Tried forcing the most expensive contacts on my 14 year old daughter. I fought and fought with them. Finally got her the cheeper brand,and then they now have no record of that and are ordering and Charing me for the more expensive brand. Very unorganized. Dont actually seem to know what they are doing and when you say so they get all offended. Not my fault you cant get it together. Definitely going elsewhere next year.paid for contacts that havent shown up and the lady says it will take me some time to figure it out can I call you back? OMG so not professional at all.
