkosh and am very satisfied with them. I had to laugh when I saw the Verlo delivery truck coming down our rural road a few days early. What are the odds that my neighbor had also chose Verlo mattresses for their newly built house and they were to be delivered just a few days before mine? The gentleman I dealt with at the Verlo store was very accommodating as we custom designed the mattress for my bed. The only detail that we missed is that my bed frames are full classics rather than regular old full size. This caused the box spring ( or whatever they call it these days) to be slightly too large to fit correctly. Not the end of the world I guess. The second mattress that I ordered was a nice thick futon for my deck bed. I use this mainly for guests and they love it. Many guests have commented that they cant believe that is really just a futon mattress. Yep, it is a Verlo futon mattress.

I love my adjustable bed that I got from Verlo back in April of 2018. I use to sleep in my recliner but now I sleep in my bed and I sleep so good. I would tell everyone if you want a good bed go to Verlo in Oshkosh the staff there is so helpful and are so willing to help you to have a great experience.

Excellent, American made, Mattresses and Furniture. The Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and They make them straight from the Appleton location. I highly recommend coming here if you live in the Oshkosh area and are looking for a better sleep and ultimate quality!
