I had a misshappen recoil spring that kept our walk-behind mower from starting. Come to find out the manufacturer, Lawn Boy, is out of business. The repair was more involved because they couldnt buy just the spring; they had to replace the complete assembly. They finished the work in a week and for the price they estimated. They were very easy to work with.
