Was recommended E&L by a family friend. Had a cylinder 6 misfire. Emilio said drop it off and well take a look. Dropped it off with the younger gentleman that works there. He was aces to deal with... next day Emilio called me and told me exactly what was wrong and exactly how much it was going to run me (unlike other mechanics that tell you to grab your ankles when you show up to pick up your car). Ended up costing exactly what Emilio said it would and from speaking to other people saved a pretty penny too. Guess I found my new mechanic

All I will say is AMAZING! Very clean and friendly staff. Trustworthy and personable. Definitely will recommend this place to everyone I know. You can tell they take pride in their work and that says a lot about a person.They did an amazing job repairing my mans Honda Accord and were informative as they worked. I highly recommend E & L Automative! The mechanic Vin Zullo treated me like family which meant the world because I was rattled after being in a car accident. They were efficient, professional and meticulous. My car looks as good as it did when I bought it.

After being referred to E & L Automotive and receiving a horrendous quote from the dealer to fix my brakes I decided to pull the trigger and give them a try. BOY WAS I GLAD I DID. Emilio and his team are fantastic. You know they care about your car as much as if it was their own, or better yet, their childs car. They fixed my car for a fraction of the quote from the dealer and also showed where some items the dealer had fixed was actually not done correctly.I hope Emilio is immortal because I dont want to ever have to leave the caring embrace of E & L Automotive! So this was Monday morning. My Jeep decided to die on the Taconic in the early morning darkness... Had it towed to E&L. Its Thursday and my baby has now been repaired ! Big, big, job with certified Jeep parts ! I love these guys ! Trustworthy experts !

Vinny and his crew are great. Very professional, friendly and caring. My first experience with him, he visited came to my home to inspect my car that did not start, he did free inspection and changed my batteries at minimal cost. Ever since i have choose him for all my services, repaid and inspection. I strongly recommend E & L.

After my first visit to E & L Automotive, I left the shop feeling very satisfied. Without a doubt, the service I had received at the time was excellent. However, after my second visit I realized that the service was not the same. Initially, I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. A few hours later, I received a call regarding some repairs that were required in order for my vehicle to pass the inspection, yet not a word was said of how much the cost would be for the parts/labor. ShortIy after, I received another call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. To my surprise, my bill came up well over $1,000. Nevertheless, thank you again for your assistance, but word of advice for the future, please inform your customers of their total balance for all parts/labor, prior to proceeding with a repair. Especially, if they just came in for a $37 inspection.

I went here on the day I was driving back home to Louisiana. I didnt have an appointment and I was sure my trip would be delayed at least a couple of hours but I was wrong. My car was fixed within the hour and most of that time was due to waiting for the part to be delivered. They really helped me out in a pinch and seemed very honest and trustworthy. Im happy to say I made it home with out any issues. I highly recommend E&L automotive.

I had a problem with a tire and was told by a chain tire outlet that it would take 4 to 5 days to get the tire in stock because of such high demand for this common size. I called E & L Automotive in the morning and they had it at their shop in two hours and installed on my car within another two hours. Great service reasonable prices and very honest in my opinion!! I came because I wanted to check if I had a blown gasket. I just wanted someone to give me a second opinion because the first mechanic I saw gave me a questionable diagnosis. So I went to E & L and told the mechanic there about some of my car’s symptoms and he kept cutting me off by assuming what the problem was. When I told him all the problems, he started to rant about me giving him too many “things wrong with this and that” and how “time is money” and that he was gonna start charging me just for taking a peek under the hood. He said “if you got something, tell me what’s wrong and that’s it”, as if I could give him a simple yes or no whether my car has one of the most serious, complex and expensive problems a car could have. I kept my composure and remained respectful (a little too respectful judging by the way he was treating me) as he rudely sent me off. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had experience with.
