At first I think his name was Justin was watching me like a hawk. I think he thought I was going to steal some juice. I aint never stolen no juice. The other guy I did not catch his name but he was very helpful even filled my vape pen for me. I would highly recommend this place. Just dont try and steal nothing Justin will catch you.

1st time customer...& my new spot!They get 5 puffs instead of stars ;)I went to my spot that Ive been to many times. Long story short, I called when nobody came to the door. They did have a sign up that said something....really didnt understand it. Anyways, I call & explained what I was lookin for. He didnt know what I was talking about(I wanted a Uni)...& He had NO idea or a guess of what I explained. I figured hed come to the door w a guess or something, but no.I understand we have to keep our distance & all, but I didnt see anything or anyone moving inside. Dude says, sorry man, I have NO IDEA what you are talking about.I said, Ill go online and call you back.So after 5 mins of not finding what I needed on their website I realized A-Z was down the block.I get to A-Z & as you see in the pictures below they are all set upNready. I didnt get his name, but dude came out right away. I explained what I needed & he knew exactly. He ran in & came out w options! As I briefly waited I could see another employee inside looking to assist customers...I know in todays time we have to adjust. So maybe this is a learning opportunity for my old smoke shop. Lots of selection and the cigar humidor is pretty cool. Im pretty indecisive but Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable so I was able to make my selection pretty easily. The prices arent bad at all and pretty affordable.

Ive been once and everyone inside was wonderful. Customers included as they were always wearing masks and the customer service was great.I want to love this place. Today I stopped in. Out of the 4 people inside, 3 behind the counter, 2 were not wearing masks. The customer had hers on. As employees or owners, I am completely disappointed in them. I turned and walked right back out.This space is too small to think that compromising is okay.I was a new customer and now I want to go elsewhere.

Buy all my vape juices, coils, vapes, etc..., but one employee knows it all. I understand you get turned down alcohol because youre to drunk, but turning someone down because you want 50 salt nic for a Regis 100w vape is ridiculous. Telling me its gonna hurt me. Been using 50 nic for quite sometime now and it has never hurt me. Lost my money thats for sure.

Went in to get a replacement battery. The employee who helped me - Zach - recommended a product, as I’m unfamiliar. Zach was friendly, and knowledgeable, and made the purchase very easy for me to make. Only spent about 10 minutes in the store, half of which was spent waiting as the story had a short line of customers awaiting assistance.

Andrew and Anthony have been brilliant in helping me with my vape and CBD needs for about 6 months now. I couldnt be happier with my new vape set up, that I didnt break the bank for. Turns out Id been burning my lungs out on a cheaper unit with higher nics, and after talking with Andrew, he educated me on how to fix this, and actually get more more out of my nic and vape with lower nic juices, and better vape set up. Thanks a lot guys, you really make it easy for a guy. They have some dope Rick and Morty merch there too, shout out to Anthony.

Love this place, theyre so nice & the store is so well kept. Theyre always stocked & clean, very reasonably priced & the manager even gave me a $4 discount as soon as I walked in, good towards anything I was buying. There is quite a language barrier, the staff doesnt speak English very well at all but it the staff is so kind and helpful that it makes little difference. Ive never felt so comfortable in a shop like this, I can honestly say this my favorite tobacco store. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

Forgot to ask for the guys name but he was a heavier set dude. He helped me pick out a cigar for the evening, he was knowledgeable of their inventory. They have huge humidor display that carries your top brand cigars like, Olivia, Rocky Patel, Macanudo, and a few others. Ive been here many times over the past few years. The staff is cool and business isnt sketchy. I may buy a hookah set in the future from here but for now the cigars are mint.

Very disappointing staff was told I could come and buy a posh xxl and they wouldnt let me in at 7:59 after I told them I was at the light you guys missed out and lost a customer I needed 10 of them. Ill go to to the gas station from now on.

Had a staff member open my product after being told several times that I could do it myself and didn’t want him too. I’ve had several bad experiences with this shop. Personal preference I suppose.

What an amazing shop, great service and large selection of tobacco products. I specifically went in for cigars and was blown away with the selection and storage of there cigars. They take pride in what they do and would recommend anyone looking for tobacco products to stop in and ask questions.

By far the worst customer service experience ever!!! The manager, big tall guy was so disrespectful and discourteous. He ignored me when I attempted to tell him I was next, rushed me, didn’t ask if I needed anything else, no manners whatsoever, I had to ask for a bag. When I called to speak to a manager, he informed me he was the manager and refused to give me his supervisors information. He hung up on me and when I called back he put me on hold for over 30 minutes. It was my first and last time!!!!!

Ohkay, so the people who work here are not only nice and friendly, but they will help you out whether you are a begining vaper or looking to upgrade your pieces! I not only was looking for a replacement mod, but later needed help with a juice issue. Both times I was helped by the same person, and he treated me with the utmost respect; teaching me about how to store liquids and when to know its getting too old or oxidized.TLDR; Chill peeps, wide veriaty, great knowledge, much pieces. woww( ^-^ )

ALWAYS INTERESTING!!

All the employees are very friendly and helpful.Cigarette prices are super cheap, comparatively.There are plenty of choices of wraps, rolls, pieces, and other accessories.Only downside of this place is that the parking lot is small and hard to get in and out of during busy times.Overall, lovely establishment. Might be the only tobacco shop in the area, but with them you dont really need another one.

This is a great store. Very large and broad selection from cigarettes, cigars, pipes and glassware. The best part is the staff are so friendly which you wouldnt expect from this type of establishment. I never feel judged here.

Nope. Picked up some cigars for my friends wedding and I noticed after the fact that I was overcharged. They then proceeded to tell me that they could not issue a credit back onto my card and could offer me more cigars instead. Thanks! Same thing happened to my friend a year later for my wedding. Check your receipts!

This Is the place for beginners to the pros. If your new these guys are super knowledgeable and very nice. They go based off what you can afford if your short on cash. If you want the whole set up A - Z has it and even better they explain why you need it. If its a flavor your craving or looking for they have an insane selection ... literally they have so many flavor option there are two A-Z store in Oshkosh and if thats not enough they are willing to make it or order flavores. This is the only place I go for everything i need.

They used to have a great selection but now everytime you ask for something they dont have it. Also been going there for 3 years and both people there have waited on me many of times as I go in twice a week maybe. Tonight they decided to ID me. Seriously you didnt need to see my ID last week or the week before that. Ig rules are rules but really... Not impressed

The selection inside A-Z is by far THE best selection I have ever seen inside 1 store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and can answer any question you have. To the 1st guy who said that the shop is anti-American There are 2 Armed Forces Veterans that run that shop, so how are they Anti-American? To the other guy that said the glass there is cheap and run by a foreigner. I didnt know GRAVLABS made cheap stuff.I highly recommend anyone to pay a visit to that place and see for yourselves how awesome the people are that work there and how great their selection is!

Every time I go in there the employees are just weird. Today we walked in and the guy behind the counter says (not in a sarcastic way) what are you guys doing in here? We closed at 3. It was about 3:15. I said really? And he said yup, so we walked out. Then another employee comes running out behind us saying he was just kidding. I yelled back to him that we would take our business elsewhere and we left. Youd think they wouldve liked our business considering we were the only ones in there...

There was an employee sweeping the parking lot when I arrived here. I locked my car doors because I had shopping bags inside. I was only inside this business for a few minutes when the employee came back in and I could smell the strawberry vape he was using. When I went to my car to leave, I put my hand on the door handle and I immediately noticed something wet all over. I smelled my hand and it smelled strongly of strawberries, like the employee who was outside. Good thing I locked my doors since he mustve been after the shopping bags. I was in a hurry so I had to call on my way home. The manager said hed check the surveillance tapes and call me back but he never did. I wont go there again.

Went here and first impression was okay and then when the 2 guys working started speaking to me they were actually really rude and then they got all arrogant when i took out my vape pen he freaked out on me and treated me like I brought drugs in his store and it was 100 percent legal the vape pen was new which I stated upon pulling it out and I just needed a piece for it but after the way he acted I decided I will give my money to someone else and buy it else where. He straight u need to get that out of my store I cant have drugs in my store or any drug used products I said really its new I am showing u it to ask a question u could see clear as day it was new so to yell at very unprofessional and then to imply Im walking around with drugs great thought but u were wrong so shouldnt have said anything because it just made me decide to never go back there. Wouldnt recommend unless u like being treated worthless!

**updated** Was impressed at first but had an issue with my ecig juice and I was greeted with an attitude when I explained the issue. My product was replaced and I was told that it was a one time deal (spent $32 on that bottle of juice) also it was a windy day and another customer came in and didnt close the door behind them and the guy working basically demanded I close the door so it didnt break on the concrete. What is really upsetting is I had my 7 year old daughter with me and she was quite upset with the way I was spoken to as well......Went to the other location on Kohler and was given half off a large bottle of juice (after explaining my previous visit) the manager of the Murdoch St location also apologized for the other employees behavior. I will continue to go there for now..
