The store was clean and inviting. Staffers were friendly and nearby and at a safe distance if there were any questions on merchandise. Lots of great items for tweeners and teens. Loaded up on a bunch of Easter items and birthday presents and was quickly on my way. No waiting at the self check out. I will definitely be back. It is a fun place to shop!

After hearing nothing but amazing things about this store, I believe the hype to be real. Selection is quite diverse and sections labeled clearly. As others have stated, items are super cheap and you can get quite a lot of items here you cant get anywhere else. The items I purchased were of great quality also.

Its alright, for the most part you definitely get what you pay for, which is not always the highest quality. They do have some cute décor now and then but they are usually at $5 which is not always worth it for the quality youre getting. Some areas of the store are definitely a little tight and harder to navigate if you are not a child. The candy and snacks are usually a fair price. Good place to bring a kid

It was a bit crowded but that is to be expected during the holidays. The store was kept tidy and neat. The workers were super busy but if we had a question they answered it with a smile. Will definitely visit again.

Great concept and products. Terrible customer service and attitudes.my wife and I where in the store aprox. 5min and 2 very nosey ladies came real caa lose to us that youncouldnsmellbwjat she had eaten the night before, we just thought it was rude until a couple more and a nother couple... Well around 6 to 10 different people just circling all the guest. Come to find out one if them is a hight school friend that explained that they work for security, and have been asked to basically harras people so they are not to steal. A whole different type of hang stalking. Cant trust a store if they cant trust their guest

The aisles arent big enough for two carts to pass. During holiday shopping, it was very busy and it seemed like every one was frustrated with not being able to freely move around. I got trapped many times in aisles and had to wait for others to finish browsing because it was extremely difficult and sometimes impossible to pass by others.When checking out, there was one cashier, in spite of being yelled at with some introduction by at least 4 employees when I walked in. The 1 cashier told me I had to do self checkout. Not my cup of tea. While checking out, I ran out of bags. The 1 cashier told me to go to another self checkout to grab more bags. I guess this store requires its customers to earn their purchases by having them work. Lol. This place seems like a cross between Wal-Mart and dollar general when it comes to customer service. Never again.

I can always find something I didnt know i needed here.

Some of the name brand toys are more expensive than other stores. However, there is also a lot of good deals on other items. The addition of self checkouts has helped improve getting people checked out quicker.

I am so glad theyre back open! I always find fun, quirky gifts for friends and family here. Staff can be a bit brusque, but I prefer to just mosey around at my leisure anyway, so that doesnt bother me at all.

Its a great store to stop at frequently as the stock changes regularly. Everything is $5 and lower hence the name lol. They have lots of stuff but the phone case and screen protector selection is awesome. They always have them and theyre$5. When was the last time you got a phone case for$5? Stop in and check them out.

I recognize the fact that I went to this store during an extremely busy season. However, while shopping, I was only able to locate 1 employee who was running around trying help a zillion other people and also trying to stock the shelves. The employee was knowledgeable, so Im not disappointed about the service I did receive. It was the condition of the store and lack of employees on the floor that I wasnt very happy with.
