We blew a front tire and after we called a tow company we were familiar with, they recommended a company that was closer to our location. They actually sent two trucks for safety reasons and changed our tire for us.Very nice gentlemen, made sure that we were able to get back onto I41 safety.

Was broke down and stranded in my conversion van and was looking for a tow back home, which was far away and I expected to pay for, however when these folks were first contacted I was told it would be about 45 minutes but about 3 hours of waiting in the rain later and I wanted to know where the heck they were and thats when I was rudely told the price which would have been perfect and standard had they confirmed Id pay prior to waiting out in the rain for these guys, they didnt see this as a mistake costumer service wise and didnt even apologize. Not nice and not understanding. I got home by the way.

Car broke down on our way to Michigan. These people were great, friendly, and extremely helpful! Diagnosed and repaired our car in 75 minutes. Excellent service, highly recommend! Kenny is a wizard!!

My car became immobile just past Fond du Lac, going north on 41. We called 1 Stop Service Center in Oshkosh and they sent Dillon. He was very nice, easy to talk to and professional. I am from Milwaukee and would have preferred to tow it back to my dealership but Dillon gave different options as well as the pricing up front and that really helped me through this first time experience.

My mom got a flat today and didnt have a jack to change her tire. Not to mention its -20 today. I called One Stop to ask if they change tires. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was polite and informative. The gentleman that changed my moms tire was so helpful and polite. Thank you so much for having great employees!

One Stop was the service provider when I called AAA after getting a flat. They responded and arrived very promptly and Dylan was friendly, professional and changed the tire very quickly.

Car towed to One Stop after the car wouldnt start because the alternator died. Service was friendly and fast. Very accommodating.

My husband had his car literally die in traffic. His flashers didnt even work. He had called for a tow truck but it was going to be a while. Larry was on his way home and pulled up behind us. He turned on all of his emergency lights and helped direct traffic around our disabled car. He wasnt even the tow truck responding to our emergency. He also called the other tow truck to see if they could hurry up and help us because we were in a place where the traffic was heavy. Larry stayed with us until the other tow truck arrived. Larry wasnt even responding to the call and wasnt getting paid to help us out. He just stopped out of kindness. We are very grateful that he was there.

Came out of work and had a flat tire and went on line to my AAA and requested help. They showed up within 10mins. And the 2 guys that showed up were very friendly and nice. They are definitely a place Ill call again.

Had to wait a little while for someone to bring me gas after running out, probably because they were very busy with people stuck in the snow, but when they did arrive they were very kind and helpful and they even gave me the gas free because of the wait. Very good service.

The alternator on my car failed and I was stranded at a gas station in Neenah. Josh from One Stop happened to pull in. It was a Friday night and everything was closed. He gave me a free ride to a friends house to spend the night. I called around on Saturday morning and every service center was booked solid. I called One Stop and was prepared to pay to be towed all the way home to the Milwaukee suburbs. Josh picked me up and made a call to a local car dealer where his father manages the service department. He was able to get me in to have the alternator replaced, saving me hundreds of dollars! Thank you so much to Josh and One Stop! Im blown away by the excellent service!

Didnt end up needing the tow, got saved by hella kitty litter but were the only ones out of the eleven so called 24/7 towing companies in/near Oshkosh that actually picked up the phone and said they were immediately able to come and help me at 4am to get my truck out of a snow bank!

My car broke down after spending a week at AirVenture. The tow truck driver was prompt, professional and courteous. I live in Kentucky and since it was Sunday had to leave my car, rent one and head home because of other obligations. All phone conversations with the business have been excellent! We have been kept up to date on the progress and offered choiced once the problem was identified. We are very happy with the low mileage used part they found and the overall cost of the parts and labor. I would highly recommend this business and if I ever have problems when Im up in Oshkosh in future years wont hesitate to call them for help. Thank you Wayne!
